Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
Steroid Online Shop Promo cycle. Goal is to add mass and strength with minimal fat gain. This will be a 16 week cycle, potentially 20 pending progress at 16 weeks.. I have done this cycle previously similar in that I used Test E and Prop, Dbol, and NPP. This cycle I will try Sustanon simply because I never have. I know I am mixing short and long esters but have been using Test E and C for several years on TRT so I will give Sust a go. Test is Test I know, but I have read pros and cons of all of them so no better way to find out than to experiment on myself and see what results I get. There are many who either love Sust or hate it. Time will tell. I had a great previous cycle using this. Loved it so much I am not changing it too much other than this time I will improve my diet which was not optimal last cycle. I gained good strength and mass but due to life obstacles, diet wasn't where it should have been. For the past month I have already been working a better food prep which I know will maximize gains for this cycle. 5-6 meals daily consisting primarily of chicken and deer, rice, and greens as the staple food prep meals. The in-between and supplementary foods and sups will be Protein shakes, cottage cheese, nuts, peanut butter, greek yogurt, fair life milk, Pianas Real food. Green kale and spinich shakes. NAC, Tudca, Liv 52 for Liver support, Osteo Flex, fish oil, for Joints and heart health, vit D, Potassim and Magnesium, Taurine, all as daily sups. Training will be a combo of Power lifting and BB. Squats, Bench, Deads, Rows, Chins, Shoulder Press, Dips are staple lifts and will be conducted hard and heavy. All listed lifts will be heavy low reps one day, next training day for that lift will be higher rep lighter weight for pump and burn. Total sets will be 15-25 sets per body part and training each body part 2 x's weekly. One heavy day for power and strength (3 to 6 rep range, one lighter day for pump and burn to extreme muscle failure (8-15 rep range). I will instinctively train and rest as my body tells me I need too. I will take low dose Caber and Aro throughout cycle because bloodwork on the last cycle my prolactin and estro both were high. Test was 3900ng/dl but estro was way up. I will pin M/W/F with the listed dose amount in this cycle below. Hope to increase the big 3 core lifts and gain as much mass as humanly possible. Im ready to rock this shit out! Time to grow!

Update; Just posted my cycle review for SOS Promo and will be starting or should I say finishing the cycle on a new cycle post shortly. I stopped using SOS products and thankfully had enough stash from a prior cycle to complete this one for up to 16-20 weeks total. I donated blood this week to get down the RBC/Hemo/Hema levels, increased my Aro and Caber to 3 times per week opposed to 2 in order to get the Estro and Prolactin down. Im hitting 900mg/ wk of Test E and 400 to 500mg/wk NPP. for the remainder of the cycle. More to follow on another cycle post coming shortly.

Update. Midcycle bloodwork is attached. Taken on Friday 10 FEB. NOTE: I pinned Organon Sustanon 250mg and British Dragon Decabol @ 200mg on Wed. 8 FEB 2017 (My pinning schedule is M-W-F of this regiment) so at the time of the blood drawl I was 8 full weeks into this cycle. I must say Im a little disappointed. As you can see on my results my Total Test level was 1536.5 ng/dl, free test was over 50. While this is not bad test level it should have been much higher for the amount of test and deca I have been taking since 9 DEC. (750mg sustanon per wk and even upped my Deca to 600 mg wk.) Im currently just a little above normal total test range. In my previous cycle of Test E 750 mg/wk and NPP 400mg/wk my total test was 3900 ng/dl which you can see in a previous bloodwork picture I posted under another MG source review. Additionally, you can see in this cycle log my beginning test level in my bloodwork on simple 200mg/wk of Test E my total test level was 900 plus ng/dl. That said, the results indicate that the Sustanon in my assessment is sadly under dosed. Not saying its total bunk gear but certainly it appears its not what it should be. As for the rest of the bloodwork you can see that I have some changes to make. - Time to donate blood as my RBC, Hemo, and Hema are elevated. I presume due to Deca/19 nor. - Glucose was a little high first time ever at 106 mg/dl. I attribute this due to my very high calorie consumption and too many carbs. Time to adjust this significantly. - ALT (SGTP) was 48 IU/L. This I presume is the left over liver toxicity from DBol. Despite taking NAC, TUDICA, and Liv 52 it was still high 2 weeks after dropping DBol. The Dbol I will say was good in this cycle and I got good results. - Prolactin 26.2 ng/ml and Estro 57.4 pg/ml so both are elevated and time to up my Exemestane and Caber. Seems that Im getting more negative side effects with no huge Test level increase. This is certainly an indicator as to why we should all continually invest in doing our due diligence and getting bloodwork. Pending y'alls comments and recommendations I will be providing a SOS cycle update that will reflect these results. Hate that its not a positive and was truly hoping for better results but bloodwork doesnt lie. Not sure yet if I am going to finish this cycle out or continue with my left over stash from another source. I have enough Test E and NPP from a previous cycle stash to complete this cycle without stopping short. Not sure so what do you all recommend. I could also double up on the doses that I currently have from this cycle. It does appear it obviously has test in it. But I am now apprehensive due to potential underdosed gear that Im not confident what Im taking. SOS: Im not calling you out here, just posting what I know to be the truth via bloodwork. I greatly appreciate the opportunity for a free promo cycle. Your Dbol was on point and your service in sending the extras was outstanding however I think that the sustanon is underdosed and this was Organon Sust which is supposed to be pharma grade.

