Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
This will be my very first official cutting cycle. When I joined MG I was a 287lb mess. I always worked out but I was eating whatever I wanted and drinking too much. I posted pics of a 10 month transformation almost 2 years ago. I was 242 lbs and pretty jacked. I then went down to 230 lbs and I was on my way to really attaining the physique I knew I could have. I then fell upon many injuries and lived with controlling muscle spasms and knots that were debilitating. The last year of my life has been a dedication the way it should have been. I eat near perfect, I consume 1+ gallons of water a day, I stretch 2 sessions a day at a minimum and my wonderful wife massages my knots daily. I have added more positive things in my life and deleting negative things. I ran a Test E/Deca cycle recently with nothing short of amazing results. I came off that cycle Stronger, bigger and leaner than ever before. I did not document those cycles because I did not know what to expect health wise. This cycle is going to be pure dedication to losing BF... My Diet will consist of Chk, Turkey, lean beef, Greens such as brocc., spinach, asparagus. Carbs will come from Yams and grains. Snacks will be plain yogurt, spoonful of natty PB. I am not going to count or weigh my food. I just spent the last year working on what nutrients my body needs and I am more than ready for this task. When I say more than ready, I mean damn excited.. My goal is to be approx. 10/12% BF at cycles end. I currently am at 17%.. I want to post those pics from 2 years ago where I left off from injuries and post current pics that show what I'm made of. That's all the talk for now. I will be starting this cycle soon. I plan on keeping up on this log and only ask for support. I am going back to my favorite 4 day split... Chest-tris, Back-Bi's, legs, shoulders.. And plenty of cardio... I am training to be an athlete not just a BB.......

Cycle over.. I decided to extend it but life is too busy right now. The 1 extra week was enough anyway. I am definitely leaner than the pic I posted. The cycle was a complete success. My post below describe what I accomplished... Ant questions, Please ask..

I decided to extend my cycle by 4 weeks. I have dropped the tren and will just run the same doses of Primo and test. I added 50 mgs of anavar a day to the mix. I have been very good with not abusing cycles and it has shown in my recovery during PCT. I am 85% sure this cycle will end with a cruise. I don't see PCT for me anymore. I want the next level. I am not against trying to rebound this fall with a PCT regimen. This is the first time in over 20 years that I've had the time to do this and look the way I want to look. Feel the way I want to feel. My scheduled cycle was a complete success. Thursday morn. I woke up and weighed in at 217 lbs. That is a 30 lb weight loss in 16 weeks. My belief is that was done by the standard hard work in the gym but mostly by not lying to myself about my diet. I have been successful on other runs of course but the commitment to diet and playing with calorie intake has taught me more for future runs. Of course the compounds were a huge help in keeping muscle while blasting fat. I have run Tren before at 700 mgs and quite honestly, I was always so tired and miserable that I said I may never use it again. The Tren E was so much easier on me than the ace. Primobolan is an unbelievable compound. I don't have problems with E2. Primo to my knowledge does not convert to E2. I definitely recovered faster. It is said that Primo binds firmly to receptors which helps in fat burning. It seems to be a safe compound and I have more vascularity, striations and quality muscle. Im a primo fan and im sure I will learn more as I go. Primo will be in most stacks from now on.. The reason for extending my cycle is I am so close to a ridiculous goal I set of 10%bf That I just want it more than ever.. Bloodwork is needed. I will get that done this week.

I have 2 weeks left and I may extend a couple weeks. The tren will be dropped. Yes, I ran it longer. Results are great. I did feel fatigued a couple weeks back. I did up my calories and slow down the cardio. I was trying to get too much done on 1 cycle. I will report soon...

This week was amazing!!!!!! Last week I was depleted and a little beaten up.. I took last weekend to rest and add a little more to my diet. I responded with an incredibly full look and well, just amazing attitude... I now see why the guys more advanced than me PREACH diet.. I'm thrilled with my results. I listened to a smart man to just enjoy what I accomplished so far. I can only get so much done on 1 run. This week I am going back to a grueling blitz of cardio and diet restrictions. I must learn for myself what my body and mind can do...

The past 2 weeks have still been productive but I am fading and fatigued. My mind has not been as focused in the gym. I do my work but my focus has been off. I have definitely reached my leanest BF% at any point of my life. I still have fat to shed to meet my goals but I'm going to eat a little more this week and experiment.. . I currently sit at 222 lbs. I'm down 25 lbs and only lost a 1/2" on my arms. This is all new to me and I'm teaching myself so I have no words of wisdom. All I can add is I'm learning so much about myself..

