Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
I'm not experienced on these ways, but I've been trying DNP at my own style since 12th january till 20th February, then discontinued and reset on 27th February. Making along some rests for 1-2 weeks a month and readjusting the dose from 250 to max 750, while training hard, and even doing cardio, hiit and combat. Effects uses to turn on hardly at 5h more or less after 4-5 days of the first clean use. With some cold it should be nice. Using it with vitamines C and E, Alpha lipoid, some Chromium, lots of cafeine (maximum of 800mg in my case) and even nootropics, now I know how it works and I pay attention to all signs. Sometimes also used with CLA, Garcinina Camboia,BCAA, HCA, L-Tyrosine, proteines and cinnamon, antihistamine or Magnesium. A lot of water is highly recommended also. When I stopped the "cares" attached to the use of DNP, I experienced some awfull effects. On the first overdose, it came dysgeusia (a modification in the normal taste) and skin rash every time that I made a higher dose. Later, I drunk less (water and so, 0 alcohol always of course), and took a lot of food, which I attach to principles of kidnal stones . Also I was feeling a lot of fatigue. That's why I recommend to use a low dose, even when it would cost considerably more time to cut. (I like fast results). Also tachycardia due to the combo with higher doses of caffeine. I have to recognise that I had few overdoses and Ive been feeling a little bad, but when I understood how it works on my body, effects, tolerance and my own limits, it's all ok. When I was too bad, I didn't even go outta home or train, but that's on choice in deed. I should say, in the end the way of go along with this is a matter of the own choice and how hard you want to go. Now its going great, I take 250 each 5-10h with a max of 3 caps per day. I reached 4000kcals some days and still works. All went turning Ok when I stopped to take DNP, and then was when I saw the cutting results, not before neither while taking it (not really at least). Maybe the diet should be a lot of relevant too, but I didn't care too much about it. I was eating a lot as far as it claims to me while taking the dosages. At the begining I tried to base it on proteines and some veggies and fruits. After some time, I just disconnected about, but I still saved some registry at MyFitnessPal. From 800kcals and healthy meals to 4000 or so at free buffes... quite funny I think. Well... I think that's the important part, I'll keep updating, maybe. Anything you need/want, just PM me. Actually looking for trusted sources BTW. ***** [08/08/2017 UPDATE: I wanted to thank the advice here around really appreciate. I'm NOT RECOMMENDING THIS CYCLE And - Removing pics. Actual side effects: - 57kg - Neuritis at feet (still having sense, but not normal). - Peripheral cataracts (not affecting sight, by now) - Dermis issues. - Diet issues. - Worst recovery. I felt like had to let some advice. Just sometimes when inside this kind, it's hard to see all this, so I hope it helps. So, DNP also can cause damage to internal organs like renal dmg or heart, because of the efforts and temperature, it also damage the nerves (not reversible), and its able to be lethal to a small percent of people at some cases. It free lots of free radicals. The possibility of cancer risk is real. because it modifies at cell's level. The effects are not enough countered with antioxydants, and the side effects are not the same at everybody.

Outxider! I'm going to throw my female perspective on in here because I can! Listen to me good, now...hear a female’s voice when I say this...THAT SHIT IS GOING TO KILL YOU, SISTER! REAL TALK! You are playing a dangerous very dangerous game of Russian Roulette.!! I'm mortified at the side effects you have endured, yet continue its use. Your goals are unclear to me. If you want to lose weight, you must adhere to a clean diet with proper training. If you want to build muscle, you need to adhere to a proper diet and training regimen that promotes muscle growth. If you want BOTH, YOU STILL NEED TO DO BOTH EAT AND TRAIN PROPERLY. There is no wonder pill or injectable that's going to alleviate the need for proper diet and training. Anavar would be better suited to assist in your quest for strength gains. Research it, more research than you did prior to taking DNP. Your safety is of utmost importance to us all! I fear that continued use of DNP will get the best of you.

I've injected tren, deca and many esters of test. I've smoked snorted and ate all sorts of drugs. I would not fuck with DNP. Check out some of the mild stimulants like clen or albuterol, or maybe the caffeine ephedrine stack. Stay safe and healthy, and check here often to confirm that you look great already.

Yes, mate. I do not random play as much as it could be seemed... I have also read to others who took it, I have asumed the risks, and Ive seen also potencial goods it could do. Theres a lot of information and reviews out there. Also I think that the fact of it being poison depends on it individual effects and difference between it uses, dosages and personal attributes. I think it could work or it could fail, but the balance was enough compensated for me. I checked other stuff and saw risks and effects that at first point I didnt like and I didnt want to take and then I got deeper on this one, and there I came... There are lots of poisons. Even hormones that can modify all the functionality inside the body... But I think it may depende a little on your body, dosages, general individual conditions... What i was thinking: "Now I want that. If this makes me lose weight easily in just two weeks (false in my case btw), doesnt make me less functional at long terms and helps me to reach aims.. Vs maybe I could die, or lose visión that eventually happens... Well, could maybe worth".