Very disappointing. Sorry to see you received way under dosed gear BN. You are killing it otherwise brother! +2 for the report. You have a good handle on everything. Just make sure you get in and give up some blood before you become disqualified to donate (59). I find that it takes NAC and Tudca a full 30-40 days to see enzymes levels back in the lower ranges. The only thing that has me baffled is if his aro is good why is his E2 so elevated. Deca isn't very estrogenic and if the Sust was well under dosed why such a elevated level? He is two weeks outside of dBol so that cannot be a contributor.

Aro 12.5 mg 2 x per week, and Caber .5mg 2x per week. Historically I have had high prolactin even on TRT of only 200mg/wk of Test C or E. ITs been very odd, never ever had sore nipples or any signs of gyno or the other side effects. I even went and had a MRI done to check for pituitary glad tumor and all was good to go so not sure other than Im simply very prone to high prolactin. As for the estro, I have no idea. During my last cycle when my test was 3900 my estro wasn't that high and I controlled it easy. Not sure on this one. Both my Aro and Caber are not pharma which may be the issue but this is the same company I used in previous cycles and all levels were good according to blood tests. Maybe company is starting to lower their quality. Will know for sure next blood test.

If high prolactin is typical for you consider keeping an eye on your TSH. Hypothyroidism or a less than optimal thyroid could be the source. Shaking my head on the balance of this problem.

When I was going to TRT Doc every 90 days we did a full panel blood test and my Thyroid was always normal levels. The Doc was perplexed about the prolactin too which is why she sent me to euro doc for a MRI. I now self administer TRT so I probably need to start getting a full panel blood test so I watch it TSH. My euro doc that evaluated my MRI said that the prolactin was due to the hormone replacement. Some simply react to it that way. The strange part is that I asked him if he would treat the Prolactin with meds and he said not at this time. Not sure why although he seemed reserved on his comments. Im guessing its because of my size and he most likely knew I did a little more than TRT!! LOL

If I remember right you shared your MRI and the scare you had in the forum. It seems you have a good handle on everything. The mystery is still there and it sucks not having an answer. You might consider throwing the low T/high E in the open forum to see if we get some insight from another member/source. If your AI is from a reliable source than you would hope that it was properly dosed but as you just experienced with the Test your AI might be under dosed also. ;(

Yea brotha your total test levels should be at leadt 2000 higher than that. That sust looks to be about half dosed. 125mg rather than 250mg. Really wish testing the purity of compounds was easier to access and cost effective for the average joe. Definitely go donate blood. Your getting close to the levels of being turned away for too high of hematocrit levels. Double rbc is what I give. How's your bp?

Update: Since switching to higher reps and volume its been a change in mind set and overall training which I am enjoying greatly. Ive been getting some new muscle soreness which I havent had in a while with my recovery being very quick on cycle. Since dropping calories and completing Dbol my weight has dropped from mostly water. Cant say for sure if Ive had any progress in lean mass gains yet and hard to evaluate if I have plateaued or not because I switched up my routine drastically and Im not basing my progress on strength gains. What I can say is that the muscle pump and burn has been taken to a new level and Ive really been able to focus on mind muscle connection. My chest, arms and thigh measurements have been remained the same. Trying to be patient and let the diet and work in the gym do its job. Im improved my meal planning by weighing it on a scale. In the past I always guestimated. Now with weight scale and better food logs I know for certain that Im getting 8oz of meat per meal. and my servings are more accurate and better tracked so I can adjust up or down accordingly. Ive been eating the shit out of elk and rice. Nice change alternating one week chicken as the primary and the next week elk as the primary protein source. Work outs are 15 to 25 sets total per body part with 15-20 rep range. Going heavy one time weekly in the big 3 core lifts just to try and maintain a certain level of strength and muscle memory for when i go super heavy again. 3-5 reps for a few sets then I finish with same core lifts for 15 -20 reps. Feels fantastic yet brutal in a good way.

