Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
I plan on running this cycle to cut down from my starting stats of 200lbs 18% BF to as close to, if not 12% BF so that I can continue to diet down for the 3 months before my wedding in June! My diet is very clean as discussed in a general chat thread many of you have commented on, and I will give myself a cheat meal of sushi or some other tasty food once a week for date night with my Mrs. To Be! This will be my 3rd cycle! I will also be using HCG as needed to keep my little men happy and full as well as my fiancée.

Great lifts Dark! Keep pushing it. It took me forever to get past 3 plates in bench. Its like another marker and temporary stopping point. Eventually it will feel normal to the CNS and then you will push past it even further.

ANOTHER OTHER UPDATE! Just went for heavy bench today. First attempt ever at 3 plates. I got 2 clean unassisted reps of 315!!!! Holy mother of fuck this is amazing! Nutrient timing my cutting calories is paying off! I'm getting some solid cut, size, and strength!!! And.... libido is still extremely strong. Fun fun fun

The cycle never ends... I believe that thinking as though you're preparing for the stage is a good thought process to get the most out of training. Just because the go cart enthusiast will never race formula 1, doesn't mean he or she shouldn't treat their own passion with just as much intensity as a so called pro. Be a pro at whatever you're doing and at whatever level. Proud of you DV :)

Hey there fam! Just checking in and gonna let y'all n ow how it's goin! Feeling pretty great! Massive pumps, getting a lot more definition and feelin all around.... more dry? Like... when I lift it seems the blood rushes faster to the muscle and I catch a pump 10000x faster and just all around more intense. I'm digging it. Haven't tested strength gainz recently because I'm actually not interested in that for my cut, but I have noticed a LOT more stamina and endurance with my sets. Playing with high volume moderate weight kinda stuff, 20rep bench to immediate 20rep lay pull down super set kinda stuff. I've also been getting a lot more comments around the gym such as "so that's what you look like under your work uniform these days" or "are you planning on competing any time soon?" So this makes me pretty happy. Since I visited the Mecca I actually decided to make it my mission to compeat in a year... I'm going to fucking do this. I love this sport and helping my clients achieve the goals they have, but I've noticed in myself there is some switch that has turned.... anyways dick still works, no nip sensitivity, no irregular heart beats, very little achne, night sweats aren't as regular so I believe my PED is helping regulate my hormone balance and not throwing me through peaks and valleys. I gotta update my dosages and add back in the NPP (will have it done by end of day my time). Appreciate your feedback, the pic I'll post is back progress from December 28th 1 2016 to Feb 13th. From 22% BF to 16.5%

Feeling the fire as you feed it! I know that feeling, it's awesome! Glad you're making progress, and it's definitely rewarding to get positive comments form people you see regularly. Supersets have become a staple for me as of late, as have rest-pause. I cooked my quads the other day with RP's, give em go, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the update DV. It feels really good getting that kind of feed back, though knowing in nowhere near contest ready it just motivates me to just do it. Coolest thing too is now my woman wants to really do this deal too so I've been helping her with meal plans and hittin the weights. What is the resting pause sets? I'll definitely give them a shot. Also by incorporating Slipknot and Five Finger Death Punch into my routines I'm pretty sure I've increased my gainz capacity by 125%.

Nice :) Anyhow, rest-pause sets are done when you do a set, rest for a ten count, then do another set (to failure if you like). I prefer to do RP's on machines and isolations for the most part, but I use RP's on compound movements as well. Good stuff!

Sorry for not updating sooner! Life got busy with training clients and planning the wedding! So far the cut is going well!!! Week 5 now, I stayed the same BF but now I have gained 8.8lbs of lean muscle mass!!! I need to up my cardio more so I can start to shred down the fat (as much as I enjoy the lean gains, obviously the goal is to cut the fat, so more cardio will need to be prescribed and then start with better nutrient timing). I did decide to start the NPP 100 last week! So I will update that! SOO SHITTY THOUGH!!!! A client gave me that damn flu a day into the NPP so I have been out the last 4 days! People need to stay home if they are sick damn it!!! Not too much achne but showing up on my back a little, libido is WAYY up! My fiancée and I are going at it whenever we get home to eachother, can't keep our hands off eachother and my stamina is crazy! I have NEVER fucked this long in my life, good lawd! I hope this brings an update for you all!!!! Got my bachelor party coming up the 10th at the Mecha in Venice! Some good shreds to come before then since this bug finally passed and will be amazing to lift where the greats did!!!!

