no concerns expect pinning was a issue. see i burnt out glutes , bad and i was getting tren cough every pin .. but i have not used my delts in 4 months :) and quads very minium. , so i was pinning 150 tren eod 100 prop eod. well now im pinning 75mg tren ed using delts and quads .. and prop eod at 100. in glutes. seems to be working. im hoping i can handle 525 of this prop if not ill be dropping down .... this a 8 weeker. , ummm diet im eating , every meal and more , getting ready for a real diet. and traing 3 on 1 off every day so far :))) been a long time. a real long time for me.to be committed like this im taking a partner starting tomorrow morning , and im going to do a morning meeting with him hes in na aa. then he has the keys to a local.power lifting gym. OLD PIG IRON IM IN :) . .and i got him a few bottles of tren and prop. i have a ai for him. but i do need to order him a pct. ....and i may need a little guidence helping him with that. he has gym.rat cycled for years , now i told him i will do my penetentry work out with you. and i garantee i break him in 4 days AND ME FOR THAT MATTER lol but once we pull threw it. the skys the limit. ...also i may want to eat clean and right , so i may hit someone for a clean bulk diet nothing crazy. i mean. i know what i need but theres so much i been leaving out. , loke i seen mr a and dolf talk about insulin spike.and ect ...which has got me.on the right path. cant believe how far off track i got. smh. but this my first real cycle in A LONG TIME WITH EVERYTHING PROPPER. im 5 8 222 lb the friggen thing wont work. so i skipped it

the fucking dreams are nuts !!!!!!! last night there was like some zombie big russian or some shit , and he didnt speak and i couldnt hurt him we were in a junk yard or something but we fell off this landing and i end up falling and him on the bottom , and we hit , yet he was getting back up so i pulled out a 380 and put in his mouth and the fucking trigger wont pull , sob always in a dream the trigger wont pull so i started beating him with butt and hes laughing and spitting blood. crazy then just now a nightmare woke me up , im at some house and this guy would not leave , some girls house and turns out hes some kind of deamon. , and im trying to get him out and his face turns and distorts and he shows teeth and is trying to bite me ....wtf. i let out a yell lmao. i got my pitt bull runni g around the house know barking out the windows , i startled him. lol wow nits dreams.

how about tonight , im hanging out with some , knock dead gorouse, brunette she was popular not sure if a singer or model.or actress but were in a hot tub in midtown drinking champaign, and playinging over looking midtown ..then for some.reason it took us to where the rest of the apt ..was ramsacked shes freaking ..anyway. i check the apt and some dude runs for the front door. well i catch him and knock out but i forgot to check closet and here some other gangster comes out got a 357 pointed at me. ..and im.ducking him , im.naked and access to a gun , and finially he shot me threw the little sheet rock wall got me in lft shoulder. and right ribs , i thought he got the heart but he leaves i go down the ambulance there ...he missed heart barley but i could feel the burn. Love this cycle brother, are you planning on running your prop a few weeks longer than your tren??? I always do and it definitely helps. Also you run your caber into pct? I like to two weeks into it then I drop it! Cycle looks fun though!

ya , cycle is going great. , its simple but im simple. , i did drop the prov i had to bp shot threw roof. i think i took 1 .5 caber in like since the start. , an aro. i think i took like 6.25 3 x. and more out of just in case. im shtredding up nice. im holding off on pic. my legs are taking off (cut ripped defined) and i noticed in mirror yester day i got all them little defined back muscles starting to ripout. , my front and rear delt are rounding out :))) see its been forever since i actually posted a total transfermation pic. :)))) its coming.

