Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
Steroid Online Shop Promo cycle. Goal is to add mass and strength with minimal fat gain. This will be a 16 week cycle, potentially 20 pending progress at 16 weeks.. I have done this cycle previously similar in that I used Test E and Prop, Dbol, and NPP. This cycle I will try Sustanon simply because I never have. I know I am mixing short and long esters but have been using Test E and C for several years on TRT so I will give Sust a go. Test is Test I know, but I have read pros and cons of all of them so no better way to find out than to experiment on myself and see what results I get. There are many who either love Sust or hate it. Time will tell. I had a great previous cycle using this. Loved it so much I am not changing it too much other than this time I will improve my diet which was not optimal last cycle. I gained good strength and mass but due to life obstacles, diet wasn't where it should have been. For the past month I have already been working a better food prep which I know will maximize gains for this cycle. 5-6 meals daily consisting primarily of chicken and deer, rice, and greens as the staple food prep meals. The in-between and supplementary foods and sups will be Protein shakes, cottage cheese, nuts, peanut butter, greek yogurt, fair life milk, Pianas Real food. Green kale and spinich shakes. NAC, Tudca, Liv 52 for Liver support, Osteo Flex, fish oil, for Joints and heart health, vit D, Potassim and Magnesium, Taurine, all as daily sups. Training will be a combo of Power lifting and BB. Squats, Bench, Deads, Rows, Chins, Shoulder Press, Dips are staple lifts and will be conducted hard and heavy. All listed lifts will be heavy low reps one day, next training day for that lift will be higher rep lighter weight for pump and burn. Total sets will be 15-25 sets per body part and training each body part 2 x's weekly. One heavy day for power and strength (3 to 6 rep range, one lighter day for pump and burn to extreme muscle failure (8-15 rep range). I will instinctively train and rest as my body tells me I need too. I will take low dose Caber and Aro throughout cycle because bloodwork on the last cycle my prolactin and estro both were high. Test was 3900ng/dl but estro was way up. I will pin M/W/F with the listed dose amount in this cycle below. Hope to increase the big 3 core lifts and gain as much mass as humanly possible. Im ready to rock this shit out! Time to grow!

4th week update. Cycle is going very well. Up 13 lbs. much water weight I am sure from the Dbol which by the way is fantastic. Pumps and vascularity are all time high. The Dbol blue hearts are awesome. Strength is up in the area of being able to do all core lifts with additional reps that I previously couldn't get at specific weight. Chest is up to 1 inch at 50 in. Biceps are holding at 18 to 18.25, 1/4 inch gain. Only a slight increase since the end of last cycle but already back up to where they were post cycle and now a little beyond in just 4 weeks. Chest was stuck at 49 to 49.5 inches for a long time. Hoping I can continue to add size and most importantly keep as much as possible post cycle. Im confident I could exceed all of my PR's in the squat, DL and bench but Im being smart this cycle and not risking injury so my new heavy lifting style is simply to do more reps in the 6 -12 rep range and refraining from going too heavy in the 1-3 range. That said my pumps are unreal. Ive always stuck to core heavy 1-5 rep range which has played havoc on my joints so my focus has turned more towards working heavy weight in a higher rep range which has proven fruitful for me and Im killing it. Im able to do nearly 2x's the amount of work load in the gym and want to do more. Im pushing far past the pain barrier. Each time I leave the gym my goal is that 10-15lb dumbells feel heavy. I can barely walk often out of the gym but feel fantastic and love pushing myself past the "good pain" barrier. Pounding the calories in the 4 to 5000 calorie range. Meal planning is working damn good in that area. Although I fully admit the holidays was full of "i see it, I eat it" but Im back in sync now. As you can see from the pics, Im still a chubby fucker but a little leaner than last cycle and gaining some mass on this one. Im adding water/fat at or near the same rate of muscle it appears, not sure what the balance is there or how much fat is an acceptable level while bulking. Im not a professional in this area and its will always be my struggle, I love to eat. However I continue to improve at 44 yrs old which feels fucking fantastic. Comments from my family members and close friends has been overwhelming in regards to how big Im getting and the many questions popping up on "what are you doing?" Im sure they are all speculating that Im using gear which I really dont care, the wifey supports me 100% which is all that matters. One thing I have learned about my body over the past few years is that at my age, it fights growing any further in both mass and strength. My breathing sucks, out of breath often during this cycle. My goal post cycle is to cut body fat and do my first true cutter cycle. Looking forward in seeing how far I can go this cycle.

Great update BN, nice and thorough! You're killing it! As an older dude, that fat to muscle balance is a bitch. The moment i see it creeping back, i go into panic mode. It all seems to fall off quick these days, which is due to good habits. Get that muscle, worry about cutting later, as you know the water will drain at the end. Keep up the great work, and intensity!

Will do SF and appreciate the words of wisdom. I learned from my last cycle to keep the weight within reason. Its really hard for me not to go balls out on the big 3 especially when I feel so damn good and gaining strength. This past few weeks for example Im keeping my heavy weights at the higher rep range and will do so throughout the cycle and nix the 1-3 rep range all together to prevent injuries.. For example, in bench press I backed off 315 for 6, and doing 295 for 8-10 reps, Dumbell press 120's for 10 reps opposed to 130's for 3-6 reps. Actually it feels much better and the pump Im getting from the higher reps is fantastic. You are right about the 68 Camaro, BUT when you add nitrous to it, dat bitch wants to go,,,,, go dammit all to hell!!! LOL

Looks good. It's been a couple years since I had venison as a primary protein source. Hopefully next year I can bag enough myself to keep the freezer stocked. With your estro so high I'd stay away from DBol altogether. Too much aromatization. Drol doesn't aromatize. Might be a better fit.

Love the venison. Very lean red meat. Hope to get an Elk soon as well. Which should carry me through the winter and into spring. Ive been contemplating Drol but Ive read so much on losing all the gains from Drol very easily so Ive always stuck with Dbol and love it. It was the Prolactin that was slightly out of range at 18. Got Caber on hand and taking .5 mg 2x's wk. to keep Caber down with the Deca.

Drol technically is a 19nor and most cases I don't oppose running it with other 19nors, but with your prolactin issues I'd not combine it with another 19nor compound. However I'd recommend you giving it a try in the future when not using a 19nor injectable. You lose a little, but not much.

Good to hear, maybe try Drol with Test/Eq run. It will be a while but I have always wanted to try it despite the negatives I have read. Especially for the massive strength gains many say they get from running Drol. How much have your run in the past. 50, 100mg??

Yup, got Caber on hand and taking .5mg 2x's a week to keep it down. Im naturally higher level in Prolactin prone for whatever reason. Ive had an MRI done a while back and my pituitary gland is normal so not sure other than its just how my body is and/or responds.