I did take the advice and my local connect has it on hand (damn that stuff is expensive as hell!!!! Almost 1/3 of the total cost of my cycle alone!!!) I'm just in between paychecks as of now (since Emily was out of work for two weeks due to wheather and a vacation I took the brunt of all the bills this month and was happy to do so!!!h and my good friend said he'd spot me if need be.

BOOM! A little over a week down. Feeling AWESOME! Very happy that I've got my diet down before i started because in this short time I've already seen my BF drop .5%. Hitting regular sets of squats a 315lbs x 8. Bench actually went UP now 2 rep max is 275lbs. I do this inbody test at my local nutrishop and not only did i drop the .5% body fat, but i have also ALREADY gained a solid 2lbs of lean muscle mass. weighing in at now 204lbs! *probably because of water weight and food from the day, so id say its actually 202lbs. Starting to get the restless sleep at night. Last night was the first time i shot awake a couple times early in the morning, body temp is definitely higher. Feel some oily skin starting, my face is getting a little flush (pinker hue), two zits popped up on my back (dunno if its from the AAS or that im just a young buck, if it continues to get worse ill know the true cause). Need to grab that melatonin soon so i can rest a bit easier. Other than that the 2200cal cut plan is going swell and i am not fatigued a bit! Great pumps, feeling dry, will need to start HCG my third week FOR SURE because I'm already feeling a shrinky dink in my family jewls. FUN FUN FUN. Wanting to take Dolfs advice and throw on the Var at the end of this cycle. Dosage recommendations? I firmly believe i will acheive my goal EASY of 12-13% BF this cycle and get that sub 12 come the wedding June 10th

My honest opinion is that your BF% is too high for PED use. I made this mistake myself years ago and it cost me a lot of wasted time and effort. Proper diet and exercise to cut BF% and then consider using steroids. If you have ran three cycles and your body fat percentage is high at 18% then I have to assume that you are doing something incorrectly unless you were training to be a powerlifter. Steroids are not a diet drug. You don't need two AI's and I don't see any mention of a DA. Laying it on the line brother in the hopes that my past mistakes will help you not repeat them. Fasted cardio, proper diet, a healthy lifestyle and consistent exercise will get you were you want to be in three months time without the use of steroids. Wishing you great success in any final decisions you make. At your young age I would outline a PCT protocol to ensure you get the proper advice to correct the shutdown that will occur or the future Mrs. might be truly unhappy with you. ;)

I had just come out of a bulk that I was doing for a while. When I went out to play ball the coach said I had to put on 10lbs in a month so I did and then I decided I didn't want to play again after the fact, so I just kept calories high and lifting heavy (I guess you could say a power lifting regiment). I know by no means this isn't a "diet drug" but I figured it could aid in a cut being faster esters and already I've dropped 2% BF just by dieting and implementing cardio in. For some reason I was told Aromasin was a DA. I must have been mistaking, what would be a proper DA to utilize? I can always just save my NPP for a future cycle and just run a third Test only.

Testosterone does create some fat burning effects at higher dosages, but not at 350mg a week. The ester has nothing to do with those fat burning properties. Youd need to be in the 1.5g range to see test burn fat and anyone doing that solely for the fat loss is using irresponsibly. The only aid 350mg of test would have during a cut is the preservation of muscle tissue while in a caloric deficit. However, this dose would be limited in its ability to preserve muscle if calories are low enough (sub ~600 under TDEE). 350mg a week isn't worth the shut down in my opinion. It isn't worth permanently lowering your natural testosterone production. Whatever muscle you gain will be lost by the time you start your next cycle. If there's a benefit to running this cycle, I'm not seeing it. Perhaps someone can point it out to me. Furthermore, if you've lost 2% BF with just diet and cardio and your goal is to lose BF then you're accomplishing your goal without the use of AAS. Why not just continue doing what you're doing?

Post cycle: 1st Day Clomid 300mg and Nolvadex 100mg, next week Clomid 100mg Nolvadex 60mg, then cruise at Clomid 50mg and Nolvadex 40mg. I'll also be using HCG the last few weeks of cycle to jump my testies up.

If I was 23 and getting married in the near future I personally would run 1000iu/week. On a full time TRT protocol of 180mg TestC per week I run 1000iu/wk all year round with an occasional break here and there. At my age it is more for pride and aesthetics but at a young age those huevos need to be grande.

Protocol with HCG is very debatable. Occam's razor states that the simplest explanation is generally the correct one. So just keep it simple for yourself. If you find 1000iu to be MORE than enough you certainly can lower the dose of the course of the cycle. I do slit my dose into two 500iu injections every 3.5 days.