:))) everything is now past the point of fatigue, and climbing. i walked in and repped out 275 for a few sets of 6 , easy. and got the flu ...strenght is kicking and loosing weight and tightening up nicely. not bad for 3 weeks. , i added a pic to my already posted pic to compare what , a week or so will do. its coming together

phewwww!!!! i was on 4 days. took off yesterday. , we benched today ...my bench actually dropped alot. ,, im thinking sonce i didnt do nothing is so long. , my muscles are fatigued ...and need to catch up .. also i been running 75mg tren a ed for 7 days now. and 150 prop eod. ... before this i was running 100 tren and 100 prop eod. ...my question is. or my concern is its 7 days im on a pretty good dose of tren 525 a week. but my sides are minium. very ....im going to up to 100 mg ed and see what happens hopefully i need to drop down. ...lets see what happens. ...but i do know im getting it in. and sticking with it. feel beat up but good ...and that quad shot last night. i cannot even feel it

Don't focus on the negative or question the things that you cannot control Sieg. Do what you know needs to be done and everything else will fall in to place. Muscle memory will take over soon and staying well hydrated is going to help you return to your former strength levels.

Yeah, hit the pec with a 25g, it'll be fine. Hit it about 2+ inches above the nip. Its a little weird at first, but after the first time, you'll be good to go. I sometimes hit the middle quad ( I forget the medical name). A dude at the gym who is on doctor prescribed TRT showed me where, and its basically smack dab in the middle of the quad. I hit a few times, but I prefer the spot you told me about. But, if I need to, I can hit the middle quad (rectus femoris??? Shit now I have to look it up, ok, yes rectus femoris it is. Good luck with the pec

Good stuff Sieg. I hear you on the tennis elbow pain. ITs a freakin nightmare to work through. Ive finally got mine at bay for a while with Osteo Flex and Deca combo. Feeling pretty good and have finally eased back into heavier bicep work. I like your cycle and is what I have planned for next spring so looking forward to hearing your progress. . this is all i run nasty. , i love my shorts. , and i love running. , so with shorts. its 6 or 8 on. take a month break. then back on ... this cycle right here , omg. i do have a friend lining me up a diet plan. because i need it. majorly here ... ok i got out of prison about 6 years ago. , 1 time did i go balls out and run a decent cycle ..i want to say the rest i maintained i did not push myself ... now honestly the last year. i messed up every cycle. , and the last 3 months i barley touched a weight. ... :))) now. i started about 2 weeks about , in a back room garage light weight , which smoked me. , now this week i took a partner and a big big boy at that , thank odin hes just getting back in , but we have pushed each other this week to , only be compared to when i was in prison. ....also i never ate breakfast barley ate a lunch. and would do dinner and eat at night. ... NOW I POWER BAR IT UP IN AM BEFORE GYM. , THEN HONESTLY GET IT IN. THEN I HIT BREAKFAST. , THEN USUALLY A HOUR LATER A BAR. THEN LUNCH. THEN SNACK THEN DINNER AND EAT ALL NIGHT. , IM.EATING , IM TRAINING , IM USING PROTEIN. , AND IM PINNING EVERYDAY TREN 75 MG. AND PROP 150 EOD. ...WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE MY RESULTS IN 2 WEEKS. , MYSELF IM SPEECHLESS. AHHH IM.DOING IT. IM RIPPING OUT OF CLOTHS ALREADY. AND I HAVE A MINIUM.OF 6 LEFT. , I FEEL THE 1ST 2 WEEKS I ONLY RAN LIKE 100 TREN EOD AND PROP THE SAME ..AND I ONLY USED LITTLE WEIGHT TO CONDITION. ,, 6 TO 8 WEEKS OF THE WAY IM RUNNING NOW. , ALL I CAN DO IS SHAKE MY HEAD AND SMILE. Sieg go get some OsteoBiflex Triple Strength with MSM, some Tumeric Curcumin, a tennis elbow bracelet, and some motrin. Where the bracelet all day except when you sleep. Sleeping with it can cause nerve damage! This regimen will help knock that shit out in a few months, and the tennis elbow bracelet will enable you to tolerate training. I've battled tennis elbow a few times now.

X2 I am using Osteo on Dolf recommendation and Cissus on Swolesam's recommendation and it has help me dramatically. TB500 was a crap shoot and I don't know if it did anything or not.
