Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
Hey MG! This is Chacie again. 41-yr male about 190-ish lbs looking for constructive help on a second cycle. First one was Test-E (500mg/wk) with standard PCT. I think overall it went well. I think I may have had higher expectation of actual performance but looking back I guess I wasn't disappointed with the results. Big thing I took from it was the PCT and how emotional things got for me as hormones were in flux. I hope now knowing what to expect that I can mitigate that part of the cycle and not act as emotional as I did. I'm proposing to run Test-E again with EQ and kick starting the cycle with TBol. I will have Aro on hand as required for my AI. I'm also proposing to use Var at the end of the cycle to run two weeks past my last pin along with Aro. Does this make sense? Standard PCT protocol starting 2-weeks after last pin. As for diet, I'm thinking of targeting my Macros at 55% Carb, 25% Pro & 20% Fat and caloric intake of 3k-4k cal per day depending on training volume. I will be targeting 2-3 workouts per day (assuming body can take the volume), 1 of the workouts being crossfit while the morning workout will focus on traditional core lifts and the night workout focus being ab/core and classic lifts. I'm open to your thoughts/concerns/feedback. Many thanks in advance!

Eq is a mild very long estered compound therefore it needs to be run for 16 weeks minimum to reap the full benefits of eq. Eq causes a big increase in rbc count which will help you cardio wise for crossfit, but it also causes your blood to thicken and in turn your bp will elevate. Blood donations while running eq are highly advised. Tbol while not as notorious for bl8at and size gains as dbol or adrol it will still add a quick 10 to 15lbs of weight/water gain. You should never start your ai week 1. With long esters you want to start week 3 or 4. With short esters week 2. I would go with 12.5 e3d to start and adjust from there as needed. If you are pct you need to run your test 2 weeks past your last eq pin, and then start pct 2 weeks after your last test pin. The way you're dropping eq and test simultaneously, and then running var 2 weeks more, and beginning pct is a set up for failure. You would start pct with eq still in your system. Var is really pointless with your goals for this cycle, so imo you should save it for another cycle. Typically you should only add 1 new compound per cycle, but since the tbol will be in and out of your system before the eq really starts to kick in I'm not opposed to tbol, and eq being added.

Back to the drawing board brotha...I'd run test e 600mg for 18 weeks...eq 700 to 900mg for 16 weeks...tbol 50mg ed for 6 weeks...aro 12.5 e3d starting week 3 or 4 depending on how you feel...clomid/nolva 100/100/50/50 40/40/20/20 beginning week 20. With such a long cycle a fifth week can be added along with hcg to help you revover. Most people's sweet spot with eq falls between that 700 to 900 range.

Thanks Dolf for checking in and I'm now noticing my PCT typo(s) above. I guess I didn't realize I was running a long and short ester together... It's clear that I need to do better research! On a different note, what type of gains would be expected with running EQ? It seems like a long cycle and if the gains are not there I guess I don't it would be worth pinning for that duration. It may make more sense to stick with test-e, tbol and pct while keeping the cycle to 12-14 of pinning. Anywho, your thoughts/feedback is greatly appreciate along with any other MG veteran. Thanks again for checking in and keeping me out of trouble.

Test e and eq are both long esters, but eq is a much longer ester. Test e levels will peak in your system at about 7 weeks. Eq is almost double that which is why it must be ran for so long to reap its benefits. Eq is an excellent compound that yeilds slow but high quality gains. It will make you rock hard, and vascular. It also makes most individuals want to eat more. It's called "The Hunger" Eq is mild and the only issue is possible high blood pressure which is why you'd want to donate blood about 12 weeks in. Double red blood cell donation being the best option if your bp is elevated. Long cycles are harder to recover from if your pct which is why I'd suggest hcg, and 5 weeks of pct vs the standard 4 weeks. Research is king, so do research and ask questions about anything you don't understand.

What is your goal of this cycle? TDEE? Total calories per day...3K or 4K... big difference? Is your current BF% accurate? Protein is low for muscle growth and to get maximum benefit from the increased protein synthesis that steroids provide. Place less expectations on the steroids and more responsibility on the things you control. Here to help you get this nailed down brother! My only advice at this time is to not do anything unless you are willing to do it right the first time. ;)

Thanks SF for your input! My main goal for the cycle is strength gains. Size doesn't matter to me and honestly, since I crossfit, I'll need to do my best to not draw attention to those visible gains. I gave a range for caloric intake dues to the difficulty that I had running my first. I struggle getting 3500cal/day and figured a range would better suit me. I'll have to tighten that up and reconfigure my macros as you pointed out to have more emphasis on protein. Lastly, placing more responsibility on things you control is great advice! How did my cycle layout look? Is it worth adding Var to the back end of it?

Var is a waste of money in this cycle if your goal is strength gain. Var is very mild in regards to strength gains and is expensive for the return on investment. It is much more suitable to cutting IMO. I have no experience with EQ so I cannot advise on its use. Focus on stimulating your central nervous system (CNS) as that is the source of strength. FYI- Crossfit by nature is a central nervous system stimulator.
