Awesome videos. Thanks for sharing. Certainly goes against some of the standard practices of eating for fat loss, but hell he does explain things well. I wasnt aware of Arganines affect on viruses, so that was some new info for me. I like learning new things :)

I do not use this particular brand that he is self promoting but the micro-nutrient content of these products are indisputable. The nourishment that it provides at the cellular level is supported by science as well.
It is certainly the contrarian view of the main stream concerning fat loss but has been part of my lifestyle for a long time. I also utilize a carb source called UCAN super starch. It provides carbohydrate fuel WITHOUT spiking insulin. When you take it your body utilizes both carbs and fat for fuel. I like it because it only takes me out of ketosis for a short few hours of the day.
