Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
Hello fellow members of MG, I'm here to bring you a cycle I have been thinking and working on for awhile. Ive decided to take advantage of Roid Bazaars awesome promo for MG members. The goal for this cycle is to put on as much mass as possible. As for stats, I'm about 5'9 sitting at a lean 173. I will be training 5 days a week, heavy and hard until I literally cant push out another rep (will update workout log when I get cycle finetuned). For my diet, I've started the process of making a plan, but im not trained in the genre of making a diet plan so any feedback on where to start with that would be great . What I have so far is a surplus of 600 calories, will be eating 1 1/2 grams of protein per ib of bodyweight, moderate carbs, and minimal fat. The reason I'm posting this is for everyone interested in putting there 2 cents in to do so. Advanced or new, I just want everyones feedback to see if I'm doing this cycle the best way possible to make great gains and do it the safest way possible(granted my workout and diet is on point). So thanks to all who decide to put there 2 cents in to make this a very successful cycle! Cheers brothers and sisters! Look forward to keeping a cycle log and letting you know about my experience weekly! P.S. will be supplementing with creatine,whey protein, milk thistle, fishoils, and bcaas just incase any of these are a no go while on cycle,

Well Dolf I'm going to try and put this as nicely as possible as I think very highly of you. But you should not call people out unless you've done your homework on the situation before hand. My cycle was not free, it was half priced, next I never bought the cycle, as money was tight, and then I became unemployed which I had told the source and said I need to fix my situation before this could proceed to which he said he understood that it wasn't a problem and hoped everything got better soon. So here's my first problem. How can I review, or update a log for something I have never received? 2) where is the problem with me tarnishing your reputation or MG by talking with the source myself and confronting him about my problem like a man? so like I said I don't mean any disrespect to you or any other mods on here, but if me and the source came to an agreement I just don't like being blasted first thing I come on here to see is my name being dragged on the mud as not holding there word. If I would've went ahead and had the money to purchase the cycle I would have kept up on a log. But I'm just defending myself as I was made aware of the situation.

Well since you're the only one with a level head about this situation I will answer you the nicest. Me and the source had gotten in contact and I told him about my most recent trouble of being unemployed and said I need to fix my situation before this can proceed, to which he said that was fine. So I have never received any product from this source, and also it wasn't a free cycle it was half price. So I'm confused on why everyone is jumping on my case about this if me and the source came to an agreement that it would need to be put on hold, but was still called out because the homework wasn't done before doing so. I've never received a product from this source so how am I supposed to keep a log or review items I've never received? Please explain this to me Semper because I don't like coming onto MG to be blasted by something I had taken care of with the source specifically.

Hi Malt, first of all, good choice for this solid cycle, good luck and as you said a fun journey ;) As I am always looking on the safety and importance of PCT, and an input for the discussion, maybe proceeding a bit longer into the PCT weeks with Aromasin or Arimidex and maybe adding some Ephedrine or Clenbuterol to keep up the strength and anticatabolic effects for the difficult PCT weeks. But maybe it's better to try without ... according to SemperFi's famous words "Feed the wolf and starve the leach" All the best, Brother ...

Looking forward to following your cycle! Fun thing about diet, is that once you've built your foundation, get used to it and so forth, you can tweak it here and there. For example subbing different macro sources, increase and decrease here and there. You'll get a feel for how your body responds to different foods. After reading some threads about coconut oil and MCT, i switched from hemp seeds to coconut oil. Besides it makes food taste better somehow. And, when eating clean, flavor takes a back seat, at least for me. Good luck fashioning a diet my friend as it IS the MOST important aspect for successfully reaching your desired goal.

very good looking cycle , i like it , nice reseach , good doses , caber on hand , ai where i like to see it you can always bump up if needed. .. also i like what you said below about doing your own research and comparing good work my friend , your going to go far and +2 , but ill have to give it to you on another thred these little thumbs here , i always neg instead of + there to small for my fingers (im on my phone. ) but..think youll do great on this , is this your first 19 nor ???

Your protein cals come out to 1,020 cals. HOw many grams of carbs and fat are you planning? What's your total cals you plan to intake? BTW that's an excellent cycle that will add good lean mass if your diet is on point!

Ill be honest with you Dolf, I don't really know, the only thing I was ever taught is 1-2 grams of protein per ib of bodyweight. idk what a good ratio for carbs and fats would be. so if you could point me to a thread or article to read up on I would love to check it out so I can understand the nutrition aspect of this life a little better. But sweet that's what I was hoping for brother!

Man there are tons of articles that'll give you different figures. The key is figuring what you respond best to. Each gram of protein = 4 cals. Each gram of carbs = 4 cals. Each gram of fat = 9 cals. You can use these figures along with your total cals to figure out a plan. I've seen guys run 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. I read an article in Muscular Development where a guy said an aas user should run 50% protein, 35% carbs, and 15% fat for a lean mass gain. I've seen guys who like 1 to 2g protein per pound of body weight, 2 to 2.5g carbs per pound of body weight, and between 70 to 120g fat. I usually sit down with a calculator and piece of paper and figure it out. Give me your body weight, and the total cals you need for growth, snd we can figure out a few plans for you to choose from.
