Description, stats, concerns and expectations: 
This is what I’m running starting Monday. CUTSTACK II Tprop – 50mg Tren Ace – 75mg Mast prop – 100mg Tbol on hand if i decide to start or finish up with it not sure yet Prov at 50mg/day Going to run this at .8 cc ED (translation per week is 280 test 420 tren 560 mast) I will ramp up as necessary based on sides. I had dieted down to 155 last year then went up to 180-185 at my max and now stand at about 170 but lean prob around 12%bf my goal is to drop bf with this cycle but keep lean mass, honestly I’d be happy putting on even a handful of pounds of lean muscle, but overall just want to cut up and get that hard vascular look for the summer. Abs are peeking after 4 weeks of high protein mod fat and low carb and this cycle is intended to polish the look. By no means am I huge guy, but was 205 2 years ago and 25% of that was visceral stomach fat, so naturally I had to diet and exercise down to a lower weight to lose it, we all know you cant cut and bulk at the same time and with dieting comes some muscle atrophy. Moving forward again the goal is to cut but maintain of slightly gain some lean mass, then next winter I will focus on bulking up good prior to next spring/summer. Long term goals in mind here, the quick fix is a figment of the imagination. To many people think AAS are the magical serum, but not the case. Slow and steady wins the race and its about the journey the finish line that makes us better beings! I'll post up a before pic prior to Monday, just gotta take one

Been a few weeks, went whitewater rafter in Maine and ended up sick on antibiotics and steroids none the less lol. Two more days of meds then I can get back on my training. Diet still on point but ended the test tren mast. No sense in running high doses and sitting at a desk all day. Opted to mix things up and have been running low dose test (150/mg E3D) and var instead of tbol at 40 while i'm on other meds, bumping to 60 ED by the weekend. Still have nothing but positive things to say about my results. The active lifstyle I have keeps the calories burning. (3 mudruns so far this summer ie..spartan race, muckfest, samuria sprint) Tough mudder coming up soon. 10 miles of obstacles and running in the mountains of New Hampshire (barbed wire, ice baths, electrified obstacles etc..). That with the diet and training and like I said a "cut cycle" is what I have. Gonna add a pic from last weekend and this is with no pump 2 weeks out of the gym recouping from being sick. Once back on the A game next week I'll update more regurally. Thats it for now ladies and gents

Detailed update coming in a few more days, Saturday puts me through 5 weeks. Short and skinny of it all is i've maintained my weight with the macro tweaks which is a huge plus and I know the bf keeps dropping because the abs are peeking out in a resting position. Super stoked with the results thus far. Changed the dosage to 1cc ED about a week ago and the lethargy zombie morning feeling went away which is awesome, but with the change came the wake up at 5:30am daily without an alarm and the tren sweats lol, but the weather here in Beantown has been hot the past few days so thats a factor, but when the small of your back is all clammy and your doing nothing but sitting still, i'm leaning towards the 550mg of tren per week lol. With the ED dosing just to bring it in to perspective to anyone following i'm sitting at TestP 350mg - TrenA 550mg - Mast P 700mg weekly and i'm tolerating it well with GREAT RESULTS! New pics to follow and will also delve a bit more into my training since thats obv a piece to this puzzle which I haven't touched much on. Compounds and diet have been the forefront of my discussion but again for someone diving into or thinking about cycling with AAS I want this to be as informative as possible for the newbie! tty all soon! Just added a few new pics, Week four starts this saturday, Cycle is still trucking along smooth, As I last stated I was shedding weight like bastard and from some of the vets comments, I upped my calories, I did this by simply adding in skim milk to my protein shakes along with egg whites and Greek yogurt and the weight flew on in just a weeks time, you can see it in the pics, I'm a bit more rounded. I've def learnt that there is a super fine line between cutting and bulking which again only points out that its easiest to manipulate this with diet, training and then compounds in that order I feel. Now I have a good base for how my body takes to carbs and proteins and can physically feel and see the changes based on how I play with my macros. Any way not gonna get all long winded just wanted to add up a little something. The pic that shows half my chest tat was week 3 when I was down in weight.

