Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
adding 10 to 15 lbs muscle., .. im currently been natty for weeks , will continue on natty , till i reach my goal.of 190 10% ..im down to 200lb now.down from 216. ..my bf is around 15 -16 % down from 18 % my starting date for this cycle like stated is when im 190 10% ...im estamating mid april. tops. .. i will attempt to add 10 to 15 lbs while holding 10 % .... my diet is not in place yet , im close with it. .. but. i wont post it. not now. for the simple reason is. its one of my weak points ,, and i need to perfect what works for me. ... i do know my TDEE is a little over 3000, so i will not be dropping from that mark , but work is here and i turned up my gym game to supersetting , i call it the pen , routine , for example a set of bench. go right to stomach. , come up back on bench. same for shoulders and tris. thats my monday routine. tuesday back , bis and traps and stomach non stop. wed. is squats , and dead lifts. and stomach in between sets. ....fot nothing less than 1.5 hours. 1 day off then repeat. ...this is not about strenght right now. its about condition , sounds easy. try it first 8 weeks trestA 50 ed ,prop 100 eod , hgh 4iu. , hcg caber , aro as needed .... weeks 9 to 14. drop trestA , up prop to 75mg ed , and add anavar at 80 mg ed. , hgh continue at 4iu. , and aro and hcg as needed. ... routine may also change , once im at desired bf. and weight

wow after seeing blasts cycle log i been off a while. , maybe this why i got the itch so bad. i may have to delay the ment , in a month ill be in a good position. ,, i may run a quick tren cycle till i afford the. ment. i need back on.

looking forward to it also. , but like i said i been getting myself back physically and mentaly..once im at like 190 10 to 12 % im in top shape agion. ..and then the gain train. ..by then ill have the diet thing tuned in. ..i will be setteled in new home. , bussiness will be booming. ...so mind body and soul will be in it ,, and most importantly. ill have the cash agion. to. be right im taking something i herd dolf say. .. i will prep all my , meals on a sunday. ... meaning. my food needed threw out the day. ..if i donot prep and have it in the truck. i will not eat. i onow me. ill skip it because i got caught up...no not this time. ,,everything will be on point this cycle. ... traini g i now live 1 mile from gym. 5am every morning i will be in gym.1.5 hours. then the diner for breakfast on way home which is my , work yard now also. ...so i got a plan .. im not goi g to lie . i have tren withdrawls. im dieing to jump.on tren. lol. but refuse. im nuts i guess i love the insanity. that comes with it.

Be careful starting GH at 4iu ED. You might get some nasty sides. If you have the resources I would start GH now at 1-2iu ED and work up to 4iu by the time your cycle starts. Keep an eye on your Test dose. You might find a simple replacement dose of testosterone (200mg/EW) is more than enough when running MENT. MENT amortizes like 'test on steroids' and adding the extra test might set your E2 over the edge so be aware. ;)

Definitely work that gh max 2 ius to start. for 2 weeks at least and see how you feel. Then I would up it to 3 ius still in 1 dose in the am. When you go to 4 ius split the dose 2 ius in the am and 2 pre workout. It depends on your schedule. They say me over 50 can supplement before bed as well. You will get it figured out. I had all kinds of side effects. soon they went away. I did sleep like a baby.. Good luck Sieg....

thanks nasty. im hoping for the middle of april , i let myself and bf go a bitt , and i have been natty and will continue natty till im at 190 and 10 % ill even go 10 to 12% ..once i accomplish this which i will , i will run this cycle ...im shooting for mid april. and theres no reason why i wont hit my mark ... im lacking.in diet. , and have been. but i never needed be concerned about diet , but once i hit 50. i see i need to be concerned. yes i could be spoon fed. or helped. but.the best learning tool is to do it your self. and this i am. ... my head has been in the books ,,my workouts have been like it was upstate and what i mean by that ill do a set , then immediately go to stomach. the back to what ever exercise and do a set. and repeat ... i was absolutly at the top of my game. in prision. but i had nothing but time. but out here is no excuse. its called disipline , which i applied in all aspects of my life but got away from my LOVE. the iron. ... so i put this up
