Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
Hello fellow members of MG, I'm here to bring you a cycle I have been thinking and working on for awhile. Ive decided to take advantage of Roid Bazaars awesome promo for MG members. The goal for this cycle is to put on as much mass as possible. As for stats, I'm about 5'9 sitting at a lean 173. I will be training 5 days a week, heavy and hard until I literally cant push out another rep (will update workout log when I get cycle finetuned). For my diet, I've started the process of making a plan, but im not trained in the genre of making a diet plan so any feedback on where to start with that would be great . What I have so far is a surplus of 600 calories, will be eating 1 1/2 grams of protein per ib of bodyweight, moderate carbs, and minimal fat. The reason I'm posting this is for everyone interested in putting there 2 cents in to do so. Advanced or new, I just want everyones feedback to see if I'm doing this cycle the best way possible to make great gains and do it the safest way possible(granted my workout and diet is on point). So thanks to all who decide to put there 2 cents in to make this a very successful cycle! Cheers brothers and sisters! Look forward to keeping a cycle log and letting you know about my experience weekly! P.S. will be supplementing with creatine,whey protein, milk thistle, fishoils, and bcaas just incase any of these are a no go while on cycle,
