Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
After years of consideration, I have finally decided to give this a try. I am starting my first cycle off with Gen-Shi Labs Testo-C 500. I have Arimidex on deck if needed and Clomiphene and Nolvadex for my PCT. Since I am in the military and just deployed to Poland I ordered the following products just in case I need them while doing this first cycle: Met-Rx ZMA, Source Naturals Alpha Lipoic Acid, Tribulus Terrestris Extract, Anablox Estrogen Blocker and Testosterone Booster and Carlson Labs Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. I am going to thoroughly read the description of the mentioned items and figure out where they fit into this equation. I am currently 203.7 lbs, 8% bodyfat and 34 years old. My goal is to lift heavy and to put on lean muscle while cutting my BF down toward the end of the cycle since I will be getting re-married when I return to the US at the beginning of the summer. My genetics plays a key role in my physique since I competed collegiately and professionally in track & field. My father side of the family is from Senegal Africa and my mother's mother and grandmother are full blooded Cherokee native American. While conducting this cycle I am going to start ironing out my diet since I am in a European country. I will be seeing what the dining facility has to offer today and going from there. I packed multiple 5-gallon jugs of protein, BCAA, Intra-workout powder and iSatori Bio-Gro to get the colostrum extract for recovery and muscle fiber reproduction. I will conduct my first pin today, as I have waited a full month from receiving my products and will inject and rotate between delts. I will pin twice a week, 250 mg Mondays and 250 mg Thursdays. I'm sure I am going to grow good but am definitely looking forward to keeping everyone updated. I would like to thank the following for a warm welcome when I registered for this site. My cycle is complete. I finished off at 214 lbs. and definitely leaning than when I started. I purchased four bottles of BCAAS and I am consuming at a minimum two half shaker bottles of drink a day. I am only experience being a little more tired at this point, but that could come from working around the clock and taking two advanced graduate level courses. I'm wondering if I can pause for just one week instead of two before starting my PCT. I will standby for some advice but would definitely like thank all of you for the advice and support throughout my first cycle. Once I return to the US, it will be easier to document everything daily and weekly

Nice work Iceman! Based on research studies cypionate CAN stay in your system up to 2x longer than the enanthate ester. Due to the risk of an ineffective or failed PCT I would not recommend starting earlier than 14 days- minimum. Testosterone withdrawal symptoms are normal and the cost of using exogenous testosterone. +2 on your completed cycle.

Week 9 Brothers, Sorry for delay. Things have been crazy over here, although I am a short timer now and getting close to my return to the US. I am feeling great. I have definitely put on some mass and been leaning my butt off. I have increased in my squat from squat the 400 lbs on my last set to set 1: 385, set 2: 405, set 3: 425 and set 4: 440. Since I really hate bench press because I prefer dumbbells, my bench is only up to 245 for my last set 10, but I have add in single arm side press to isolate my peck and build the higher side of the chest. I am curling 155 for four sets of 10 as of this morning, complete controlling the weight and keeping my elbow at 90 degrees. I am convinced that everything is okay. post. I try to control my diet as much as possible, spending alot of money on 7 meals a day, but again it's ridiculous cheap over. My weight is currentlying 214 with three more weeks of test to go. I'm starting to think about the second cycle, which I hope to get some feedback from the subject matter experts in here and great advise. Again sorry for the delayed update.

Nice update Iceman. Keep your focus on THIS cycle and do not look to the next for now. You are doing a great job under your current circumstances and I look forward to reading what you share over the next three weeks. Get your mind in the right place for your PCT plan. Make sure you stick to the plan and implement it properly to maintain as much of your gains as you can. Load up on the BCAA's during PCT to keep the increase in protein synthesis going as much as possible. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Hey fellows. Week 5 is almost over and things are looking good. I finally got a chance to weigh myself this week, 207.4 lbs. Last week I started adding 30 minutes of slow cardio at the end of my workout and I am looking more leaner everyday. My shoulders were nice, but starting to gain some more thicknessand roundness. My back is getting thicker. My Biceps and Triceps are getting bigger and thick. I have seen a big improvement in my legs. I'm squatting 418 lbs for my last two sets. I leg pressed 930lbs for 3 sets and 18 reps last Saturday. I am killing leg extensions, which my quads are starting to get bigger. Let's keep charging and see what the end result is in the end. The food here sucks, so I have had to just spend money off base to survive. I eat huge salads like crazy since they are about $1.88 and fresh. I'm very surprised right now.