Great work strong! Sounds like you're experiencing cumulative fatigue. If you've been dieting hard and training hard, which I believe that is is exactly what you have been doing, it may be a good time to deload and take a short diet break. For example, for one week, back off in both load and sets, maybe even increase reps given the lighter load, but consider doing 3 sets of 10-12 per exercise, and even cut out an exercise or two. Do enough work to stimulate the muscles and move on. As for diet, I am assuming you are sub-maintenance. Increase calories by increasing carbs and maybe fat (a little bit) to reach maintenance calories or slightly above. I like to throw in a kit-kat bar before hitting the gym just because. You can do this for up to a week without really gaining back any fat that you lost. Doing this will help your nervous system both the CNS and PNS (peripheral nervous system), help restore muscle glycogen to aid in tissue repair, and get you mind focused again. I'm not saying eat a giant pizza, or gobble down a bunch of fast food, just stay clean but eat a little more carbs and fat perhaps. Sure, grab a 1 pound burger and a plate of fries on an off day, For me, that really helps with cumulative fatigue, and gets me back on track both physically and mentally. That you're fatigued shows that you have been working hard :) Good job Strong, what you have set out to do is no easy task, and you're crushing it, and thanks for the update :)

Thanks Blast, I have upped my calories for the last 2 days and feel better... I don't have a cheat day or cheat meal anymore. My body just wont except it. I cant stand that bloat I get from a shit, cheat meal. I have been having a plate of pasta once a week But pretty damn clean. Its all the standard fatigue. I will resume with my diet tomorrow and start to lessen my cardio a bit. I was able to absolutely Blast shoulders for 1hr15min straight and felt great... No gym yesterday and rested and ate more... I'm good to go : )

The last 2 weeks I have settled in nicely.. I added Tbol just over 2 weeks ago and that has kept a full look for me while dropping fat. I am now dropping fat at a rapid pace. I don't want to even speculate my BF % but I'm half way through this cycle and I see no problem of certainly reaching my goals of 10 to 12 % BF. More than just the physical benefits I am really learning a lot about myself. I understand the word discipline even better.. It sure is nice to have friends here that are my age or a little older who show me it can be done at any age.. I am enjoying this challenge and all the positive comments I am receiving.. As of this morning I was 230 lbs even. so I'm down 17 lbs with minimal muscle loss if any...

I see the Capital feeling you were speaking about. I feel very clear minded and positive. The physical benefits seem to be: holding onto this muscle while burning fat at a rapid pace. I have a lot of striations that ive never seen before. For me it always took the 2nd cycle usage of a compound to really see and recognize.. My strength is excellent. I was strong as an ox during the winter and held onto most of it while in deficit. I feel that this cycle is just starting to shine and I've done some good work so far..

Thanks man.. I LOVE this shit and I'm having fun changing my body so its easy.... I will say now that I have preached diet, diet , diet along with you and a few other on here... I'm seeing that diet does not just mean the food you eat and the caloric intake. Shocking the body through diet has been a learning lesson for me on this run... I'm also noticing that low doses of AAS is really all I need. The 300mg test recommendation is working great. 400 primo is perfect. 400 Tren E is on point too. I like the Tren E much better than Ace. The Ace gives me anxiety, heartburn, chills, sweats.. This may be due to me Pinning Ace EOD as opposed to ED. I'll stick with the Tren E.

This week I finally got passed the aggression punch that Tren can give. I had a few rough sweaty nights and then freezing chills. Fun ride.. This week I trained harder than I have for a straight week in my life. I feel very confident in crushing my goals. My only disappointment is my legs. I have had a few major injuries that left me with some nerve damage below the waist. I train my legs very light and feel over time they will respond. My stretching routine is excellent.. Its just tough because although lean and muscular they are small.. I cant worry about them this run.. My focus is ripped..

This past week was a very good one. I can really feel the aggression. I was feeling lovely last week but this week I'm definitely aggressive. I am using the scale as a reference because I don't really know my body at lower BF%. I currently am at 237 lbs which is 10 lbs down from start. I am changing my workouts back to Chest.... Back.... Arms... Shoulders... Legs.... I need more time for cardio.. I will not be changing my diet to Intermittent Fasting Yet. I feel March was very effective and now that the gear is in full effect I will be able to start cutting Calories..

3 weeks in and I can feel the aggression starting to amp up. Workouts are stating to get more intense. I have been hitting cardio very hard and actually starting to enjoy the new challenge. Today I was supposed to start dosing the Tbol but I'm going to hang out on that. I feel so good and don't see a reason to start possibly till week 6.. Sex drive is through the roof. I work at a store where I see 150 people a day. I'd say half are women. I can certainly make a case for every single woman I see Being sexually appealing.. : ) I have to mention my wife. She is a huge part of my success the last 5/6 months. She Massages my Many knots and spasms every single day. She will leave the house for work at 7 am and return at 10Pm, Walk through the door and say "ready for your massage" She gives me a reason to push...

I'm a little overdue on my 1st week report.. We had a hell of a snow storm.. Not much at all to report. I am 9 days on cycle and I am a quick responder to AAS. I feel things starting to move forward.. My diet is as clean as I want it right now. As I progress in this cycle I will be cutting calories as low as 1800. I do want to wait for the compounds to get in full effect before lowering my calories or tweaking anything. Intensity is ready and I am more than ready for the next 11 weeks...