Very harsh and dangerous with many deaths attributed to use. 100% of users will have some alarming side effects. Your upper end is a VERY dangerous dose.

Thanks, I knew when I did but just wanted to calibrate by my own, I país attention to sympthoms. I heard it could had been mortal for a woman. Dunno really. I think about this still as safer than other options, specially because it's suppossed (maybe Im wrong, but feeling happy until now) that DNP negative effects should dissapear if doing nice when you stop it. I dont like the idea of hurting or limit my capacities at heart, renal and so. It's also fast and clean enough for me. But Im not discarding make some try out at others sources, Im open to improve myself.

Can you please share what other options that DNP is safer than? I am not hacking on you but this is some SERIOUS stuff and short of putting a gun to your head is NOT a "safer" route in my opinion. I can think of at least a dozen protocols that are safer then DNP. Nothing is safer than a good diet and HARD training... Discipline is the key. The research is clear on this product and I would have difficulty in disputing the facts.

At that point I have to tell that you are right. And I thought like you until a few months. I just wanted to reach an aim easily and fast. At my progress, it could have taken a looot of time. As far as Ive seen, a nice appeal is more than just training and being stronger on short terms, and all can be lost in a month. I just couldnt reach the physical appeal I was looking for. So I personally prefer to take a high risk with less long terms consecuencies and more effectiveness. Maybe I have luck, maybe in some months Ill be fucked. As far as I knlw, if it doesnt kill you, and if the hot doesnt make any chronical damage, its "friendly". Probably it was a bad choice for a lot of people. I dont know, but I'ld keep going on. Just my perspectiva, just as personal view.

Have you have considered that genetics may be a contributing factor to your progress "limitations" if everything else is on point? Have you ever had a full spectrum female health panel done to rule out any health issues? Sincerely, I am not trying to be confrontational but I am very curious. I know many people choose DNP and that is not my concern. I am just trying to get to the true "why" it would be a "safer" option. Your statement "doesnt make any chronical damage" peeks my interest... This is based on what?

Nop, I have my regular medical checkings and so, and Ild say Im healthy, but I dont think Ive had any full spectrum, neither I know for sure if my gens are limiting at these physical possibilities. My strength and cardio progress are nice, I kept beating some records at gym and all the stuff, but at the point of physical appeal I wasnt able to reach my aim. Also each time I left the training and change my lifestyle into something more "lazy", I lose considerabily and have to recover, as it's supposed to be I think.

X2 with SimperFi! Looking at your pics I think you have a wonderful shape and figure. Exactly what are your goals, and what are your stats. I'm sure we can find much safer options than dnp to belp you achieve those goals. Using dnp is lime playing Russian Roulette. It only takes once to make it a very bad day.

Thanks. After DNP the appeal Il'd like seems closer to me, but still have a lot of work left... I wanna cut more. Im 24 years, 170cm, and actually 64kg. I aim to 55kg and get some abs and arms defined if possible without losing strength chances. By training in the gym, Ive lost a little and now Im doing an all-round 5 days a week plus contact sports.

5'7" (170cm) and 141lbs (64kg) is a good height to weight ratio. I'm looking at your pic and you have a fantastic body. 121lbs (55kg) is way too skinny. You have the same height and weight as my wife. IMO a good clean diet, some good cardio, hardcore weight training, and some var would put you over the top and out of this world. Don't use a scale to judge your beauty! Use the mirror! I'm looking at these two pics and I'm here to tell you...you're looking smoking hot! DNP or any diet drug will not do you justice. Clean eating, cardio, and some weight training will!

Have you ever considered AAS.??? When used properly they can be very safe and effective. We have at least one female here with extensive experience who would be happy to share their experience with you. Along with male training professionals and a host of experienced gym rats. Do you happen to know your current bf%?

Would be great, I apreciate any advice or guidance. I think it's 21 but Im not too sure about the fidelity of my scale or my measurement skill xD also I just checked my weigtht too and Im at 61kg atm, DNP achievenent. I dont use to check my stats.

Do some research on anavar. As Dolf stated this may be a better course for you. Strength and muscle gain for sure with a potential of fat loss when implemented properly. And the gains are quality and long term. You may not make your weight goal but you will look "fitter" because muscle weighs more. Good luck!

That's why I preach to females to not use a scale as a measurement. Use the mirror. A lean, toned, and muscular 150lbs looks thinner than a frumpy 130lbs.
