Description, stats, concerns and expectations:
10mg/day Stano (5mg in the morning + 5 mg in the evening) 2Ui of hgh at night after 2/3 hours of the last meal with very few carbs or non carbs + 1 tablet of T4 For 4 weeks I ran Stano but I'll substitute it for masteron for 4 weeks (40 mg injectable each for days) Soon, I'll add frag 171-191 and ipamorelin to hgh Expect to decrease the bf to 14-15% in addition with a adjusted diet, training, cardio after training and fasting cardio 3/4 times a week

im curious... have you used HGH Frag before? Was it of any success?? If yes, what dosage and timing please. im v interested in this. Why did you choose T4 over T3? They both are suppressive to your endogenous Thyroid production. Just curious why you went the T4 route. I actually picked up some T4 a few weeks ago my self and wondering adv and disadv of T3 to T4.

Hey swolesam, it was the first time that I used hgh and frag 176-191 and ipamorelin. The results were very good I used them before bed with hgh, the dosage of frag 176-191 was 250mcg + 2ui hgh and when the frag as over I experimented ipamorelin on it's own 1mcg per kg also before bed or before fasting cardio. My coach advised me to take T4 instead of T3 because the hgh will increase the t3 but it will decrease the production of T4 (free thyroid) by the body and as we know T4 will convert into t3, it's more to compensate :)

cool. ipa & frag sounds like a great combo pre-bed. im guna PM you to see what source you're using, cause it seems hit & miss quality with the sources i use with their chinese crap, and thats the reason iv been staying away from peptides.

What is your diet plan? I'm very curious. I can't comment on the compounds mostly because I've not used most of them, and have yet to get more acquainted with female cycling. However, and this not from personal experience, but I believe that I've heard or read that adding gh secretagogues (ipamorelin etc) will not add any benefit to exogenous gh. Maybe someone with sufficient experience will chime in on this notion :)

Hey blasthru23, sorry for my late reply. So about my diet, I've been doing Intermittent fasting also following a flexible diet, meaning that I have a range of food options that I can choose from in order to do not eat the same single thing everyday but always good nutritional food (chicken, eggs, turkey, beef, broccolis, isolate whey protein, oats, rice, cabbage, wholemeal bread, walnuts, pork, mackerel, tuna, wholemeal fusilli, sweet potato, banana, blackforest fruits, quark cheese, cinnamon, coconut oil to cook the eggs, olive oil). I started with 1600 kcals per day Meal 1 PRE Workout - 35g prot, 40g carbs, 5g fat, (5g fiber) low fibre foods and low fat, slow/medium absorption carbs MEAL 2 POST Workout - 35g prot, 45g carbs, 10g fat (no veggies or fat, fast absorption carbs) MEAL 3 - 35g prot, 35g carbs, 10g fat (10g fiber) slow/medium absorption foods MEAL 4 - 40g prot, 15g hc, 15g fat (10g fiber) Water around 3,5/4 litres a day. In my second adaptation to the diet, I took 10 grams of carbs out of each meal. Now, in my third adaptation to the diet I'm maintaining the same amount of protein and fat but I'm doing carb cycling, keeping my high carb days on the days that I train legs and then medium carb days and two low carb days. About the ipamorelin, I'm taking it on it's on before bed but sometimes before morning cardio as I don't take it before training because I'm going to the gym straight from work.

that sounds fabulous. Interesting thing is i mix Intermittent Fasting & Carb Cycling "flexibly" in a similar fashion. I thought i was the only one mixing different protocols like that, but apparently im not :)) Works like a charm. My cheat meal was on Saturday which was also my carb refeed day. i went to carrabba's restaurant & had 1 loaf of bread, Fettucine Alfredo plate (full plate), and a side of mashed potatoes, and dessert was when i went home a Quest bar in the microwave..... felt SUPER good, and honestly dont see much bloat or any weight gain. I could feel my thyroid slowing down up to Saturday since i was on low carb for 2 weeks straight no cheats or high carb days!! Had to shock the system and i figured nothing better than a high carb day with a cheat mean in it. OVERLOAD :)

That's great to hear that there's more people adding some switches to the diet to keep consistency :) Yes, I didn't have any cheat meal for about a month and I was starting to feel without energy which wasn't normal and my coach advised me to have a cheat meal and it was the best thing that I've done, half of a new York vanilla cheesecake, and some fries adding to a normal meal (steak and salad) and it never tasted so good and I had good effects of it, it restored my energy and I didn't gained fat of retention on the next day either, I looked better in the mirror. But i don't feel cravings for fast/ preceded food anymore for the reason why I'm not used to eat it in my routine.

Thanks MsFit for really spelling it all out. I like seeing what a woman's diet plan is, I've only really seen calm's I think. The ratio's are basically the same between the macros, just way lower total daily calories. (Quark is some good stuff :))
