Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
This cycle will be for a total of 16 weeks. 10 weeks of bulking with adrol/tpp/npp and 6 weeks of cutting with Dolf's cutstack 50mg test p/75mg tren a/100mg mast p/ with ed pins. I will also include clen starting at 40mcg ed and ramping it up by 20mcg every 4 to 5 days with a max of 120mcg. Also running anavar at 80mg ed for the entire cut. Diet will consist of primarily pizza, McDonald's, cookies, cake, and beer...just kidding it'll be eggs, egg whites, oates, chicken breast, 99/1 lean turkey, white and brown rice, sweet potatoes, lean beef, bison, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, and olive oil, coconut oil, and fishoil for reaching my total fats per day. Calorie and macro totals will be determined the day before this cycle depending on current wieght and bf%. The bulk will be moderate protein, high carb, and low fats. The cut will be high protein, moderate carbs (120 to 150g ed), and low fats. Training will include moderate to high reps to maximize the blood engorged muscle pump for hypertrophy, and cardio. Taurine will be utilized for muscle pumps from var and clen. My weight goals are to add 15 to 20lbs, and cut to 10% bf. Ai's onhand will be pharm grade adex (Astra Zeneca), and aro (Pfizer). DA will be pharm grade caber (Pfizer).

Sorry BN...I've set a great example lol. With being swamped at work and home as of late I haven't been as active here the past three weeks as normal. The little bit of time I did have for MG was spent policing forums, pics, and also dealing with a source issue. Anyways not much to report over the last 3 weeks. I've averaged a pound a week gain, but that's mostly due to gradually reducing carbs getting ready for the cut portion of my cycle. Going from 2 cups of rice 5 times a day to 1/2 cup 3 times per day cold turkey leaves me starving and vulnerable to temptation to eat when I shouldn't. By gradually reducing carbs over a few weeks it eases me into the calorie deficit. I find this to be helpful for me personally. I'm 4 days into the tren/mast/var/clen portion of my cycle. I've decided to go with a 2 weeks on 2 weeks of clen rotation. The sweating and waking multiple times a night are already in full affect. The funny thing is even though I wake up 3 or 4 times a night for a minute or two I feel fully rested when I wake up. The goal for this portion is to remain the same weight or even gain a few pounds, but reduce bf% from about 13 to sub 10. Wish me luck. Even though I won't need it.

Your damn skippy, luck is where preparation meets opportunity some wise MFer once said... Believe me your contributions and time on here far outweigh owing anyone an explanation. Life gets busy as hell. I like your idea of slowly cutting out carbs and not all at once. I failed many times doing one extreme to the other. My nature I guess, I want results time now. One pound a week sounds spot on, thats awesome. Good stuff and thanks for posting.

Day 45...down to 218lbs since ceasing drol. 4lbs of water gone and bp is down. Still having mild tendon issues in my right arm, and I've nailed down the reason. Last time it flared up badly was when I changed my routine from a stand alone arm day to chest/bi and back/tri. Having 2 leg days I did that again and boom...tendon issues. I guess doing chest/bi is just too much stress on my wussy right arm tendons. I'm gonna give arms a couple week break, and move them to my second leg day. Used the knee wraps today, and they helped somewhat, but still had some knee pain. Gonna give the wraps a few more weeks, and see how I feel. I have reduced my carbs from 2 cups rice per meal to 1 1/2 cups per meal in an effort to keep gains as clean as possible. Really concentrating on angles with my lifts to target specific parts of the muscle. Never thought I'd be using geometry in bodybuilding lol.

Hate to hear about your bicep giving you shit. We both deal with it. Im having to work around mine in very similar ways but havent stopped doing biceps yet which may become necessary. I do back and bis together so by the time that I get through with back, my biceps are pre fatigued and I go very light, very slow, and deep stretch with a pause at the extension. Not sure if this is going to help yet will let you know but I did this the other night and for the first time the following day my bicep tendon felt 2 x's better. Im also still keeping the elbow sleeves on throughout to keep heat and tension on the whole elbow area. You and SF have convinced me to try the multiple angles approach. Ive always just bro science lifts and decided on my own accord that your muscles dont know what angle you are doing, rather just stressing the muscle is the key... Maybe thats why I dont have the great development y'all do!! LOL Love reading updates from your cycle and several others. Keeps my motivation up and learning a lot with real world on the spot time now training and results experienced. Good stuff brother.

