Review Detail

I placed a couple of orders on March 23. Received a email the following day stating that both orders would ship together and save me the shipping fee of one order and that was the last I heard from them. I waited to ten days they stated on their site and then began emailing them since my order was still "processing" the funds had gone through and still no reply. A few days ago I notice that the website down and I feel like this is completely unacceptable!! It's been over three weeks and no response to any of my emails and never received any of my order.
