(Work outs have gone to shit) !!!! Imo,i assure you,juice is not the reason your workouts are gone to shit ,, (Now juice may have a placebo ,effect) but the fact of the matter is ,if workouts are gone to shit its because you are lacking the discipline and drive to do them . The more I see these posts lately , (not only you my friend) but aas,is being used (or should i say , trying to be used as ) weight gain , weight loss , and they are not going to do either and that's a FACT!!!! aas,is the build muscle as semp.said it speeds up recovery time , DIET ,AND TRAINING DICTATE ,GOAL NOT JUICE!!!! Like i said ,when juice is used it may psych, a op out , to where they THINK , it's the juice ...not ...why does aas,help build muscle ??? Thats a question i want you research and answer ! .You have come to the right place ,and i promise you if you can take the constructive criticism, i assure you , you will learn and reach your goals . . There is noone here that wants to see you fail !!! Actually its quite opposite , we want you to meet such goal and if there is one member i had to pick that wants that more than anyone (we all do) but it's SEMPFY But he will not sugar coat ,he will keep it 110% real and tell you , what he sees and alot of ppl think he's grinding them up but in reality you will never get a better brother in your corner , that wants you to exceed more SO you can take your ball and run home , (which most do ,because there butt hurt ,from not hearing what they want ) or you can man up and let this man and all of them help you reach your goal Good luck with your choice ,wish you the best .... Hmmmm....In my opinion, I would choose one or the other, cyp at 500/week, or prop at 350 given the amount of time since your last cycle. However, and more importantly, and I am not bashing by any stretch of the imagination, I think you are giving the juice to much credit. What is really the ticket to success is diet and training. If you were to ask for advice, I would say get your bf% down to 12% or less before running any gear (unless, for example, you did some blood work and found that your test levels are quite low for your age, thus running a TRT dosage of test cyp to bring your levels up; test c for 200-250 per week). At this stage, 1200 mg per week is drastically high, and you may end up on a wild E2 roller coaster, which may leave you popping hella adex, which in turn may raise your LDL levels. I think you ought to consider going back to the drawing board, starting with blood work.

I agree with blood work advice. If the posters energy levels are in question I think you will agree Blaster that a simple 150-200mg/wk dose will get him to his goal in this cycle if all the other ducks are in a row. Interesting how many people use steroids as a diet pill. Anabolics have one purpose outside of the medical arena.... Build muscle!

I do agree with the 150-200, 100%. I do find it fascinating that people think anabolics are fat loss drugs. Sure, one will likely lose body fat, but, diet and exercise is going to determine that more so than gear. Seems most folks want drugs more than a much needed lifestyle change...

Thanks for posting your cycle. That's 1200mg/wk of Test! Smoke... not putting you on blast but being off two years are you sure you need that much? Your receptors are clear. Thats just a lot of testosterone for a cutting cycle after two years off in my opinion. You say your body and workouts have gone to shit. Are you relying of steroids to change that? My experience tells me that if individuals do not have the training, diet and lifestyle dialed in before cycling the cycle will mostly likely fail. People use steroids as a crutch way too often and never really learn to walk for themselves. Sorry to sound critical but I want you to get the most from what you are doing and think realistically. Food for thought.