Nice update BN! You're going to love low volume high reps. Give rest-pause a go. Been working Rp's into my routines with great results (sore again for a couple days after). Supers and drops are nice as well. Working a carb intake schedule can be challenging at first, but it gets better over time. Those night time munchies are a bitch!

Yes I love rest pauses. I was stuck on bench for a while and when I incorporated rest pauses it helped me push past a plateau. Love drop sets as well. I do them with at least one exercise for each body part every week with little rest between sets.

Nice update brotha! You are on the road to success. Just be patient. You can also drop your carbs a bit more to see if helps the leaning process. When cutting with moderate carb intake I like to est most my daily carbs upon waking, pre, and post workout. Very little to no carbs for dinner, and absolutely no carbs after dinner.

Thanks Dolf. Only issue with carbs is that I do most lifting in the evenings, late evening in fact because my son lifts with me. So Tues,, Wed, Frid, I lift late. Mon/Thurs he goes to jiu jitsu class so that is the only time I lift in the morning at work. Weekends that Im not working are great because we lift midday. We literally get home about 8-830 and our supper isnt until about 9, one to 2hrs later straight to bed. (I'm wired for sound after working out so it takes me until 11 or 12 to wind down) This puts me getting about 4-5hrs sleep on those nights. Just the way it is. Not optimal but I wouldn't change lifting with him for anything. All that aside, I double up on protein with a post protein shake, and 30 min after I have my last meal for the day before bed. Ive still been eating rice/chicken post workout carbs in milk but will give the no carb a try on last meal of the day. I will consume my last carb intake about 4-5pm pre workout only and only allow the 13gms of the milk be the only carb post workout in my whey shakes unless you think that needs to be eliminated as well. Thanks for the feedback.

What you don't want is left over carbs not used by the body because that gets stored as fat. If you train late like that then use carbs post workout, but try to use however much your body needs for recovery post workout. How much is that? I don't know, but its something you might need to tinker around with. Or in your situation going keto might be a better option. It can be rough for the first two weeks, but once adjusted it's a fantastic way to cut bf.

It looks as though we have a very similar training schedule, tho mine is a bit earlier, not by much. I still add about 20-30 grams of quick carbs in my post workout shake, tapioca flour and a teaspoon or so of dextrose (discovered tapioca flour for the quick carbs, better than rice flour). I think I'd freak out if I didn't have some carbs after a work out lol. The final meal of the day at 9:30 or 10pm, has no added carbs. Lately, due to waking up in the middle of the night and raiding the fridge for something to eat, I prep a casein protein drink with half milk, half water. I drink that instead of grazing on scraps in the fridge, which typically contain carbs of one sort or another. Worked great last night (almost grabbed that container of left over pasta, close call!). Thank you for keeping your cycle log updated. GREAT JOB!!!

BN- Read that more than once. Absolutely no carbs after dinner. Huge advantage. If you need help with night time carb cravings, which is normal, supplement with 500-1000mg 3x a day of L-Glutamine. They have frozen protein ice cream with zero carbs that you can try to satisfy the late evening munchies.... Or just pan fry a bloody elk steak that you have stocked in your freezer.

Yes Sir, Ive been pan frying in coconut oil or grilling elk backstrap thinly sliced with sautéed onions. Put in hot skillet for 1 min on each side, bloody center. Been consuming 8-10 oz a sitting with 1 cup of rice... Feel like Ive been to a steak house on a cheat meal. Hard to get any better and still sticking to the meal planning. Will take out the cup of rice on last meal of the day, see my comments to Dolf, any suggestions on the days that I lift late evenings.

Stick to no carbs in the evening for your evening workouts as well except for 15-25g post workout to spike insulin and then follow that up with your post workout protein. You will be using your glycogen reserves that you had throughout the day to assist your late evening training. If you are training after 8pm or so I would use a complete protein that contains fast/medium/slow digestive proteins. That way you are carrying your proteins to bed and assisting with prolonged protein synthesis. Frickin' sounds delicious and I am stoked you are having so much enjoyment from your first elk. ;)