Fellows, Week 2 has came to a close. I don't know if the test has kicked in, but this week my lifting picked up a little more. My third set on bench improved by 22kgs, 250 for 10 reps. I knocked out my crazy leg workout, which I haven't done in some time. The pain the next day was ridiculous but the strength I know I'm about to build is going to be amazing. Last week my nipples were on fire for two days, so took Adex on a Monday then on Thursday and haven't had any issues. I took two this week as well for same measures, but thinking about not taking it next week to see what occurs. I am sleeping like crazy again. Anytime I have a break, I am sleeping myself a nap. I think in a few weeks I will have some great reports to add. I am going to go out and purchase a scale this weekend so I can track my weight and get that up. I've noticed this week that I look as if I'm starting to get bigger, but my abdominal area is getting leaner which is a good sign that great things are yet to come.

Thanks for the update. Uhhhh...You do not want to do that with Adex. On again, off again is NOT recommended. Read up on it and learn about the rebound. You need to find a balance of the proper dose and stick with it. Will take time but in the end you will know what works good for you. Nipple burning could be from rubbing against your shirt. Test has a tendency to keep our nips at attention. Start adex at .5mg E3D and work with it from there.

Half life of adex is about 48 hours so E3D is about perfect for me and I am not e2 sensitive. Keep an eye on any emotional or physical changes that could be associated with high or low estrogen like lethargy, bloating, loss of libido, etc. The only real proof you can get for yourself is to get blood work. Keep grinding Ice. We are all in on this with you! ;)

Great update. Love your work plan except doing Legs and Back on the same day. I would puke my guts out. Anxious to hear how it works for you. About week 4-6 the Test will show up and you will love life so long as your diet and training are on point. Keep us posted. Good adaptations as well to your environment you are in.

Keep us updated on how these splits work for you. FYI- I saw increased development doing seated bicep curls in the incline position - do not fully extend, keeping muscle under tension. Good luck Brother.

Semper Fi, The program I went through, I did a super set of dB bench press and dB curls, and the same with incline. I really don't like benching, but will do it for 4 week, then transition back to DBs. It seems like my just get filled with more blood using DBs, then I do seated one arms chest press turn to the side to further destroy my chest.

You also don't get your shoulders locked into a single plain of motion with DB, like you would with a barbell, reducing the risk of injury. Keep on with the updates. We all like following a well written cycle log!

Well fellows, week 1 is a closed chapter. This week I successfully completed my first two pins and did alot of reading up to further educated myself. I'm working hard on the diet. Image eating sausages everyday with each meal, that's my life. Thank you Poland. We have found some restaurants off the camp here and I was able to start eating salads on Thursday. I will possibly order a salad every night to supplement for what I miss during the day. My tough box arrived with my supplementson, so I just feel a little better now.

Blastthru23, Thanks brother. I will do my best. I'm going to really have to stay discipline on the diet since Polish eat a ridiculous amount of carbs with every meal. I think I'm going to learn to love Kielbasa before it's over and done.

Love kielbasa! Lots of fat that's for certain . What sort of catbs do they eat primarily over there? I imagine potatoes and hella bread....Can you meal prep at all? Meal prep is the ticket, if possible.

The menu is verbatim everyday and every meal. Two pieces of cold salami/ham, hot dogs wieners and kielbasa if they run out of the wieners, dried red peppers, sweet pickles, lettuce, butter and cream cheese. It's the same thing three times a day. My fiance and I are thinking about doing meal prepped and she mailed me everything on dry ice. I am going to look for a cheap refrigerator and microwave around here to store and heat food.

Excellent first cycle brother! Like SF touched on with you being an athlete, and in the military you know about pushing yourself to your limits and beyond. The D-Fac will offer some good choices for you, but probably not near enough calories or protein for your needs. Not sure how your PT is but if you run as much as I did then calories will definitely be needed. I'm definitely excited to watch your progress throughout this cycle!

Thanks Dollar. I've cut down on doing alot of running and will use the treadmill to get my cardio done. The gym here is very small but I have to work on getting into the gym at the right time. I am going to be eating everything I can but eating smart.
