I'm just going to take one mL every other day, in the morning after showering.  Ideally, I would add in some Winstrol or Anavar but going to wait a month on that.  Probably add in a couple things after a month or 6 weeks  The best I've ever looked was on a similar blend from a bygone company called Venom.  If I can get 60 percent of that, I'll be thrilled.