Week 6 update: Was out of town for work all week but was fortunate that my location had a fantastic gym. Wasn't able to do the meal prep like I wanted but managed to get in the needed calories and enough protein. Im changing it up a bit and going to drop my calories just above my TDEE per grizz recommendation. I gained too much water and fat along with muscle due to calories and my typical response to DBOL during weeks 1-5. Just finished DBOL and I almost immediately dropped 5lbs of water in only 3 days. Actually feel physically a little better as well. I was having difficulty breathing and felt like shit due to bloat. The blue hearts Dbol was a great kicker for me despite' my imperfect diet. Simply too many calories, gained weight too fast, and it wasn't quality lean gains. Im 2 days into going all high reps (15-20 range) on all core lifts and isolation movements. Still hitting each body part 2x's a week. My increase lies in my conditioning and Im able to really push heavier weights for more reps. Im really enjoying training differently in the extreme high volume. My pumps are fantastic. It also takes on a different mind and muscle connection. When you do 15-20 reps per set at or near failure each set, let me tell you got to dig deep from the dark depths of HELL to complete. I did 5 sets of squats for 20 reps each of 225lbs where I normally do 405 for 6 reps and 315 for 10-12 reps. Its a different ball game for damn sure. The burn was unbelievable. By the 4th and 5th set I had to pause quite a bit to complete the reps to 20. I could barely walk to the leg press, and by the way, leg press for 20 reps/5 sets, then glute ham raises, and leg extentions were fucking brutal after squats. Great muscle soreness today and I know I pushed past pain barrier. 8hr drive home this evening was for shit!!! LOL It will take me some time to get conditioned for this higher rep/volume training which Im looking forward to. I feel confident that this will produce some quality gains and progress. I hadn't experienced this much muscle soreness for a while when going extremely heavy which my body is very conditioned to. My only complaint is here is that I know I may lose some overall strength in my big 3 lifts. I know I have to accept this as part of the plan to focus more on BB than Power lifting and to attain some true lean mass gains. This is a great cycle so far and its early in the game. Im still learning a great deal and each cycle Im learning more and more how my body responds to new stimulus, training, dieting, and gear. I havent done any cardio to this point so Im adding back in tomorrow, slow and steady nothing crazy and will continue throughout this cycle and beyond. . I need to also get more sleep. Im a night owl and have functioned all of my 24 years in the miitary with an average of 5hrs of sleep a night which I know is far from optimal. I get 6-8 on weekends that Im not working which isnt enough. This will be a challege for me but I know it has to be done if Im going to get optimal recovery. Im a wirey high energy SOB so Im going to have to learn to shut my brain off like normal human beings and freakin go to bed. That said here I sit at 1230 am after an 8 hr drive and still awake...

Digging deep my friend. Now, that was a great read! I've been training with high rep low volume and really getting into the mind muscle connection. Really good stuff. On chest days, i go with heavy press then move on to isolations ending up with fantastic pumps, and sometimes sore for a few days afterwards. In the meantime, my strength continues to increase albeit by small increments. Great cycle log btw, a great example for others to follow :)

You're going to notice after a month or two that you're body appears more conditioned. You're going to tap into your fat reserves while you're training. The muscle will take on a different look in the long term - 6-12 months. But in the 3-6 month range, you'll be leaner and thus harder in appearance. The hardest part is nailing your daily caloric intake. That and sleeping enough. I'm right there with you on that one. I hear about these pros getting 10 hours of sleep a night during their bulk and I couldn't imagine being able to do that. I can go to bed at 3am and I'll be up at 8 the latest. The result so far this cycle has been I'm fucking tired all day lol.

BN have you ever considered what they call power bodybuilding? Basically your first lift is a compound lift done like you'd do in powerlifting style, and the rest of your lifts are more moderate weight with higher rep ranges for the pump. It'll help you retain your powerlifting strength, but build you like a bodybuilder. Mike O'hearn is known for this.

Ive not read too much about it but actually somewhat had been doing it in my workload. Ive been hitting the big 3 and largest compound movements super heavy and low reps but recently pushed heavy as I can go for 8-12 rep range. Then finish the remainder of the workouts with higher rep range. On this cycle Ive gained some conditioning strength and been able to do a particular set of lbs at higher reps. For example I can do 295 in bench now for 10-12 reps which before 8 reps was my max at that weight. I think I am going to hit the high rep range as I discussed but pick 1-2 core lifts each week one time and go super heavy to maintain some strength. I love PL too much to not cycle back to it often. Although I am going to do something out of my comfort zone of heavy and give the high rep range a go for a while to see where it takes me. Hoping for some new growth and progress. I didnt know that Ohearn does this. Going to google and youtube and see what I can learn. Thanks for the tip as always.