So approaching day 21 on Saturday and though i'm getting lean as f%&k, the scal dropping as quickly as it is concerns me. Not sure if I should just keep rolling with the diet i'm on and keep running it the full 8 weeks or switch things up? Should I just eat more? and try to maintain weight and still lose bf! I'm using enough tren to prevent muscle wasting so have to assume that it is fat flying off, but when I say i'm dropping weight i'm not joking i'm down approx 4 lbs each week. My intent was to rip up and get around 8% bf and maybe its just my mind but I feel like a skinny little prick now. Some may say its all relative because theres 180 with 25%bf and 160 with 10% at the end of the day both carrying about the same amount of lean muscle. I've read some info about leaning out to a low bf then throwing in an oral that doesn't make you carry much water and fill the muscle out whilst already lean and really turn your physique gorilla status. I know with muscle comes some fat gain, but just curious how people feel about this approach....lean out drop BF then once 8-10% lean bulk? I have no problem continuing what i'm doing, I mean i look nasty with a shirt off, but with a shirt on unless its a schmedium lol I blend into the crowd and just look like a 6' tall skinny dude and its playing tricks on my mind lol. I digress.....what i've learnt over the years is this, its easier stay lean once already lean then it is to bulk already carrying fat and then try to lean out, because honestly you just lose your bulk. comments thoughts opinions on adding an oral in week 7,8 and bumping up my calories and test prop dose while dropping the tren and mast at that point? If so what would be your oral of choice? I'm interested in VAR or DROL some say DBOL but i feel that will just balloon me up and hide the hard work cutting. GOAL is lean but not 160lbs lol 180 10%bf I could live with for the summer!

Yea brotha up your calories until you either stay the same weight or slightly gain. I'd opt for the slight gain. Tbol would be the oral I add in if it were me. How much of a caloric deficit are you in per day?

About 300, but i'm thinking the cardio combined with the weight training is hindering me making gains. I've also never had such a rough time eating, typically in a deficit i'm starving and I stay pretty full, the tren has to be the culprit. I'm about to order some ghrp2 because last time I ran that with tren I ate like a horse

Almost guarantee its the tren. I had the hardest time getting food down my throat 6 times per day. Sometimes, i would still have one my meals left over at the end of day. 3-4 days after last pin of tren, my appetite bounced back with a vengeance. To combat appetite suppression, i made my meals smaller, but ate more of them, upwards of 8, plus more liquid protein. I ripped thru a 5lb jug of protein powder hella fast.

Yeah I just bought a 5lb tub maybe 7-8 days ago and I swear the things half gone. Two scoops in the am that 60 grams then one scoop preworkout 30grams and two more post thats 60 more. plus all the whole foods i'm eating i just don't get it! I just added back dairy into the diet to help bump the calories up. I'm figuring my plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese and milk should makeup for some of the calories i'm not getting in.

I have to say that I'm glutton for cottage cheese, while mid cycle (tren) i could polish off half a tub of that stuff. I was chugging liquid protein as well, 60gm in the morning, 45 pre, 60 post. Vanished before my eyes!

So Saturday made 14 days and let me just say these compounds at these ratio's combined with my strict strict diet has been insane! The physical transformation in just 2 weeks time is the most drastic i've personally experienced, which just goes to show you when you read on boards and sites that its all about diet first that its no BS. Still running daily and training 5 days. Because of my calorie cut, i'm not going to elaborate on reps and max weights because honestly with this cut mentality those numbers have pretty much stayed the same simply I believe because i'm not packing on muscle but only because thats not the goal of this cycle. The muscle is not depleting either, its simply getting dense and tight like I have cement in my shoulders lol, but the BF is flying off and honestly see the changes on a daily bases. I never took a pre cycle pic, but i'm sure i can dig one up relatively close to that date, but have uploaded one from yesterday morning! Happy Mothers Day! All in all besides the hardness and fat loss the biggest change in the gym has been the intensity, like i said strength from an "amount of weight" standpoint is the same, but I can rip out five extra reps all angry like and just full of alpha male aggression. I rest way less between sets and once i warm up straight feel like a wild animal ready to fucking pounce. Loving it thus far results are amazing, diets on point and changes are daily I stand here before on day 16 out of at least 52! The ride is gonna be a good one. Lastly aside from lethargy now setting in from the tren and some vivid dreams the sides are bearable. Once i'm up and at'em and the blood is pumping the zombie feeling subsides, its more just that initial getting out of bed in the morning that sucks, but its the sacrifices we make!!

Sounds like an excellent cycle so far gas. I love reading these type results on the cycle logs! +2 on the diet statement because it couldn't be more true. Has the tren supressed your appetite? It suppresses mine.

