lmao : ) Thanks for asking, its much better its still not 100% man I underestimated how important that little guy is for gripping. Ive been back for 2 weeks now, hitting it hard again.almost like I have all that lost time to make up for. it feels good to be able to Push and Pull again

thanks Blast, lol that's what everyone here has been saying, along with cardio. I have been on the treadmill for a minimum of 30 minutes and cross track running for at least a mile just about everyday, along with a leg workout of everyday calves and a 4 day split days 1 and 3 quads and hip- flexors and days 2 and 4 hamstrings and glutes. If you don't mind Id like to pick your brain for a sec. 1.My diet. My eating patterns are falling apart, meaning I'm not eating junk but I'm not consuming as many calories and my protein intake has dropped tremendously ( due to the change in routine.) what should I do ? 2. My cycle. a). I wanted to lower my dose before starting my pct, or should I just start pctI already have clomid and nolvadex.( is hcg necessary) b). am I wasting time by taking test during my inability to preform my full body workouts. 3. PIP. my last injection (R) Quad- left me in so much pain I could barely lift my leg, I couldn't run I had to walk ( on an incline of 7 and rate of 3.6) It was painful. I couldn't lift any weight with my legs for 4 days. how bad is to force a workout while the pip is that bad. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

X2 with blast! Meal prep is king! I do a weeks worth at a time. Get a scale so you can weigh out your protein. As for the quad injection it could be anything from poorly brewed gear to poor technique to virgin muscle. I've pinned quads for years now and never have an issue anymore. It's rough at first but gets better with time and practice.

1). Meal prep. That is the absolute key for me. I weigh my chicken and rice, measure the oil and place each portion into a container. I use three containers for the day for three meals. One shake for the morning and one for meal five. When I get home, I whip up some egg whites with the requisite amount of yolks, mix with rice, and sometimes cheeses and the remaining veggies from the morning (I steam asparagus first thing in the morning while I drink my coffee). On the wall, I have posted what each meal will be. It's all about preparation. I pack the containers in a back pack and head off to work. I arranged with my boss (who is a power lifter so gets where I am coming from) that I'll be taking 3 10 minute breaks instead of one full half hour. Each break is when I chow down. It's like clock work :) b) You may consider reducing your dose to a cruise dose or a little higher if you think it will be awhile until you can begin training using your hands again. I don't know how long it takes for a bone to heal as I have only broken a rib which took about six months or so. You are not wasting time, but, you might be wasting gear. Or, you could just run PCT, which HCG is not required. You can use it before you start the nolva/clomid. PCT with long esters start at 3 weeks after last injection. Pick one (cruise or PCT) and stick with it. 3) Was this injection into the quad your first? Even if it was not, it could be poor technique. I sometimes still get nasty soreness in quad injections, glutes, never. Is there any redness, swelling, hotness in the injection site? I typically just work through it the best I can when its really bad. FO rme it goes away after 3-4 days (but that is also when I push 2ml plus).
