Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
This would be my 4th cycle. Did one dbol with test cycle, 2 sust with NPP cycle and here comes this one! Diet will be clean and I will be tracking my macros. Need feedback since this will be my first cutting cycle. This is also my first time adding the 3rd compound into my cycle. So injection wise how do you guys rotate your side? So far I only tried glutes and delts, I know with the 3rd compound (total ml) my delt would probably hates me, I am too pussy to try my quad. **PCT protocol (37 days): --Clomid 150mg - first 10 days/ 100mg next 10 days / 50 mg the next 10days/ 25mg the last 7 days. --Nolva 40 mg - first 20 days / 20mg last 10 days. *** Have aro on hand too.

Guys thank you for all the inputs. Sorry I didnt make myself clear on what dosages i was running for my prior cycles. Cycle 1: Test cyp(500mg/week) with dbol(40mg/day), it was a 12 weeks run. Cycle 2: Sust(600mg/week) with NPP (300mg/week) I also threw in tbol in the beginning of 6 weeks, this one was a 16 weeks cycle. Cycle 3: Sust(525mg/week) with NPP(375mg/week), 12 weeks cycle. Side note, I get almost no sides from NPP at all, I used caber once throughout 2 cycles. Diet wise, I am doing lean bulking and currently not tracking anything and it is working wonder! I will be working with a contest prep coach starting April 1st and he will be made aware of my cycle. My meal plan and my progress will be monitor by him. Now, since I hate multiple compounds, I was thinking about doing test prop with low dose tren. I just wanted some sweet and simple compound to shred me up hence why the low dosage. I have read some articles, forums online, some ppl said that I should do test dosage lower than tren and let tren works it's magic. So what do you guys think? I would like some input before I set up my cycle dosages at the chart. But I am also debating on Tren due to the sides. What if I drop Mast and add on Var instead at the end of the cycle, maybe increasing my run to 12 weeks? Stay with prop and NPP still. Regarding my stats: I did include them in the cycle note. 6'3/196lbs/ 12% BF

i agree w/ all comments prior. My take is, the doses are awfully low, and 9 weeks is too short. i never do cycles that short myself, minimum 12 weeks, bare minimum. But i like the combination of the compounds you selected, looks like you did your homework. Test P, NPP, Mast work VERY well together, all short esters. Just keep in mind NPP will add a little water retention, so its not necessarily a perfect cutting agent. Keep that in mind, cause expectations is everything in this game. Big question - whats your stats?? bf% ?... fyi - My preferred cutting cycle = Test P , Mast P, Var/winny, and proviron.

Before we worry about pinning rotation, we need to plan macro rotation first, that is your diet plan. Pin all or as little as you want, but to succeed you first need to deal with our most exogenously administered anabolic substance, food. If you haven't done so already, please determine your TDEE, then determine your daily caloric intake for each day of the week. Merely eating clean is not enough, and simply tracking macros is not enough. Let's PLAN the macros so that you can prepare your meals for each day. Tracking is cool but planning is best in order to get the results you desire for your cycle. So, let's work on your diet first, then we can move on to dosages (which seem low at first glance, especially the mast), then pin rotation. To reiterate, determine your TDEE, calculate your calories as pertains to your goal, and lay out the macro profile based on your TDEE, caloric target and daily plan.

Your totals come out to 350mg test p, 263mg npp, and 175mg mast p per week. Those are very low doses imo. Did you run your previous cycles at this low of dosages? 4 spots to pin for eod pins is fine, but you'll be putting at least 2.25ml of oil in your delts if you're not using a blend. That's a bit much for a delt unless you're a big dude. 50 to 75mg of proviron is the recommended dose, so you're good on that. Your pct is a bit of overkill, but if that's how you'd prefer to do it then by all means. Clomid 100/100/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20 is all that's needed especially at this low of doses of compounds.

I am actually looking into the blend on one of the sources here of Mast 50mg/Tren A 50mg/Test P 50mg. Can you please enlighten me on the blend protocol? So say I pin 1ml eod(x3 times/week) so I will have 150mg mast/ 150 mg tren and 150 mg test prop a week in my system? Am I right?

That is correct. I like my test just more than a trt dose when using tren. Reason being is tren and test fight for the same receptors and tren always wins. With high mg dose of test that leaves lots of test floating around to get converted into estro. The test is basically to keep your dick working, and tren is what's doing the magic on your body. Mast is a good addition as long as you're at 12% bf or lower which you are. Mast has mild anti estro properties which helps out too. My typical cycle is 350mg test p, 525mg tren a, and 700mg mast p for 8 weeks. You can throw var in also. This is an advanced cycle and you should have many cycles under your belt with prior 19nor experience and be in tune with your body and how you react to different compounds. Test p, npp, and an oral is probably my most favorite cycle though. Typically ran at 700mg test p, 450mg npp, and either tbol, winny, or var.

with that blend yes and that would do do dick for you, also if you have never f'd with Tren and still get good results, no need to dive into that world yet. Without talking sources or giving away the farm without you doing some research there is a source with a perfect test npp blend for you. Seek and you shall find.

Man up, drop the mangina and pin the quads. I advice you to have 6-8 pinning locations. Using the proper technique and the correct mindset all locations become second nature. Do you have a diet and training plan that you would like to share?

I can share my current diet plan. This is my lean bulking chart. It is working wonder now but I am starting my cut on April 1st. First meal: 3 whole eggs+5 egg whites+1 cup of oats+2 cups of veggies. Second meal: 8oz chicken breast+1 cup of rice+1 cup of veggies Third meal: same as second. Forth meal: 1 scoop of whey+20 almonds+1 cup of blueberries 12 oz of apple juice for intra workout Fifth meal: 2 scoop of whey+ 3/4 cup of cream of rice Sixth meal: 6oz lean ground beef+ 2 cups of veggies Seventh meal: 6 oz of tilapia with 1 cup of veggies.

What were some of the doses you ran on prev cycles for test? TPP because it is phenyl prop, it has a higher ester weight when compared to prop so the actual mg will be less. 63% to be exact so your 75mg so your NNP dose is actuall only like 48mg. I''ll let some other members chime in as well because I do not claim to know it all and there are some knowledgeable people here at MG. Another thing you may here is that mast is best used at low BF% it seems like yours is low if its accurate, but also feel mast should be 400-600 a week, again i'll defer to some of my brothers and sisters for more guidance. In closing I would say that the doses are to low and I don't typically say that, also yes diet will dictate your results on this. Hopefully Mister A chimes in, I feel he could really put things into perspective on this alongside many other here. Caber as needed, adex as needed, the mast will act as a mild ai and if you are not prone to sides, but still keep an eye on it and if doses go up then it isn't always suffice for some people to rely on the mast. I've run prov at 50 never 75, so someone else can give their to cents on this as well. Dont think you want to taper your pct. I do run more of each up front for first 7 days, but then drop to the 50/20 for the remainder hopefully some of that info helps
