Test E - Arix - Clomid - Nolvadex Want to place my order so let me know if im missing anything for my 1st cycle ever.. If its the wrong way to go please advise.. I think this is the safest for first cycle. Also don't know if adding dbol will help or not you guys give me the insight. As you all are aware this is my 1st cycle so I'm learning how my body reacts to the injections.. Would it be considered normal for the muscle area where pinning to swell slightly Or would this be an indication of bad test..Im currently on my second bottle of test and do not recall as much swelling throughout the 1st bottle.. Is this just an indication of what happens on week 5. I have been pinning in one leg only and It seems as though there is swelling or perhaps muscle growth in that specific area.. Began pinning in other leg yesterday morning where now I have soarness and swelling as well. Don't get me wrong its not anywhere near where I cant walk, im functioning fine but as a novice I would like some feedback from you guys...

It sounds like it is sore from poor injection technique. Poor technique causes trauma in the injection site which leads to redness, soreness and swelling. If it does not improve or gets worse seek medical attention. Infection is not to be played with. Secondly using the same area for injections is a bad idea. Consider 4-6. Glutes, quads, and delta will provide you with at least 8 injection sites. In most cases virgin muscle does get sore.

Semper fi.. thanks for the reply it's appreciated... I think you may be right with the poor injection technique.. I really suck at it.. I need to just go for it. attack it stop being such a pu---- when its time to pin... I also was not aware that the delta muscle area was an option.. I'm going to switch up.. use multiple areas... I guess its all a lesson learning... Thanks again...

my friend. i dont care who it is , and if they say no there a liar. !!! all of us was nervouse when we forst pinned. ... its not a normal function sticking a 1 "to 1.5" piece of steel in your body. :) you will get use to it. , and it will be second nature.

Exactly Sieg. Moon Walker as you gain experience your technique will improve. Ensuring that you keep your hand steady and the syringe at a consistent angle are two important keys. Shaking, twisting, and changing angles are all part of poor technique and increase the risk of trauma. That muscle doesn't like that needle anymore than you do so be kind. Some of us are so used to it we can multi-task will giving ourselves an injection. ;)

Seig & SemperFi... That's exactly what happened on my last pin... I released the needle and it went from 90% to laying on my leg.. Now I see why its so soar yet... You guys are ok.. Thanks for all the support... ill have it down by week 11 ha ha ha ha ha... (Hopefully)

So iv been on my 1st cycle for 4 weeks now and have had no adverse reactions to this cycle.. I feel great.... I know that I need 12 weeks off after this cycle prior to beginning my 2nd cycle..... My source has a 25% discount right now and will honor it is your order is placed by the 30th of this month.. I was planning on doing the same for Cycle 2... My question is should I be adding anything additional to cycle 2. What are some options? Any advise would be appreciated...

Good to hear from you with an update. Keep it up. You should expect some soreness in each new virgin spot you pin. But as all have stated overtime your body adapts and its second nature and you will have little to zero pain and the shots will become easy. You are right to not expect anything for 4 to 6 weeks. Even then dont expect to wake up and be hulk transformation but you will def love it and you gains will be steady and good so long as diet and training are on point. Keep us posted

So tonight is my 2nd pin once the misses goes to bed.. I know i'm new to this but just thought id share.. its great talking to someone about this.. the soarness from my first pin is completely gone. I figure ill hit the opposite leg tonight..Diet is pretty much on point and I don't feel any different but from reading and listening to you guys I know not to expect anything different for about 6 weeks... Just thought id share... you all enjoy your day...

Well its in... got my test and my Ari. Diet is pretty much on point.. (no its not perfect I like a snack every now and then) but for the most part i'm good... Think ill start pinning on Sunday and the Ari. on Tuesday... so lets see how my body reacts at 50 to test...

What is your current diet, macro breakdown and TDEE? Those three answers are much more important than the PED plan and dosing. Make this a great experience brother and stay safe.