I think you'll like the change, and it's alwsys good to give your joints a break now and then. Plus lactic acid is supposed to be therapeutic for tendons.

4th week update. Cycle is going very well. Up 13 lbs. much water weight I am sure from the Dbol which by the way is fantastic. Pumps and vascularity are all time high. The Dbol blue hearts are awesome. Strength is up in the area of being able to do all core lifts with additional reps that I previously couldn't get at specific weight. Chest is up to 1 inch at 50 in. Biceps are holding at 18 to 18.25, 1/4 inch gain. Only a slight increase since the end of last cycle but already back up to where they were post cycle and now a little beyond in just 4 weeks. Chest was stuck at 49 to 49.5 inches for a long time. Hoping I can continue to add size and most importantly keep as much as possible post cycle. Im confident I could exceed all of my PR's in the squat, DL and bench but Im being smart this cycle and not risking injury so my new heavy lifting style is simply to do more reps in the 6 -12 rep range and refraining from going too heavy in the 1-3 range. That said my pumps are unreal. Ive always stuck to core heavy 1-5 rep range which has played havoc on my joints so my focus has turned more towards working heavy weight in a higher rep range which has proven fruitful for me and Im killing it. Im able to do nearly 2x's the amount of work load in the gym and want to do more. Im pushing far past the pain barrier. Each time I leave the gym my goal is that 10-15lb dumbells feel heavy. I can barely walk often out of the gym but feel fantastic and love pushing myself past the "good pain" barrier. Pounding the calories in the 4 to 5000 calorie range. Meal planning is working damn good in that area. Although I fully admit the holidays was full of "i see it, I eat it" but Im back in sync now. As you can see from the pics, Im still a chubby fucker but a little leaner than last cycle and gaining some mass on this one. Im adding water/fat at or near the same rate of muscle it appears, not sure what the balance is there or how much fat is an acceptable level while bulking. Im not a professional in this area and its will always be my struggle, I love to eat. However I continue to improve at 44 yrs old which feels fucking fantastic. Comments from my family members and close friends has been overwhelming in regards to how big Im getting and the many questions popping up on "what are you doing?" Im sure they are all speculating that Im using gear which I really dont care, the wifey supports me 100% which is all that matters. One thing I have learned about my body over the past few years is that at my age, it fights growing any further in both mass and strength. My breathing sucks, out of breath often during this cycle. My goal post cycle is to cut body fat and do my first true cutter cycle. Looking forward in seeing how far I can go this cycle.

Nash, great update. Sorry I didn't see this one earlier. I get a bit self absorbed on cycle. If you're gaining fat that you can notice, you're eating too much. I got your TDEE around 3700-3800. 5000 calories is too much, brother. You push that kind of surplus when you hit a plateau and stop gaining. You use a 1000 calorie surplus to push to the next level. Then back down off it. 13 pounds in 4 weeks is over 3 pounds a week. That's 150 pounds of muscle a year. Doesn't sound too possible. Even 50 pounds a year seems unlikely. I know you want to maximize your size gains, but what good is it if you end up over 20%? I'd love to see you get your rep range into the 12-20 area. All those years of low rep training has tightened the fascia so much. The way to stretch it out is by really volumizing the muscle with blood during training. 6 months of 15-20 reps on everything and I fucking guarantee you see new growth you've never noticed. That fascia is an obstacle impeding new growth now. We've gotta get through it.

Sound and great advise Mister A. I knew that I was far out of my TDEE but was purposefully doing so to add as much size as possible, but as you stated its way too much. Im actually miserable, can't breathe and bloated all to hell. Feeling good strength wise and gaining mass but its far from optimal as you indicated. It is too much, over half my gains have been water weight and fat as a visual mirror guesstimate. Im readjusting calories and will finish out this cycle in the 15-20 rep range as well. I currently do this for isolation exercises but compound exercises Ive remained in the lower 8-10 range which for me was the highest ever on a consistent basis even at that rep range. Ive been stubborn in that area and love pushing heavy as possible but you are right on all accounts. I will give this rep range a go through May which will be beyond my current cycle and back on TRT. Truly appreciate the advise. Will continue to post progress.

Awesome stuff, Brother. Nothing wrong with 8-10 on the big exercises. 8 reps with 2-4 second negatives are the ideal though. You never want your form to change even on your heaviest sets. An alteration in your form means an alteration in the way the muscles are recruited and in which ones you use. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing you be the best 270 you've ever been now. You're a hard worker and that's half the battle when it comes to making improvements. The other half is just having the right strategy, which looking at this log is improving every day. Big things to come with this cycle.
