Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
So posting my cycle on MG for the first time. Going for a lean bulk. I'm doing test cyp 750mg a week, deca 300mg a week, tren ace 75mg ED, possibly add winstrol in the last few weeks depending on how I feel. I'm not sure how long I will keep tren in the mix depending on how I feel. But so far I feel excellent on what I'm doing thus far. Strength is up body fat is dropping. I've hit new PR's on every main lift. 605 on deads, 365 on bench, and 585 on squats and this will go up I promise. I have cabergoline on hand just in case due to the fact I'm running two 19-nors. I haven't had any sides so far except night sweats and raging sex drive. I'm currently on Week 7. I'm also giving blood every 6 weeks as recommended. Blood pressure is fine. I'm doing cardio an hour a day and eating very clean, Grilled chicken, lean turkey, brown rice, sweet potatoes and broccoli is what my daily diet consists of. I'm also drinking 1+ gallons of water a day. Let me know what you think and I appreciate all the support you guys offer here.

just an update guys. my waist is considerably smaller with abs and obliques really showing up. strength is still on the rise pulled 605 last night on deads again way easier than usual but ran out of space on bar without striping it all down and using the 100s to add more weight. Hit 600 on the squat rack Saturday after taking a week off from heavy squats just went for reps. I feel more and more lean everyday with the carb cycling I'm doing. I may do a refeed this sunday depending on how I feel. thanks for the support again!

Black. I'm just looking over your log.. I saw you talking about HCG on the boards. I'd say its a good idea after looking at this cycle. 3- 5000 iu amps should do it. Also, id like to see you up the first 2 weeks of Clomid to 100 mgs. I use 150mgs for the first 2 weeks. I'm 47 and still have no prob with PCT.. Good luck..

fats coming off guys abs are really showing up. All my lifts are still up. I feel really good still on week 8. waiting for the deca to really kick in and do work. I done shoulders last night pressed 225 behind the neck for 10 reps. Vascularity is ridiculous. thanks for all the support figured id give yall an update. Blast I also added in carb cycling like we talked about and can tell a difference in my midsection in just a little over a week brother. thanks for the tip.

Great! Thanks for the update, but, don't forget to do a refeed at least at 4 weeks, maybe even 3, your body is going to need it for optimal recovery.

Refeeds are done in two different ways. Traditionally, and the most ineffective, is to increase the carbs for one day. This method at best just refills the glycogen in the muscles, but does nothing to reset insulin and leptin sensitivity, especially leptin, which takes 3 days to reset. The second way, and apparently the most optimum is to refeed for three days. A simple approach is to double the high carb day (in your case to 300) for one day, then 1.25 times the second day, then down .75 on the third day. Then return to your high carb day to start the carb cycle again. You will gain some weight, which will be water, and glycogen, and most of the water will be eliminated over the course of two days. It's also not a bad idea to start your refeed on an off day to really catapult muscle recovery.

okay Ill give option 2 a go around week 3 or 4 depending on what my body says. Probably week 4 just bc I'm used to running very low carbs but I know now how beneficial these good sources of carbs fuel my workouts and had made me considerably leaner almost as if I was holding fat bc I wasn't taking in enough carbs. I'm definitely learning how my body responds to foods the past few weeks.

Blaster provided excellent information but I want to meddle the pot and say "Listen To Your Body". Follow some good advice and see if it works well for your goals and your bodies needs. You may find that you do NOT need a refeed day as outlined or at all. That is something for you to discover about yourself through experience. Good work. Dietary needs are always changing. It takes time to learn your bodies cues but if you remain observant you will soon gain the experience to recognize those cues and quickly make small adjustments. I guarantee within time you will know exactly what your body is asking for and when!

Good choice! You will not regret it. At some point run tren solo, with test of course. That way you will know just how lovely, or evil the Dark Mistress is; I call her Treena :)

The tren and deca mixed are not a huge concern for me as long as you're highly experienced with cycling since both are moderate doses. If you're not highly experienced I wouldn't suggest it. What does concern me is the use of aro 8 weeks past your last pin all the way to the end of your pct. That is a crashed e2 train wreck waiting to happen. You can run aro up to and 2 weeks into your pct if needed, but it needs to be reduced and tapered at the end. Crashed estro is no fun my friend, and unlike adex there is not a rebound affect since aro is a suicide inhibitor. That means many many days of dry hurting joints.

If 12.5 eod is what you require then if I were you I'd reduce it to 6.25eod the two weeks after your last pin and before pct. Only with aro can you actually run it two weeks into your pct if needed. You can't do that with adex or letro. I'd reduce it down to 6.25 e3d once pct is started, but only if needed.

Okay so cut the aromasin earlier and tapered down. Gotcha thanks Dolf. So far I feel excellent on what I’m running so far with both 19-Nors but I’ve been watching sides close to catch them early and will continue to do so.

I would have to agree with Blast. Save that Tren for another day. You can still lean out on Deca. You may retain some water bloat but when you drop the deca and the bloat is gone in a few days you will look even leaner. I would have loved to see NPP instead of Deca but you are already on it so have fun.. Try NPP next run for your nandro.. Shits killer..

Thanks for posting up your cycle! I have a concern with stacking two 19-nor compounds, the deca and tren ace. You may run into trouble there, and with deca being long and tren being short, it'll be difficult to tell which is giving you grief. I'm going to say drop the tren and just run the deca. Diet and training approach with get you the results you are looking for; lean tissue gain.

First time with Tren yes but not with deca. I wanted to add deca in with at the low dose strictly for how good my joints,especially my right shoulder felt on deca before.

I know some guys will run a VERY low dose of deca (50-100 per week) for joint issues along side tren. But they do in fact have joint issues, its not necessarily a preventative. What prevents most joint issues is proper technique and form :)

Yeah well I have an old baseball injury in my shoulder where there is no cartilage so it’s bone on bone. But no lifting motions hurt it where I can’t do the lift but I’ve dealt with it for 10 years lol