Been doing a bit more research.. Does it matter much weather its Test E or Test C on 1st cycle. According to what I have read they seem to be identical except for the life span.. I have read forums where 1st cycle some are doing C instead of E.. being that you are all much experienced where do you guys stand on this. what are the pros and cons. Is there much of a difference in 1st cycle choice.

In my humble opinion try the first cycle without Dbol. Only reasoning is because you should know how your body reacts solely with the increase in testosterone without any interference with other compounds. I had ran two cycles before this third one solely with Test and seeing what esters agreed with my body best. I am young, yes, but trust in that an increase in testosterone alone will aid you in either a cut OR bulk. It's not solely about the compound (though some compounds are better at cut or bulk) but how you 1. Train and 2. EAT! Your diet is the number 1 greatest determining factor with either your cut or bulk. Just my 2 cents

There really is nothing I can add to what SF and MisterA have already pointed out. You can make this one to remember like your "first time". Doing it with care and deliberation you'll be absolutely amazed at the results. Follow the advice below, it takes effort but such effort will not be wasted. Blood work, diet plan. Let's get it rolling.

If you can get your TDEE, caloric intake and macro breakdown dialed in you are going to be pleasantly surprised what you will achieve on a Test only cycle. You will feel better, able to train harder, recover faster and have a stronger self awareness. If you have pharma grade adex I recommend a starting dose of .5mg every third day (E3D). I would NOT wait for the signs of gyno to begin an AI. It is guaranteed that you will elevate your estrogen when adding exogenous testosterone. To what extent and your personal sensitivity to the side effects is what is in question. Elevated estrogen does not always make it face known as gyno.

You need to do more research on the ester lengths. You want to wait before the Test (mostly) clears your system before starting PCT. Test Propionate and Test Enanthate will have two very different PCT start times. I'm going to spoon feed you the answer to this one, but request that you try to understand ester half lives before beginning. For your first cycle of Test E, start PCT 14 days after your last pin. In the future you may adjust that slightly, but that's the recommended starting point.

I appreciate the comments and was not very sure about the dbol but will for sure leave it out.. Test is the way ill go... As far as the Arimidex goes I just begin taking that is I show signs of gyno once I get my body down to 12% BF.. I will work on my diet prior to beginning the cycle to determine that I am doing it right...

First cycle buddy leave out the Dbol so you know how your body responds to test only. Maybe next cycle you can add in dbol if everything goes well.

Did blood work 2 weeks ago at PCP and asked her to check my test level.. She called back few days later and stated all blood work was superb.. Even cholesterol / Tri's were normal..(always had high Tri's) Of course I didn't tell her that I was thinking of pinning myself. I guess I need to go elsewhere beside my PCP to get the exact info needed...

Ask for a copy of your blood work results. That's all. It's great that she thinks it's superb, but you might want a more exact number than that considering that your natural test will never be as high as it is the day before your first pin. So if you're at like 500 now which she might consider fine because it's within range, you might not like how you feel at 425 (I know I didn't).

Any cycle is going to be safer without an oral steroid in it. So definitely not the safest first cycle possible. At MG we recommend the first cycle to be Test only. Your number one goal for a first cycle should be to learn how your body handles exogenous testosterone. Secondarily, your goals can be physique or strength based. But DBol aromatizes heavily and if you're prone to estrogen sides, you put yourself at a high risk of getting gyno right out of the gate. This is an experiment. Adding too many variables will result in inconclusive findings. Whether you increase your bodyfat or not will depend solely on your diet. At 14% BF how about we treat this as a recomp with your goal to be 225 at 12% BF when it's done. You'll gain muscle, lose fat and look significantly larger of you can get to that point. And you won't have to over eat or starve yourself. Determine your TDEE and then we can figure out your macros to dial it in against your TDEE and make this as successful as possible. 225 @ 12% is a much better look than 240 @ 16% with a bunch of retained water which is guarantee is what you'll get if you try to bulk and add DBol. It'll be just in time for summer. Now, most importantly: have you had pre-cycle bloodwork done to determine your current hormone levels? This will be crucial moving forward, especially at your age where most men are TRT candidates.
