Visit and review the "Cycle Logs' section of the forum.
There is some great information that can be gleaned from this area that you will not find in the forum. You will find a lot of things that you should be doing and see a lot of things that you shouldn't do. Don't overlook the diet and training section of each log. A log is a vital key to a successful cycle. Also go back a ways to some of the older logs. It takes some digging but there is really good knowledge to be learned.
