Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
Roid Bazaar has offered an awesome promo for MG members where we propose a cycle which we would like to run and RB sponsors the chosen member and in turn we provide a very thorough review of the the source and product quality. I have chosen to participate and hopefully be sponsored and a tester for their product . So here I present my cycle which I am gearing more towards strength gains and athletic performance for the reason that my current program is a strength based program . I'm currently running the Starting Strength program by Coach Rip the program is based on a linear progression in which weight is added every training day . On such a program my diet consists of a caloric surplus in the way of 3500 plus calories a day and once on cycle I feel that number would have to be raised to 4000 plus calories a day so as to maintain the strength gains I'll be making on cycle. For that reason I have chosen to run Sustanon , NPP , and T-Bol . I feel that the combination of Sustanon and NPP will work well due to the synergy of both compounds which promote both size and strength gains and since lifting heavy will be my main focus NPP's therapeutic properties will also work great on the joints . T-Bol is a compound that I have included due to it's ability to promote muscle endurance , strength , and increased recovery . What I also like about T-Bol is that you don't have the water retention you do with D-Bol providing a much harder leaner look. I will have the obvious AI's on hand and since NPP is a 19 nor I will also have caber on hand to combat any unwanted sides . I normally supplement with Multivitamins , fish oil , Q-10 , Krill Oil , prostate formula , and Milk Thistle . I also supplement with Protien , Creatine , Aminos ,and Beta-Alanine . I don't have a diet worked out yet but as explained before the program does recommend a caloric surplus so your input would be very welcomed. Also I would like to say that this cycle is up for discussion and review for all members to provide there input . I have not decided on a start date as of yet so please take your time and tell it as it is..

Gentleman please excuse me for not being around but the month prior to the holidays and the month of Dec stress me the hell out I hate to say it but Ill be happy when it's all over. I haven't started my cycle as of yet partly because I'm at the mercy of the postal system and when those packs do arrive I feel I should start on my cycle right after the new year . As far as Calories per day and the breakdown of macros this is what I have chosen. Calories : 3647 Protein : 275 grams a day that's 1.3 grams of protein per pound I currently weigh 212 lbs Fats : 81 grams a day that's 20 % of my calories coming from fat Carbs : 453 grams a day which is about 2 grams of carbs per pound I look forward to gaining about 1 to 1.5 pounds per week for 12 weeks ..

Nice work Knuckles! Remember to drink at least 1.5 gallons of water. Also, if you're like me, i put fat on pretty easily, so, if this is the case, you can reduce carbs on rest days. Looking forward to the kick off date!

Thanks Blast it took a minute because I have been so busy and my lack of experience with diets also kept me from posting . But here it is and yes I have thought to reduce carbs on off days but not until I see this diet is working as should be then I figure I can go into a maintenance mode..or reduce carbs as need be..

frankie - i like the cycle. The choice of tbol over dbol is awesome, i never like the water retention & the bullshit dbol brings, 6 weeks standard dosage - good deal. NPP @ 450 mg ew is freakin sick! My last cycle i was doing npp @ that dose, and it rocked. You will not retain much water from npp, just a little, but your strength will blast, and anabolic effects will be visible. Sustanon, im not a fan of. I like to use short ester T with other short ester compounds and vice versa. But, i feel thats a personal preference. Adex @ 0.5mg e3d wouldnt work for me at all. I would use Aro 12.5mg e3d adding to a handsome 25mg weekly. Blood work will tell you if you're crashing your e, or not. Listen to your body. I wouldnt wait till week 5 to add in the caber, personally i would throw it in @ week 2 at the latest, and DEF not 0.5mg ed!!!! Thats too much caber. 0.5 mg e3d MAX imo. that works like a charm for me. Caber has a long half life and a slow elimination rate from the body, so you def dont need 0.5 mg ed. As far as your PCT vs TRT right after cycle, you have a few choices here. I would 1st say, re-sensitizing your hormone receptors is a great idea after a cycle, so if you do go straight to trt make sure you dose down the T for a few weeks to allow your androgen receptors to resensitize. Another option is to hop off cycle to HCG high dose maybe 1000iu-2000iu per week for 2-3 weeks, NO TEST injections, and use AI/caber if needed. Then after these 2-3 weeks back to full blown TRT/cruise. Hope this helps brother. good luck & keep us posted. looking forward to see your progress here.

