So been doing some research and hoping someone with experience can chime in on the T4/T3 4:1 ratio of these two while running GH. Without getting to detailed, i'm finding a lot of info on the point that after some time on higher doses of gh that T4/T3 tend to suppress a bit or can't keep up with what the GH is doing internally or something to that affect and that the above ratio something along the lines of T4-50mcg/T3-12.5mcg or T4-100mcg/T3-25mcg should/could be supplemented to continue to get the most out of the GH use?!?
My head is spinning from all the info i'm reading with just a lot of opinions and parroting going on. Also read and it makes a ton of sense that .6 is normal range and that if bloods show this then there is no need to supplement, but ideally want to be .5 or .6 with TSH if I remember correctly.
I still have a ton of research to do before I take any leap and am about to get next set of bloods done, but again just was looking for some feedback or people with first hand experience to maybe chime in.
