Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
I put this cyle together after throwing out a previous one, which I ended up not doing, thanks to the input of many respectable MGers. Now some may not like what I have laid out below, some may. I decided to run this mostly due to the fact that I already had the compounds listed, and time is of the essence (perhaps cash too, didn't really want to put out more cash for NPP/Deca). So after long hard research and deliberation, I stumbled upon one of siegmunds cycles that was labeled as an experiment. I thought that this one is a good one to follow as a baseline. Knowing myself, with those damn vials staring in me in the face everyday, that I would have to go with the tren/prop stack, using adex and caber to keep the estro/prolactin in check. I almost didn't get caber, but many of you rightfully insisted the caber was absolutely imperative; I am glad I followed the advice for reasons I will unpack below. I have HCG, and aro en route as I write this...I am posting here just in case any of you mg-ers have any input concerning changes that should be made, etc. First a little background: I have completed 5 cycles in the last 6 years ( I am not including the 17-nor prohormone cycles, which in retrospect were a joke), all of which were test prop only save for one that included winny. which in my opinion was under-dosed or fake (no wonder it was free!) I am 46 years old, 5'9", 215 lbs, bf in the vicinity of 15%. 1RM's for the big 3 are: bench press: 350; deadlift: 385 (it was easier than I thought it would be, tried 390, but grip failed); squat 360 This is what I did, and am currently doing. though I listed tren for a 7 week period, I may only do 6 weeks depending on how I feel. (It's taken awhile to get a chance to post this, better late than never). Test p, and Tren A are pinned daily. I am currently 4 weeks into this cycle, just starting week 5 Now that all of that is laid out, I want to discuss diet and training approach respectively. Thus far I have been eating a variety of meat for my protein mostly ground turkey, chicken, rump roast, and fish from the Chinatown market, and the occasional sausage and sourdough for breakfast. I eat eggs on occasion, however, if I eat them too frequently, I am running for the toilet! Carbs have been either white rice, potato, polenta, or sourdough bread from a local bakery. I pretty much rely on the fat contained in the meat, that wonderful scoop of peanut butter, and whatever I use to saute veggies (which I eat a lot of veggies). I eat six meals per day comprised of some meat, carbs, veggies, usually about a 1/3 lb meat, half cup of carbs and veggies to fill the container. Breakfast is the only different meal which is usually a piece of toast with a bit of butter, a sausage or steak, glass of milk. As an aside, since I introduced tren A into the mix, I have notice a decrease in appetite, so, I have to force myself to eat sometimes. Training plan and goals: I have been and will continue to train 5-6 days per week. My general approach this go around is to increase high reps to even higher, for example if I am doing 5x5, I will work to increase it to 5x6 and once i reach 5x8, I will increase the weight until I can complete 5 sets of 5 reps with good form all the way through. If on one exercise, say dumbell bench press, I can press 100lbs per arm 10 times for three sets, then I will take it 105. However, on deadlifts, I will begin the training cycle (after warm ups) with an attempt for a new 1RM, last time it was 375, so I will go to 380 this week. I don't use wraps, so I want save my grip for higher rep sets later in the deadlift routine laid out for that day. I am seeking increased vasularity (which is already noticeable since I began this cycle), and quality strength and muscle gain. Last cycle, I went heavy all the time, chasing PR's left, right and backwards, however, most of these gains were aptly lost to some degree, losing up to ten pounds per lift, while maintaining the same weight on the 5-12 rep range (some 5 rep also diminished by 5lbs per lift). Furthermore, I am seeking to decrease bf% by 2-3%. I have been doing cardio for 20-30 minutes after every routine except leg day, keeping my heart rate average above 125.

With this cycle completed about 5 days ago, here are some numbers on some select lifts with starting weight first, end of cycle second: Dumbbell flat bench: 85×8. 110×7 Dead lift (1RM): 365. 405 Squat (5×5) 300 335 Tbar row: 155×8×5. 190×8×5 Hack squat: 250×8. 290×8 Lat Pull: 165×8. 200×8 Barbell flat: 305×3. 325x3 To be honest, i worked chest mostly using dumbbells because my shoulder had healed, so i was thoroughly loving the db's! I'll be getting bf% checked this coming week, plus measurements. Once i figure out the photoshop thing to erase the face, I'll put up the before pic.

