Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
This cycle will be for a total of 16 weeks. 10 weeks of bulking with adrol/tpp/npp and 6 weeks of cutting with Dolf's cutstack 50mg test p/75mg tren a/100mg mast p/ with ed pins. I will also include clen starting at 40mcg ed and ramping it up by 20mcg every 4 to 5 days with a max of 120mcg. Also running anavar at 80mg ed for the entire cut. Diet will consist of primarily pizza, McDonald's, cookies, cake, and beer...just kidding it'll be eggs, egg whites, oates, chicken breast, 99/1 lean turkey, white and brown rice, sweet potatoes, lean beef, bison, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, and olive oil, coconut oil, and fishoil for reaching my total fats per day. Calorie and macro totals will be determined the day before this cycle depending on current wieght and bf%. The bulk will be moderate protein, high carb, and low fats. The cut will be high protein, moderate carbs (120 to 150g ed), and low fats. Training will include moderate to high reps to maximize the blood engorged muscle pump for hypertrophy, and cardio. Taurine will be utilized for muscle pumps from var and clen. My weight goals are to add 15 to 20lbs, and cut to 10% bf. Ai's onhand will be pharm grade adex (Astra Zeneca), and aro (Pfizer). DA will be pharm grade caber (Pfizer).

Day 32...have switched from my current brand to my custom brewed blend of tpp/npp by APL. Have also switched from working straight nights to straight days. It's been a struggle to get my meal timing down while at work because where I'm at, and what I'm doing varies from day to day. Also getting up at 0300 on work days to hit the gym has been rough, but I'll adjust. Raising the npp to 600mg per week is feeling good, but the abombs may get dropped early for bp issues. Training is going good except for my right bicep. I noticed the other day it's smaller than the left. I believe due to years of tendon issues it's not getting worked. Sometimes while doing bicep work my forearm, and it's tendons are pumped, and fatigued whereas the bicep is not. Gonna do some research on this.

Day 22 Elbow tendon is feeling great. I raised the npp to 600mg per week, and so far so good. Weighing in at 220lbs with a little bloat, but that's expected with abombs. Strength is on the rise, but not getting too crazy because I don't want tendon issues. Bad experiences make you a wiser man! Was able to do pullups for the first time this week since my partial muscle tear. Felt really good because I love pullups! Used to do sets of pullups with a plate and a 25 hanging from a chain. Might start adding weight again to see if I can reach my goal of 10 pullups with 2 plates hanging. Of course I'm honna go in baby steps coming back from the tear.

Glad you are keeping the tendon issues at bay. ITs a daily purposeful effort isnt it. I slightly injured mine again in the bicep area doing fuckin push presses of all things. I was even going light weight for high reps. I think doing the presses explosively is what did it. Human body is a funny thing. Was doing bent rows of 295 for 10 and deadlifting 315 for 15-20 reps with zero elbow pain issues. I hit barbell push presses and it currently hurts to move my bicep and tendons today in my left arm. 10 pull ups with plates is no joke. Hope you get back to that goal injury free. That is some excellent core and upper body strength.

Purely out of curiosity, I'm wondering why the increase in NPP. I'm asking mostly because I'll be running it for the first time this coming March. Was there a specific sign that the NPP dose needed to be raised? Man, I don't even know the question to ask that makes any sense. You know, tren has specific sides that would lead one to believe either the dose is good, needs to be lowered, or might need to be raised (gear over or under dosed, or spot on kind of thing). Here we go, are there sides like strength gains, blood pressure issues, prolactin based sides that would by the lack thereof imply a need to increase the dose? I think that's what I am trying to ask...

Day 16: The elbow tendon is feeling great. I've dealt with this issue for many years off and on and know the early signs and not to ignore them. Between the anti inflammatory steroids, tumeric, osteo biflex with msm, and a few days off it's feeling normal. No issues lifting or lowering plates to the bar for squats today. I even carried the plates doing plate pinches from tree to bar and back with zero issues. I usually carry my plates like that to work grip strength. Did heavy legs today. Low reps high sets. Squats, SL deads, box squats, calves, and leg press with feet high and wide. Can feel my back tighten up, but using a belt to help reduce issues. Tomorrow will be the real tendon test with chest and bi's. Also will start pinning 200mg npp 3X per week starting today.

Day 14 worked heavy legs Monday then chest and bi's Tuesday. Realized after chest and bi's my tennis elbow in my right arm is trying to flare up. Took Wednesday's back and tri's off, Thursday worked light high rep legs, and took Friday's shoulders off and went to the doctor. The doc prescribed me some steroids for the elbow. Broke out my tennis elbow sleeve, and dusted it off. Also went and got some triple strength OsteoBiflex with msm and tumeric. Will hit it hard starting Monday. The gear I'm running is some of the best I've used. Very smooth and 100% pip free. I'm up to 220lbs, and I can feel the test and npp kicking in good. The drol has my bp a bit elevated, and I'll continue to monitor that.

