I know bridging from bulking to cutting is suppose to not be done. Sorry for this layout. I tried the other layout and couldn't get it to work after 45 min of filling it out. I hope everyone understands. Mid cycle Bloods will be done at week 8 incase I feel something is wrong. Week 1-8 Sust 350 : Mon, Wed, Frid, sun total 1400mg weekly Tren E 250 : Mon, Thurs 1000mg weekly Mast E 200 : Mon, Thur 400mg weekly Hgh 12ius daily Aromasin 12.5 Ed Diet for this 400+ protein 800+ carbs Week 7- 16 Test P 200mg ed Tren A 100mg Ed Mast P 100mg ed Winstrol 100mg ed Clen 40mcg ed increase 40mcg every week T3 50mcg ed increase 25mcg every 2 weeks Aromasin 12.5 eod Macros Protein 350+ Carbs: 80g : every 3rd/4th day 160 Fats: 60g I drop the hgh because I hold to much water. I am getting size because of an event I'm going too and I want to look like I have size. That's why I have long esters the first half. I currently weigh 196. I have letro on hand just incase I need it. I would say most people may not agree with this cycle but it does work for me. I am retired through the VA so I have nothing else to really do but workout and eat. I understand that usually Tren wins over the receptors but if my Tren is higher than my test it makes me feel like shit. Monday: legs/abs/cardio Tuesday: chest/abs/cardio Wednesday: back/abs/cardio Thursday: legs/abs/cardio Friday: shoulders/abs/cardio Saturday:Arms/Abs/cardio Sunday:45min Abs/ 45 min cardio

Sorry brother but I see this as drug abuse and can not support this at all. The doses displayed are not safe or healthy for any individual. Doing no harm is always my advice and first priority. I would have to be honest and say this is a good example of what NOT to do.

My brother...I cannot condone this cycle. Long esters are not better for bulking they just add water weight which comes off after you cease their use. There's no mention of a da at all! Your talking 1400mg sust and 1000mg tren e. For one those are huge amounts of compound, and they're long esters. What if unbearable sides arise? You're gonna suffer through them for a couple weeks. 12iu of hgh ed? Imo you're setting yourself up for a bad and possibly dangerous situation. You're 196lbs and just your protein and carbs equals 5000 calories not including fats. You're an extremely lean and shredded guy. I think you should step back, and rethink your cycle and diet plan brotha. What compounds do you have experience with, and at what doses. I'm currently doing something very similar to your goals, but I'm using a more practical plan of attack. Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint.