Something that might help, despite being less than optimal for hypertrophy is to start your arm day with forearms, then biceps, then triceps. By the time you get to your elbow killing tricep exercises, the joint is as warmed up as possible. I usually keep my hoodie on for as long as I can too. Maybe negligible, but every bit counts with us old warhorses ;) Added benefit: by the time you take your hoodie off, your pump is swoll and nobody sees you without a pump.

I've read that doing forearms and bi's before tri's alleviates pain, but what's funny is I have no issues with tricep exercises. All the pain and issues are caused by bicep work, and it's only in my right arm. Thanks grizz I'm gonna fovus a bit more on warming up, and give the hoodie a try. I do a lot of shoulder prehab work, so I'm gonna google and see if there's prehab work for forearms and bi's.

:) i was going to say the same thing. , like today is back day. , due to that tennise elbow ,i will start with biceps to get a heavier weight ... im on a 3 on 1 off then repeat. , so 1 ill do back first then light biceps its all i can do ,, then the next back day which is every 4 days. ill start biceps .. i do the same with bench and shoulders , because i do chest , shoulders and tris. , so 1 work out i start bench the next i start shoulders. (because of rotor also ,((

Speaking of angles, yesterday I ended up spending time between planned sets messing around on a leg press machine (one of those with cables and such, plates with pins, anyways). I sat in the chair thingy, and positioned my toes pointed inward, knees together. I usually use this positioning on a hack squat. At first I pressed focusing on pushing through the heels. Then, it dawned on me to focus on pushing the weight by imagining I was pushing a rod from the back of my knees through the floor. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to really engage the VM almost solely. I moved the weight very slowly, an eight count eccentric, and an eight count concentric. The burn was hot in the VM, Nice way to get a little extra work in while waiting for the actual leg press :)

You're thinking about bringing the back of your knees closer to the floor? That's where the focus is? I didn't get the rod thing.

Exactly. I struggled a little for a visual to guide the action. So, yes, the action is guided by drawing the popliteal fossa towards the floor rather then focusing on pushing through the feet.

I love squats, and for me I get the most benefit from doing squats when I do 7+ sets with little rest in between. I do believe that we have use other types of quad exercises to get good growth. Using different foot positions (wide, narrow) and toe positions (out, in, and parallel) to aid in targeting specific muscles within the quadriceps group, and even the gracilis and sartorius muscles. I do attempt to take the biceps femoris out of the equation as much as one can by changing positions and force-focus, like bringing the back of the knee toward the floor for example. I like smith-machine hacks as well for a well rounded quad day. So many angles one can strike :) Sorry, Dolf, for hijacking ;)

Day 37...dropped the abombs due to bp issues, and feel way better. This will most likely be my final run with a notoriously bloating oral due to bp issues they cause me now that I'm getting older. Weighing in at 222lbs which is a 15lb increase. Also starting to experience knee pain with heavy squats. Gonna get some knee wraps to see if that helps. If not I'll continue two leg days but both will be high rep blood engorging sessions. As for the compounds I'm really loving the tpp/npp combo. The blend is helpful in cutting pins from 6 to 3 days per week. In a few weeks I will begin to cut carbs per meal down, no carbs after 1400 (2pm), and up my cardio.

15lbs is awesome but i hear you on the bloat. Dbol and carbs made me like puff the magic dragon. Def agree that you need wraps for your knees. I cannot squat or leg press without it. I love wraps and they have allowed me to go heavy for a long time and also actually assist in your lifts. I use really thick wraps for max stability and compression. I got them from EliteFTS.com Best pair Ive had so far. Also see a lot of guys wearing Mark Bells Strong knee sleeves. They swear by them. Going to order a pair soon. I love the wraps but I have to rewrap the after every set because I wrap them so tight that I cut circulation off and have to let the blood flow back in after each set! LOL No carbs after 2pm... Im struggling with the no carbs after 5!