Nice update Dolf. No doubt you will kill this cycle. I like the leg training idea of heavy light days. Get the best of both worlds. My current regiment is similar. Im hitting each body part 2 x's per week. Training Day 1 Chest/Tris, Day 2 Back/Bis, Day 3 Legs/shoulders, rest one day and repeat. I like it but I have nothing left for bis and tris after doing chest and back so Im just doing high volume pump and squeeze the shit out of them. Keep us updated on your leg development by using the method you described. My legs have plateaued in size. Gaining some strength and conditioning still but literally zero size. Its a mind fuck for sure so I want to know how your method works for your leg size development. Glad you are getting positives from the TPP. Watch those elbows brother. Im still using compression sleeves and straps often and it is helping push through with minimal joint problems.

I already went to the doc and got some steroids prescribed, dusted off my tennis elbow sleeve, and only did legs this week. I've fought this shit off and on for years now in my right elbow. I'm used to it now, and can spot very early warning signs to jump on it. The earlier you catch it the faster it heals. I'll hit upper body starting next week. I can already tell my legs are growing because my favorite shorts were tight in the ass and legs today.my biggest isdue is my fucking calves that refuse to grow. Been ttying different things to spark growth, and believe I found something that'll work. Got it off T-Nation and you use your 20 rep max and do 80 reps with 10sec pauses after each failure. Thought it was gonna be bullshit! Motherfucker was I wrong! Couldn't walk right all week! Calves haven't been sore like that in years. Supposed to do that routine ed on training days. 1 day seated, 1 day standing, 1 day tibialis anterior raises which is the muscle in the front, and repeat.

Ive started the 15-20 reps range this week as well. New ball game isnt it. Going to give the calves a go as you described as well. Im fortunate in calves being proportionate although I havent added any notable size to them in the last 2 cycles. I think they are an overall stubborn body part for most unless you have genetically gifted calves. Plus with all the years of humping it and with a pack on your back. Not a whole lot of stimulus we can add to it that will take the abuse we've done to them over years military service plus all the damn running. Def takes some creativity for calf growth doesn't it??

Calves are definitely either a genetic gift or curse. We use them so much it is hard to stimulate them. Definitely gonna kerp searching until something makes them fuckers grow! I was doing sets of 4 for 25 reps, and thought the one 80 rep set using rest pause wasn't gonna be shit. Big mistake! Lol

They are not my best body part, but I've noticed that if I train them minimum 3 days a week, they grow. Any less than that and they stay the same. When I do my fasted cardio, I'll do 15 minutes on the stairmaster and flex my calves with every step. Then I'll go and do 3 sets of seated raises and 3 sets of standing raises. So much of calf training is just like anything else in that you have to know how to fully contract and stretch the muscles. But it's really all about frequency for me.

Day 7 I'm feeling my test levels on the rise already from the tpp, and feeling great! My main focus this cycle is legs, so I'm implementing 2 leg days per week. 1 will be heavy low rep movements like squats, box squats, stiff leg deads, and leg press. The 2nd day is high rep lighter weight moves like hack squats, leg extensions, hammy curls, and the hip abduction machine. Calves worked both days also. My diet to start is a bulker with macros of protein 386g, carbs, 512g, fats 98g. If too much fat is being added I'll adjust to my backup plan of protein 380g, carbs 446g, and fats 68g. I'm also pinning nandrolone base 2 times per week for the first 2 to 3 weeks. This week it was 50mg preworkout and the pumps were insane. Next week will be 100mg preworkout to compare the difference. Doing legs twice per week I had to switch from an arms only day to doing bi's with chest, and tri's with back. Had done this in the past, and quickly remember why I stopped. Tennis elbow! After doing chest and bi's I could feel my elbow tendons feeling achy and not right. Started tumeric and ibuprofen, and all is well for now. Will definitely monitor this issue closely and make an adjustment if needed. Started cycle at 213lbs (lost a few lbs from sickness last week) as of day 6 was up yo 218lbs. Gotta love the quick water weight gains of abombs!

Seems as it has hit just as fast and hard as prop. Prop is 84% compound and 16% ester. Phenylprop is 68% compound 32% ester. I normally run prop @ 700mg ew which at 84% comes out to an actual 588mg of compound and 112mg of ester weight. At 900mg tpp per week it comes to 612mg compound and 288mg ester weight, so the amount of tpp should give a bit more than my usual prop dosage. For legs I'm doing quads, hammys, and calves both days. 1 day is heavy low rep high set big movements like squats, bb sl deads, box squats, and leg press. The 2nd day is moderate weight high reps hack squats, hammy curls standing/seated, leg extensions, db lounges, and hip abduction machine. I changing the direction my toe points to target specific parts of the quad.

Nice! Glad the tpp is working out. I, too, change toe position with many lifts on leg days, great results. I like the idea of hitting quads and hams twice weekly. I like this cycle Dolf. My next cycle will be my first ever cutting cycle. No idea quite yet what I will do so I look forward to hearing your results with this one. Im def considering Test P, Tren, and Mast as the base or switch out Mast with Primo. Not sure yet how long and what other goodies I may add to it. When do you start this cycle, keep us posted.
