Three weeks left in the cycle and him feeling great I’m actually seeing Gaines. I’m very happy with the cycle I am going to take blast’s advice and extend it for two weeks with test alone.. my only concern is that I ate at about 70 to 80% so I have seen some weight increase in the gut. I went from I believe it was at 2:25 when I started I’m currently at 2:45 I’m sure I’ll lose some of that but let’s see what happens in the next five weeks

On a mass gain cycle you are sure to gain some fat, however, in my experience a lot of the excess gain is from water retention. Don't worry about the fat gain, it will dissipate as well over time. If you drink plenty of water (1.5-2 gallons per day). one usually will experience less water retention. What would be fantastic to see is your end scale weight after about 3 weeks to a month being off is a scale weight of about 230 give or take. Do not go on a cut after this cycle. Run maintenance calories for an appreciable duration; at least 6 months, to marinate the lean tissue gains. If you run TRT/cruise. consider adding to your TRT regimen primobolan enanthate at 100-150mg per week. I found that this compound at a low dose is fantastic for helping the lean tissue gains to stick and become loyal. Yes, it is pricey, but you will not be using much of it at a time, thus a vial will last a very long time. Some have used masteron enanthate (a less expensive option in the DHT derived category of compounds), but most claim it doesn't work as well at such a low dose. They said they had too increase it to 400mg per week to get the desired effect, although I am not sure how they came to that conclusion exactly. Anyhow, thanks again for keeping us updated Moonie, it has been a pleasure to follow a cycle log from start to finish; decidedly a rare occasion these days! +2

So im 5 weeks into this cycle. I Have gained 25 LBS. stopped the Dbol as of Sat night. My strength has been amazing. Its been a breeze keeping the same weight routine so of course I upped my weigh. 20 more LBS on the bench 5 more LBS on arms 10 more LBS on Back. Legs vary.. joints are sore in the am but livable. I guess the Deca is doing the job with aches n pains as im only sore in the morning till I get myself moving. Its my 1st time with Deca so in reality it not bad as without it in the past when I increased weight I really hurt for a few day... all in all I must say that I do see the gains.. Diet has been about 80% on point its so dang hard to keep up diet @ 100 %.. so in conclusion ill say that im happy with this off season bulk cycle so far. Ill be back with an update in another month as to how much water weight has come off and how much of my gains I have kept on. Iv taken Blast's advise and will go into the 13th and 14th week with Test alone perhaps as far as the 16th week.

Blastthru23, question on Moonies using 300 mg of Deca with 250 mg Testo. I thought one way of preventing Deca Dick was to have a higher volume of testo than deca, or in this case is 300mg Deca not high enough to raise concerns over deca dick? I’m lower than a rookie here, so just trying to educate myself. I’ve read lots of your comments on this site. They are always on point and informative. Thanks for that.

Ultimately, 500 test and 300 deca should suffice. 2 pins at 250 test, 1 pin deca at 300 per week.

What is your goal, and how will you reach that goal? I personally would run the deca to 16 weeks and after you end the deca, continue the test for an additional two weeks as the deca takes time to clear and will still be active. This way you can take advantage of the long half life of deca.

Blast... Personally as being one of the older users i'm not really comfortable with an 18 week cycle. I may just run the Deca for 10 weeks. My goals are to put on some additional bulk. im hoping to accomplish that buy eating 100% right and lifting hard 5 of 7 days. 1st time im trying the deca -dbol combo. any and all advise is always appreciated..

Is it too late to switch to NPP? Going on a nine weeker you might get more bang for your bucks and effort running the short ester nandrolone. That way you really wont need dbol. And, run test prop with it, or just run test e for 3 weeks, then start the npp once the test kicks in

Blast... I already started the above cycle.. I actually thought about the cycle your talking about prior but had an issue with receiving the gear.. Im going to make the NPP my next winter cycle.. I Always appreciate your input..

Ok, sometimes u just gotta go with what you got, train hard, and eat well. However, i will suggest increasing the test to 500, and extend the cycle by two weeks with just the test to get a little more bang for your effort:)