Wanted to jump on board Blast since I see you active around here and always like to get involved with people that put in the time and effort. I like the conservative approach you took on this cycle. It only goes to show that diving in you don't need to run tren at 500mg a week to see good results. When I started I did the all to familiar 100 testP 100 trenA EOD. Now that I have some experience I know everyone is different and there isn't a need to go crazy high doses unless you physically need it. I'm currently on 50TestP-ED 75TrenA-ED and 100 MastP-ED and this cycle has been straight FIRE! My back is wide and really leaned out, my upper torso (delts chest bis tris) feel like they are made of 4000psi concrete, just solid and dense AF. Are you prone to gyno or Prolactin sides? Just curious if you ended up running the adex and caber the entire time or not at those doses? For me at first again I ran them both religiously because it seemed thats what everyone else did, but again now knowing my body and through bloodwork, my estro stays in check with minimal ai intake and I take .5 caber once a week as a precautionary measure and it works wonders. Hey Gas man, yeah i went the conservative route due to the feed back i received from some well respected MGers. I was about to go full steam ahead with 350 test p, and 525 tren a, no caber (hadn't even heard of it prior to coming on board the MG ship). I found a cycle that Seigmund ran a few years back, and decided that would be a good way to run tren a as an intro to the 19nor family. Most folks were adamantly supporting NPP as a starting point with 19nors, but i already had 40ml of tren. I purchased caber and hcg as highly suggested by more than one member. I started taking the caber when i began pinning 50 tren a ED, as i didn't really want to take any risk in getting prolactin sides; prior to pinning 50 tren, i didn't notice any sides, however, the dose was at first 25, then 37.5, which likely wouldn't have any pronounced sides at any rate. So, am I prolactin sensitive? I, in all honesty am not certain at this point. However, I did notice some nipple sensitivity, but that could have been psychosomatic. I took caber .25mg twice weekly once i hit 50mg of tren a, that's also when i started truly feeling the effects of the tren. A gym bro, who knew i was juicing, as a matter of fact he's the dude who got me started again with gear, was familiar with the tren crash, so he gave me a vial mast p 200, and said that it will help with that, and possibly have a nice finishing effect at the end of the cycle. So, i pinned that at roughly 500-600 for the final 3 weeks. I really liked the effects of the mast, aggression and strength were quite notable! Now, the cycle has ended, I'm feeling "normal" again, and i believe the mast was in fact a nice finisher, seeing some vascularity in my chest/delt area. Like i stated below, I'll post final numbers on some lifts I was working on as well as some before/after measurements. This cycle was definitely a blast! I'll most likely do something similar with a few tweaks and some additional compounds; mast p will be included most likely, but I'll save this discussion for the "steroid cycle" forum.Thanks my friend for taking the time to check my cycle log, appreciation and gratitude for your presence here on MG, you're an inspiration brother!