Where do I start well ok with the Sustanon I'll stick to it because It has been a compound that I have been interested in running for a while now and I would like to see it's affect but thank you for your opinion kind sir. The NPP I'm glad you agree with that one because I have only heard good things as far as strength gains and It would be a nice intro to the 19 nor world for me . Ok the Adex which I have chosen to run I have done so because from my last cycle I realized I am not E2 sensitive but I also realized about 8 weeks into the cycle that an AI was necessary because I did suffer from elevated E2 which at the time I didn't know but now I do ...lol like they say your first cycle is an experiment. Ok so what would you think if for the first 4 weeks I run the Adex and then throw in the Aro if need be for the remainder of the cycle ? Now on to the Caber which was a matter of much discussion we all agreed that 0.5 mg of caber ED was way to much and it was agreed that throwing it in the 2-3 week at 0.5 mg E3D was preferable which I agree with totally . But then there was the issue of holding off and using it as needed with the same timing and dosage what are your thoughts on that ? Now onto the topic of re-sensitizing hormone receptors I like the Idea of tapering down the dose of T but when exactly do recommend I start tapering after the 12 week or a couple of weeks prior to the end of the cycle and by how much on a weekly basis until I can reach my TRT dose of 250 mg...Yes this has helped and also brought up some questions but like always I looking forward to your opinion... knuckles ! keep in mind the relationship between prolactin & estro. They play roles with each others. Usually elevated e caused elevation in prolactin. But when you're on a cycle that uses T (aromatizes to estro), and a 19-nor compound which will elevate prolactin, you have a recipe of both being elevated that being your estro & prolactin, and synergystically they will work together. So aro/adex, and wether to start dostinex mid cycle or keep it when needed, it depends on you. Aro is just a much stronger AI to keep estro @ bay, if you dont think you need it stick with adex and see. Dostinex, i would run it week 1 or 2 at most. Dont wait for prolactin build up, that shit will shut your dick off. ever wonder why they say "deca dick"! prolactin , brother!! like you said its your 1st experiment with deca, so i would love to see it being a pleasant one :) If you're apprehensive about using caber/dostinex early in the cycle, you're only option is to get frequent blood tests, after first 3 weeks into the cycle, then after 4 more weeks pass by. Keep eye on water retention, gyno, and libido crash/loss, all these are signs of estro and/or prolactin elevating. If you wait longer, you'll start lactating & gyno could happen. You def dont want that shit. As far as resensitizing receptors, thats done AFTER your cycle, def not during. If anything you can resensitize before cycle, then after cycle. You want to overload your receptors during cycle to maximize growth & recovery. If you're trt dose is 250 mg ew, after you finish cycle, dont inject T, only do hcg super high dose 1000 iu-2500 iu EW for 2 weeks, then taper down the hcg, and introduce T at maybe 120 mg 1 week, then push to 150 mg following couple of weeks, then taper up slowly to your standard trt dose. 4 weeks into cruise, i always throw in proviron 50 mg ed for at least 5 weeks. Keeping your Free Test high on a cruise is necessary to maintain your hard earned gains. These are guidelines that usually works well for me and other people i know, but your go-to is your labs. You want to get labs as soon as you finish cycle, then 4 weeks into cruising, and as you adjust your cruise to fix watever issues (lipids profile, thyroid, ...) you get more labs in 2 weeks intervals or so until you see your numbers going in the right direction. Remember right after you finish your cycle, your main goals are 1) Optimal and Fast Recovery 2) Maintain your gains. Let me know if you have any questions brother.

My dude you make perfect sense your explanation has convinced me to start the Caber the latest 2nd week into cycle . The thought of lactating nips and a wet noodle is not something I'm willing to live with and at my age a strong libido is key. In ref to the Aro I'll also go with your suggestion of 6.25 E3D the expression better safe than sorry those come to mind and at 750 MG a week Aro does make perfect sense. What is not seen yet is that I look forward to running 500iu of HCG EW while on cycle and into TRT. I see were your going with the end of cycle protocol and I would be open to the process . Check out my TRT and let me know how we could fit in the end of cycle protocol you perscribed . Test E 250 EW Adex .5mg E3D Proviron 25 MG ED and HCG @ 500iu a week..

sweet. wise suggestion. Run blood work 3 weeks in, add estro, prolactin, T,... tests and guage your dosage based on these numbers. i actually do aro 12.5mg 2ce a week, which adds up to 25mg ew. But you can start @ the dosage you mentioned & see what the blood work reveals 3 weeks in. HCG 500 iu ew oncycle is perfect, thats exactly what i do. The expectation here is the hcg will keep the boys pumping, so they dont shrink 'cause of the suppression from the gear. It also increases libido for me, which is awesome. it wont contribute to any gains seen on cycle, thats not the purpose anyways. After the last week on cycle, push the HCG to 1,000-2,500 iu ew for 2 weeks, cut out T. Then introduce T at low dose like i described earlier, and taper upwards - goal? Androgen Receptor re-sensitize. Good luck with this bro, looks good!

SF allow me to ask do you recommend I do PCT after my the cycle being that I am TRT then resume my TRT protocol after PCT ? I have seen other members in my situation just go into TRT and others actually do PCT to get the body going again then transition back to TRT. I'm basically trying to make the final decision as to go about the final stages of this cycle. As mentioned trying to make the final positive choices so that I can attain my goals.

PCT for TRT patients is an oxymoron. IMO it would be a waste of time and potentially gains. TRT suppresses your already low natural Test so why go through the time of PCT to restart your already low natural test to just turn around and suppress it again once you resume TRT. Diving directly into TRT will maintain elevated Test, DHT and IGF levels potentially saving many of the gains you achieved on cycle. That why many people like to blast and cruise. TRT- Testosterone REPLACEMENT Therapy. On TRT you are not supplementing your naturally low test your a REPLACING it with exogenous testosterone.

