Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
Alright. I have moderate joint pain in both elbows. MRI have revealed tendonitis in the left elbow and scar tissue from a old stab wound in the right elbow. I am going to run a six week cycle with weekly updates. Let's see if this stuff works like the rat research says it does. Bro science at its best. TB 500 will be injected once a week sub-q in the abdomen as it is reported to be systemic. BPC 157 will be 4 injections daily sub-q near pain/injury sights. Vitamin C is to support collagen production. Vit C has a short half life. Dosage will be spread throughout the day. Deca is currently being ran in a therapeutic dose and I will continue vs. dropping it. All the OTC supplementation I am already on except the very large dose of Vit C. I am skeptical of positive results because tendons and ligaments have a very slow cellular turnover (300-500 days) making them very slow to heal. Fortunately though the pain is inflammation related vs. injury related. I am on a gh cycle and some of the joint pain might be associated with side effects but it could also speed healing. My purpose is to see if the peptides work in the hopes of personal pain relief and also to provide the community with some more information and knowledge. If it works for me it might help someone else as well.

Thanks for keeping me on point blast. I almost forgot about this log because of my visit to "Ban Camp". I went to the same facility that our buddy Burr attended. I am not sure but something is certainly better. I am on 2.5mg TB 500 every other week as maintenance and have dropped the BPC 157. Right elbow reasons pain free and the left arm still has pain but nothing that is intolerable. I will run one more 6 week blast of TB 500 in February and see where it leads. Overall I am skeptical of the results but I cannot completely discredit the peptides because I do feel better overall. AAP was my supplier BTW. If expense is not a factor I would recommend that members at least give it a try related to injury recovery or chronic joint pain issues.

Whether or not it's the peptides, good to hear that healing is happening. Thanks for the update. I'll take a peek at the supplier you suggested, too. Funny thing with peptides is often it can be rather difficult to ascertain whether they are doing what they are said to do. Some do have pretty noticeable results, some seem to be a bit sketchy at best.

I'm skeptical of tb500 so I'm very interested to hear results from someone I trust!

Day 29- Pain; Right-0, Left-5. The pain relief in my right elbow is legit to this point. Zero or only slight improvement from day 1 until now in the left elbow. Still having good days and bad days. The last two days have been bad pain days for my left side.

Did you increase the dosage? With results like this, I'm thinking of suggesting this to a friend who has chronic joint issues

Day 18- Pain; Right- 0, Left- 5. Surprising enough I have had zero pain or limitations in my right arm for two days. Haven't experienced that for a long while. Left arm is still not progressing. Still in the resting week. If I have no improvement in the left arm by the end of this week I will double the TB500 dose to 2.5mg x 2/wk. I was conservative on my initial dose on purpose and what I have read most individuals are using 5mg/wk.

Day 14 - Pain; Right- 1, Left- 5. Destroyed arms this week as planned. Right elbow is doing well. Almost pain free. Left elbow is a different story. The increased level of training as planned set it back so the pain has increased slightly. The day after my last arm session the pain was intense. Two weeks down and four to go. I will rest arms for one full week and will go back to my regular arm training week 4. Rest week 5 and regular schedule week 6.

Day 9- Continuing with the plan. Pain- Right 1, Left 4. The right elbow appears to be experiencing improvements. Little or no pain. In my left elbow I am still having good days and bad days but the morning pain is almost nonexistent. I plan on hitting my arms hard this week to see if the improvements are legit or if intensity places them back to the pre-cycle state. I remain skeptical but I am slightly encouraged.

Day 6- First use update. Pain- Right 2, Left 6. I have to call left a 6 because I have had some good days and some REALLY bad days. Right is a 2 but I have actually had days when pain is at a 1 or almost nonexistent. It is hard for me to determine the exact location of the pain source in my left arm but it certainly is radiating in the tendon so I have selected 4 injection locations in that arm all within a 4" radius of each other. The limited research suggest injecting within 4" of the area of pain so I am just rolling with bro science on this. Pain is reduced on the right side once the blood gets flowing with proper warmups and pressure point application but that is nothing new. Left arm pain increases after and during rope curls and hammer curls but strangely enough other common curling exercises do not effect the level of pain at all. No great improvements and it is still early. I will keeping poking myself and see where this ends. Honestly I think this stuff is BS but I had to experiment.

Curious as to which muscle is associated with the pain during rope and hammer curls. I some times experience pain in the radial-brachialis. Is this the arm where you were stabbed?

The pain is not specifically associated with a particular muscle or spot. It begins to radiate in the area of the bicipital aponeurosis upon tension and then extends into the underside of the brachialis at full contraction but ONLY when my wrist is rotated in the hammer fist position. If I contract by bicep with the wrist in the neutral position (no pain) and slowly rotate my wrist into the hammer position pain begins about 2/3 of the way through the movement. Extending the elbow causes not pain increase. Nope... It is my left arm.

I love how this guy refers to an "old stab wound" in his elbow and nobody bats an eye. Like, "Oh, that Semper Fi - always getting stabbed and what not."

Day 1- Pain- Right 2, Left 6. First AM injections complete. Revising the sub-q injection protocol. I have 4 areas that I will be injecting BPC. Two locations will be sub-q and two will be IM. I just do not have enough body fat (never thought I would say that) in two of the areas and without the ability to "pinch the fat" because I am injecting solo IM makes more sense. BPC has a 4 hour half life and I will be doing two injections in the am and two in the pm. The feeling at the injection sites feels a bit strange about 30-60 minutes after injection but I do not know how to describe it. I will figure out what to say about it when I can accurately put it into words. TB500 abdomen sub-q feels the same as if your were injecting HCG or GH. Nothing special or different.

i love peptides as the compounds themselves show great promise. what i hate is the RCs selling them, mostly scumbags trying to cut corners and push chinese crap on us claiming its "US made". SempFi - where did you get your research chemicals from ? if you cant mention it here, PM me please bratha. Thanks!

Pain will be measured on a scale of 1 thru 10. 1 would be a bee sting and 10 would be having your heart cut out with a spoon. In my left arm hammer curls cause the most pain so that is the movement that I will measure for pain tolerance. On my worst days pain is currently a 6 and never better than 4 when doing hammer curls. In my right elbow making a tight fist causes the most pain. At its worst is a 4 never better than 2.

I like this idea of using the cycle board to track progress and results of peptides. I think this is a first. This will be interesting and helpful. I'm curious why you chose deca over npp since npp is the traditional compound for joint pain relief. (I know, google it). Anyhow, I'll be checking in to see what you report :)

I have adverse reactions to prop and the use of nandrolone is long term as part of my TRT protocol so I didn't want to subject myself to more frequent injections. Deca is not part of this cycle because of a certain synergy. It is listed because I am already on a therapeutic dose and did not want to drop it. I wanted to disclose its use for informational purposes.