I'm curious what your macro numbers are. I'm guessing somewhere in the neighborhood of P 370 C around 400 F not sure, maybe <70? How far are you reducing C? (Taking notes lol). When I started getting knee pain, I focused on pushing the weight from the heel and the outer edge of the foot. Maybe you do that already... Anyhow, it gave more stability coming out of the hole, and the pain albeit minor, was almost unnoticed after I made that adjustment in focus.

Blast I'll start at no more than 150g carbs per day, and reduce down to 100 to 120g per day. I squat pushing through my heals it's just my old knees are beat to hell from all the parachute jumps, carrying 100+ lb packs on my back, and wear and tear from doing infantry type things. I was told 1 year in an infantry unit ages your knees, hips, and ankles 3 years. BN and SF can affirm how brutal that line of work can be on your body.

Forgot to add that I've changed up some of my bicep training in an effort to relieve tendon stress on my right arm. Also in an effort to make taking my ai easier to remember I was running it m/w/f with my npp pins, but started getting a bit of acne which told me to up my ai to eod. Probably would've worked with aro, but I prefer adex on cycle in case I go to far on my ai. The rebound affect of adex is much more forgiving than aro. I'll just mark my calender as a reference for when to take my adex.

Day 32...have switched from my current brand to my custom brewed blend of tpp/npp by APL. Have also switched from working straight nights to straight days. It's been a struggle to get my meal timing down while at work because where I'm at, and what I'm doing varies from day to day. Also getting up at 0300 on work days to hit the gym has been rough, but I'll adjust. Raising the npp to 600mg per week is feeling good, but the abombs may get dropped early for bp issues. Training is going good except for my right bicep. I noticed the other day it's smaller than the left. I believe due to years of tendon issues it's not getting worked. Sometimes while doing bicep work my forearm, and it's tendons are pumped, and fatigued whereas the bicep is not. Gonna do some research on this.

Day 22 Elbow tendon is feeling great. I raised the npp to 600mg per week, and so far so good. Weighing in at 220lbs with a little bloat, but that's expected with abombs. Strength is on the rise, but not getting too crazy because I don't want tendon issues. Bad experiences make you a wiser man! Was able to do pullups for the first time this week since my partial muscle tear. Felt really good because I love pullups! Used to do sets of pullups with a plate and a 25 hanging from a chain. Might start adding weight again to see if I can reach my goal of 10 pullups with 2 plates hanging. Of course I'm honna go in baby steps coming back from the tear.

Glad you are keeping the tendon issues at bay. ITs a daily purposeful effort isnt it. I slightly injured mine again in the bicep area doing fuckin push presses of all things. I was even going light weight for high reps. I think doing the presses explosively is what did it. Human body is a funny thing. Was doing bent rows of 295 for 10 and deadlifting 315 for 15-20 reps with zero elbow pain issues. I hit barbell push presses and it currently hurts to move my bicep and tendons today in my left arm. 10 pull ups with plates is no joke. Hope you get back to that goal injury free. That is some excellent core and upper body strength.

Purely out of curiosity, I'm wondering why the increase in NPP. I'm asking mostly because I'll be running it for the first time this coming March. Was there a specific sign that the NPP dose needed to be raised? Man, I don't even know the question to ask that makes any sense. You know, tren has specific sides that would lead one to believe either the dose is good, needs to be lowered, or might need to be raised (gear over or under dosed, or spot on kind of thing). Here we go, are there sides like strength gains, blood pressure issues, prolactin based sides that would by the lack thereof imply a need to increase the dose? I think that's what I am trying to ask...

Day 16: The elbow tendon is feeling great. I've dealt with this issue for many years off and on and know the early signs and not to ignore them. Between the anti inflammatory steroids, tumeric, osteo biflex with msm, and a few days off it's feeling normal. No issues lifting or lowering plates to the bar for squats today. I even carried the plates doing plate pinches from tree to bar and back with zero issues. I usually carry my plates like that to work grip strength. Did heavy legs today. Low reps high sets. Squats, SL deads, box squats, calves, and leg press with feet high and wide. Can feel my back tighten up, but using a belt to help reduce issues. Tomorrow will be the real tendon test with chest and bi's. Also will start pinning 200mg npp 3X per week starting today.