Start here- http://musclegurus.com/forum/training-nutrition-and-diet/diet-and-nutrition/my-current-cycle-clean-bulk-diet . Select your basic macros. Google is an excellent tool to use to determine nutrition breakdowns based on serving size. There are also phone apps that are very convenient. Get the base of the diet built and then other members can help you fine tune it. If you put in the leg work to build the foundation I am certain others will help finalize it.

To assist - Remove all processed foods from your current diet and replace them with whole foods based on their protein/carb/fat breakdown. Going to the extreme initially then you can decide which processed foods are acceptable and add them into the plan.

Semper don't think I'm not thinking about it I am brother and what I feel is best is to put out there my diet and how it is we eat at my house ...For instance we really don't eat too much processed foods allow me to give you an idea . Proteins ..eggs , Beef ( ground or steaks ) , pork , chicken mainly chicken breast or whole chicken , ground turkey , beans and plenty of them , plenty of milk and tuna shrimp and talapia and other fish . Carbs . rice , potatoes , pasta ,vegetables. bread I get my daily carbs form bagels and wheat bread fats. I would say mainly from avocados and whatever fat content the meats might have and the extra virgin or canola oil my wife cooks with. My friend I'm Hispanic I can eat rice beans and meat every day twice a day and my dinner will always have a salad on the side. Oh can't forget the plantains my friend which are also a very good source of carbs and is also a staple of our diet. My wife will make different varieties of pasta dishes Mexican dishes and Spanish dishes through out the week so it safe to say we eat fairly healthy at my house. Yes I'll have the cheese cake the chocolate chips cookies the ice cream with the pound cake at the bottom and pizza and my cold cut sandwiches ..lol. Hi friends, first of all thanks for all your input and comments into this nice and effective discussion. I think we really moved forward and could fine-tune this cycle ... now we are short before coming to an end of round 1. So let's get the final version of this cycle ready. We will then send it out to Frankie for testing ... and round 2 begins ... Frankie runs this baby and brings practical experience in. Regarding safety, as I mentioned, for me thats the most important part of the cycle, we have the AI and Caber to get sides down, both discussed and commented well. Don't know yet, whether to include the HCG while the whole cycle, after a certain stage or at the end. We should come to a final point here. If HCG is just added at the end of the cycle, I have the following proposal for PCT, plus some additional questions: - The last 10-14 days of the cycle 500 IU/day HCG - Last week of the cycle 20g/D Creatin, then the whole PCT 10gr/D - PCT 5 weeks - Anastrozole 5 weeks, 0,5 mg/day - Clomifen and/or Tamoxifen 5 weeks (Tamox: 40 mg/day, first week 60mg/day ; Clomi: 50 mg/day) - Ephedrine or Clenbuterol for anticatabolic effect and strength (Ephedrin: 25-50 mg before the training, Clen: up to 120 mcg/day) - 2-3 gr Vitamin C before and after the training, reduces the cortisol and is therefore also anticatabolic Questions: - PCT 4,5,or 6 weeks? - HCG while the cycle, after a certain stage or just at the end? - Clomiphen and / or Tamox ? - Epherine or Clenbuterol? Maybe Ephedrine is preferable, as it has probably less side effects - additional input, tips, recommendations ? Looking forward to get especially the safety and PCT discussion running, would be great to get your final input here as well. So from what has been discussed the caber and diet have been two topics that has raised the most concern in this cycle . My decision on the caber will be to hold off until needed so that I can gauge my prolactin sensitivity and get to know how my body responds to NPP . So if the need for caber does occur I will do what's has been recommended the most in this discussion which is .5 mg E3D at night and if the need does arise for some crazy ass sex I'll raise the dose to 1 mg 1 hour before sex on the prescribed day of course..lol !!! My AI regime will remain the same as it is now and listed in the log Adex .5 mg E3D . The topic of my diet and getting it dialed in to reap the maximum results will be addressed in days to come and when it does I'll lay it out for you guys to see. Taurine was also recommended at 1000 mg a day which I will have available at the time I start on the cycle . As far as the Sus / NPP/ T-Bol everyone seems to agree that there is no need to touch it . Ok so now onto another topic which was mentioned HCG it's to my understanding that HCG can be ran for the duration of cycle @ either 500 to 1000 mcg a week or towards the tail end of the cycle. I like the idea of bringing the boys back to play through out the cycle and into TRT so I'll ask your opinion on this idea if I may . Another concern that I have is maintaining a strong libido through out this cycle for which I was thinking adding Provi because I have read that it will assist in this department . The dosage I have seen recommend is either 25 mg or 50 mg a day for this purpose and once again I'll stand corrected if this is not the case because there might be some BP concerns. But if BP can be regulated with other supplements and kept under control please let me know which ones you guys might recommend . RB mentioned he wanted to discuss proper PCT for the benefit of the members but I also wanted to discuss a proper TRT protocol so If you guys wouldn't mind sharing your thoughts on a proper TRT protocol I would definitely like to hear them out.
