Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
I'm 35 years old. Been on TRT for a long time using Test Cyp at 200mg/week. Been training for a long time although I've had long periods of slacking. This is my first real cycle. Diet will consist of mostly chicken and rice motherfucker with some fish, beef, veggies and eggs mixed in sometimes. Maybe a cheat meal each week. I do have some weight to lose although the purpose of this cycle will be muscle gain. I am going to eat clean but keep my calories over 3000 each day. I will be doing a basic bodybuilding split with 4-5 days per week lifting and lots of cardio mixed in. I also train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and plan on doing 2-3 sessions per week. I will be injecting 600mg of TestC per week. I know most beginning cycles suggest 500mg but I am doing 600 for two reasons. 1. The gear I obtained is 300mg per mL so 600 is just easier over 2x per week injections and 2. I've been injecting 200mg of Test Cyp per week for a long time now so even though its my first cycle, I've been injecting testosterone for a long time. I have arimidex on hand for AI

Sounds good and splitting injections into two is good for keeping more stable blood levels. Why no PCT? Is your TRT for the rest of your life? Sorry just confused.

Yes, brother I am on TRT for life. I started working rotating shift work at 24.. when I was 27 I suddenly started feeling terrible. My doc thought I had sleep apnea (Big snorer) so I got tested and came back negative. Did full bloodwork and found out my test level was extremely low. Got on TRT at 28 years old. I didn't think it was possible to have such low T at a young age with no prior steroid abuse but the doc said its becoming more prevalent especially in those with fucked up schedules. Sorry for the long post but thats why no PCT. Going right back to 200mg/wk after the cycle ends.

Got it, thx for reply, I had experience with working in shifts and man I felt terrible physically and mentally. I just wonder if the doc at least tried something to restore natural test production as at this age I guess not everything is lost...or I am wrong?

Glad I read your post, I am in the same situation with 200mg/wk, but am getting ready to start a 500mg/wk with sustanon 250. besides the meal plan, are you going to be taking protein shakes, amino paks, etc with your new diet? asking for a friend. lol

Hey man I'm getting most of my protein through food but I'm not against supplementing with shakes. Definitely great to get that extra protein in or for when you can't eat a meal. Not taking any extra amino acids other than what I get through my daily multivitamin. Good luck with your upcoming cycle.