Def has, I should add that side in for sure. For a minute I was thinking because of the quality whole foods I'm consuming that I just felt fuller longer. Its helping drop the BF for sure, but almost to a point where I feel I should maybe be eating at maintenance and would still see the results but with maybe a little more growth.

Ok so first pins were 1cc on 4/23/16, 4/24/16 and 4/25/16 (each cc containing testprop50, trenace75, mastprop100) My intent even though short ester was to get levels up and not wait a week for the feeling of being on and contrary to what some say, It worked. From that point on 4/27 i hit 1.5cc and have been running this amount EOD next pin is tmrw 5/5/16, I'm going to keep at this ratio through week 4 and see how i'm responding. I also feel that my gear is overdosed or at least on point and others are under-dosed its one of the two, but its the same source I go to regularly and have always felt this simply because of the tren sides at similar doses when compared to other labs. That aside like i stated I may bump this up to 1cc ED at the end of week 4 for the last half of the cycle. I'm not going to get into every exercise I do in the gym because I simply work like a madman and train 10 hrs a week plus watch my diet like a hawk so quite frankly I don't have time for much these days when you live this lifestyle. But to bring it all into perspective, I weight train 60 minutes at least 5 days a week and then run a few miles after each session, on off days I simply run my two miles and add in a third. Its quite cumbersome on the tren with the respiratory sides, but its straight melting off BF, even in two weeks the physical changes have been drastic. Diet is how i've outlined in the log. I haven't eaten bread pasta rice milk yogurt cottage cheese in 3 weeks. My cards come from sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes or red post work out and fruit veggies and leafy greens. Only other carb sources would be the small amount in my protein supplementation. My daily calories are at 2100 currently and is made up of 260P 70F 130C. After week 8 from some recent research which in theory makes a ton of sense is to cut on a caloric restriction which naturally the scale is dropping but I know its more fat then muscle loss. But with this cycle and the compunds to really get lean and mean and get that nice thin tight skin layer and after 8-10 weeks taper off the cut stack and introduce high test while to fill the muscle and grow them. By doing so at a lean BF% the muscle will "push out" or sit bulkier under the thin skin with a minimal fat layer and really kick the physique into over drive. Either way these are the goals and intent of the cycle, It is a cut cycle so i'm not looking to bulk or throw on 20 pounds but more so to shred up so that when I do bulk next winter I can add quality muscle to an already lean frame and look like a freak!! As far as compounds listed above in the cycle log, I will edit them soon based on what I do on the backside of the cycle. I will prob cut out the tbol and go higher test only as mentioned and the prov will not start until next week and I will run 3 weeks on 2 weeks off 3 weeks on etc...

Thanks for the advice, I'm running bloods in next week to see how things look, I typically do them week 4 but with this shorter cycle and short esters, I would assume it will still be telling as to how the inner workings are going. Diet is dialed in strong. What I am trying on this cut is the following and so far so good. Eating at 300-500 below maintenance and my diet consist strictly of; whey, casien, coconut oil, fish oil, eggs (4 whites to one yolk), pbfit (in my shakes) BCAA's during training, pre and post workout protien, (chicken or lean beef with brocolli or sweet potatoe/yams post workout meal within first hour) NO rice, NO bread, NO pasta NO milk NO yogurt NO Cottage cheese. I occasionally add in white fish as a meal and apples throughout the day. Very strict and limited but it keeps me full and not craving carbs. Macros are around 260P 70F and 150C this week. no added salt, no preservatives, no refined sugars and artificial sweeteners. I have one cheat meal per week on Friday nights, but still kind of strict with it. I train 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off....repeat. All free weights no machines

Nice short blast, should yield some great results if diet and training are on point. The only thing I would be concerned about is running proviron and mast with that lower dose of test. That would probably crash my estro. I know provi is a weak AI at best but I have run equal amounts test and mast (600/600) in the past and never needed an AI. Everyone is different and you might be fine with it but just something I thought I would bring to your attention :) And I would stretch the tbol to 6 weeks.

Interesting and good point ermahgerd. I'm estro sensitive so running mast and proviron with low dose test has never been a problem for me. Hell I need aro occasionally while cruising. Everyone is different and aas is not a one size shoe fits all. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Many coming together to share personal experiece is what makes review site communities so valuable. Aas is a much safer and productive process than it was just 20 yers ago. Thanks for what you bring to MG brother!