Hey Sieg, hows it? This cycle was/is amazing. I basically followed your lead on it, but took a more precautionary steps, some of which in retrospect i would change. For example, i would have started maybe at 25 tren but for a shorter period, i really started feeling the effects once i increased the dose to 50. But, this was my first multi-compound cycle needless to say 19-nor, so i didn't want to screw up. I had most of the usual and expected sides, but no nipple issues, which was likely due to the caber i took 2x per week. I definitely loved the energy and aggression in the gym, strength went up significantly in many lifts. I found that I'm not a jerk on tren instead i kind of felt more positive emotions, tho i snapped a couple times here and there. But i must say, i wasn't ready for the appetite suppression, often never completely chowing 6-7 meals per day. Once the tren cleared, I've been hungry as hell! But in some way, the appetite suppression was fine since this cycle was a cutter anyhow. Overall, i loved this cycle, given it was my first multi-compound cycle therefore not truly having anything to compare it to. Nevertheless, i learned a lot while on this one, and I'm very happy that you had that tren cycle posted since i used it as s template for this one, which when all sai and done, was a success. I went to look to see if you had your most current cycle posted, but i didn't see any. What are you currently running? Im always interested, especially since I'm thinking about the next one, tho that will all depend on what happens in between, tho it'll most likely have tren in the mix. I'm waiting on the edge of my seat for semperfi to start the cycle he has posted with the MENT. Interesting indeed! Well, that new profile pic was supposed to be here, somehow i fucked it up. Anyhow, coming to the finish line of this cycle. Weighed in at 208 a few days ago, lots of new vascularity, and strength still on the increase. My diet has been crazy clean eating only birds, occasionally beef, cabbage, broccoli, and a little sourdough bread or polenta as my main carbs, plus two protein shakes per day. Been keeping the rep range between 8 and 20 depending, though on deads I'm keeping it heavy in the 1-5 or 6 rep range. I'll have before and after pics posted sometime next week plus the starting and ending numbers for some of the lifts. So, now I'm starting to plan for the next 10-12 weeks between cycles. Depending on where my body fat% ends up next week will determine what is next. However, I'll be focusing on increasing my DL numbers. I'll post my ideas and questions in the forum in the training and diet section. This cycle has been an amazing experience in both my gym life and personal/inner life. I was faced with a few really difficult challenges where one might go the fuck on a mother fucker, but was able to stay cool, focusing on training, and my daughter (Calm, u kinda know this story) I want to especially thank Seig, Semper, Calm, Erm, MisterA, Burr, outlaw, JD, frankie,, dolf, shit all of u MG badasses for help, guidance, and support. I give all of you credit for making what very well could have been a disaster into one of the best times I've had learning and growing. Who the hell would actually think there is a place on the internet where one could get respectful, honest,upstanding folks helping complete strangers with open arms! Much love to all of you! An update on diet. Since this is my first run with tren, and though i had heard of appetite suppression, I didn't know just how much this side would affect me. Thus, my total average caloric intake is sitting around 2800 per day on average. I was intending to shoot for higher, however, I don't mind since my overall goal was to lean out, shed fat, grab some lean quality muscle. I intend to upload before and after pics once I'm finished, prior to pct. I'll begin HCG this monday, and continue for three weeks, 1000iu per week. I've about a week left of tren :( I really love this compound! The only sides that have bothered me are the appetite, feeling hot all the time, however, I've religiously taken .25 caber 2x a week, and adex 1-2x per week. Energy at the gym and in general has been incredible. Been training 5 days 2 off 6 days 1 off. The work seems to be paying off

Right bicep measured at 17" and some change, left a solid 16 3/4". Guess they are finally growing! Been blasting them the last couple weeks or so, they always seem to lag. Oh, forearms rocking past 14"

Week 6 of this cycle: Since pinning 75 tren, strength is really on the increase, still fighting the appetite suppression, sometimes having to really force myself to eat especially on my off day (been training 6-7days in row, cardio a couple days a week). I took Dolf's suggestion regarding carbs at night, and that seemed to have worked with the night sweats, either that, or my body is now accustomed to the tren. I'm planning on getting my blood work done next paycheck (next week), and I'm excited to see the results. I have to say that it saddens me to see the last vial of tren on the shelf, I've really enjoyed this cycle so far, although I have to admit that I wish that I had increased the tren earlier on, but, the point was to introduce myself to the compound. I never had nightmares, though dreams have been a bit on the vivid side. Getting zits on my traps, and back still. Well, I've been getting the question asked here and there if I'm juicing, to which I have responded to one person that "I come from a long line of Norwegian Berzerkers, and I eat only raw meat." But, mostly I am honest about it, fuck it who cares. Everyone is on something or other whether its pot, pharmies for whatever, birth control, and if they give me shit well I just give it right back. Kinda tired of the stigma.

Yep, love the stuff, seems to suit me well, and for all those golden drops in the bottom of the vials, eell im gonna mix them together so there's a big ole batch, crack the lid off of a pin carefully insert it into said vial, and like a greedy little fiend, im a gonna pull it all out, push that pin into a quad, and say my good biddings till next time! For next time I'll know my lover and how well she treats me, so long as i give her due respect and honor! Ha!

Felt a little beat today, but trained anyway. Really feeling the shortness of breath, however, strength is going thru the roof. Still staying in the hypertrophic rep range. I'm increasing the weight by either five or ten pounds once i can complete 3-5 sets for ten reps with good form and no failure. Libido is cranked up, and no prolactin sides as of yet, however, im taking .25mg of caber twice weekly. More zits are showing up, and I'll be damned if i can choke down 6 meals per day! I'm failing to see how tren is a bulking substance. Oh, and when I'm all pumped I'm seeing new veins popping out, some in the chest, some in the delts. Lastly, I have to admit that I'm not keeping up with the cardio, so fucking winded after weight training. Thats all for now folks.

Start date: March 12, 2016 Week 1. Not much to report here, as in my case, I don't "feel" anything from prop for roughly 5 days. I am beginning to hate pinning the glutes; a friend at the gym showed me how to pin the quad. Week 2. The prop has kicked in, feeling good (and horny again). First pin of 25 tren (in the glute). Man, this shit is no joke! I am glad I took you mg-ers advice. Feeling a sense of being rather alpha, feeling the rise in assertiveness, rather than aggression. I really want to increase the dosage, but the caber hasn't arrive yet. Patience grasshopper! Noticing really nice pumps in the delts, akin to the infamous low-back pumps. Heart rate has seemed to increase a bit, but nothing too bad. I also feel like I'm running a little hot as far body temp goes. Other than that, no 'bad' sides yet, shit, the dosage is low anyways, so I didn't expect the sore nips. Oh, dreams are getting intense, and I am waking up a couple times during sleep...Can't wait for the caber! Been pinning the quads lately, the glutes intermittently. First day of quad pin was excruciating for the first few days, but that has since subsided. The quads are quite easy to pin compared to glutes. I alternate between vastus medialis, and vastus lateralis using different a location on each muscle. Working pretty good Week 3! I have increased the tren a to 37.5 ed, hot damn what difference. I feel like I am on fire! One thing I have to say is that my focus is laser tight, I am concentrating less on merely moving the weight, but more on how well I move it; technique and form have become for the focus. getting that mind-muscle connection. Heart rate seems to be higher than usual, I'm also feeling a little more wound up than usual. Appetite has been a little bit of an issue as well. Finding it less easy to eat 5-6 times per day, I have been making my meals a little smaller, less carbs, less veggies, but same 7oz of meat. Since I wake up hella hungry, I eat a lot of carbs in the morning to fuel the muscles. Took a .25 caber mid-week; stuff is interesting. seems to work rather quickly. All of the sudden I can fuck two times a day! Next week I'll be increasing the tren to 50 (on Monday the 7th). Fast forwarding a bit, I've completed the 50/50, and have increased to 62.5-ish. Sweating like crazy, feeling pretty alpha, perhaps a bit over-confident. Already having moderate to substantial strength gains, vascularity seems to be increasing as well. Getting a lot of compliments from some trainers at the gym, and getting some double takes from the usual rats and girls in the gym. I have to also state that my relationship with my girlfriend has actually been awesome (sex on the daily I suppose helps; oh the libido is off the charts! I think my balls are drying up lol). I like that effervescent tickle in the back of throat after pinning the tren. Pinning the quads at first was fucking painful for the first week, now they are used to the injections and sore just for a day. quads are easier, butt glutes take the oils much easier, for me at least. I''l be posting progress on Saturdays.... I have to admit, I wish I could be on this tren for a life time, so far I am loving it :)

A quick update, I'm really enjoying this cycle, strength gains are starting to really increase this week (pinning daily 50 prop, 62.5 tren, caber monday and Thursday). Getting a little backne, some sleep issues, appetite is a bit up and down, some days its easy to eat six meals, while othet says i really have to force the food down, other sides seem mitigated by the caber and aro. Seeing definition and muscle hardness, and getting compliments, and even hit on by a couple of the ladies! Sorry, I'm taken.

Upping the tren 75 on monday, keeping the prop at a steady 50. So far, the 62.5 has been awesome, i noticed it when blood levels felt stable, like riding a nice steady wave. But, i feel ready to go higher
