Our #1 Advice

If I had to make a top 10 list of top advice to a new steroid user this one by far would be in the #1 position -

1. You can't change what you do not measure. Monitor your blood work regularly and get to know your health trends based on how you feel, training, diet, cycle, pct, etc.

If you had only one piece of advice to offer a member considering steroid use what would it be?

Diet is the most important aspect in bodybuilding. Get your diet spot on before cycling.

If you have a diet, stick to it. don't fall short a week or two before the cycle is over. If you plan 12 weeks go 12 weeks.  If you are going to hit the gym 5 days a week go 5 days a week.  MAKE NO EXCUSE to deviate from what you planned.

My advice would be start with a TEST ONLY CYCLE! Guys who never used get so overwhelmed with all the talk on the net, so they want their first cycle to be deca, test, dbol, and winny. ....mmmm.. WRONG!

well shit, another piece of advice is DONT DIRTY BULK. its such a stupid idea. Its an excuse to get fat and feel good doing it. Keep your bf% under 15% , and look for lean muscular tissue gains.

7. Reach your natural genetic potential first as this will be you standard set-point. At the very least, reasonably decide that you have in fact have reached your genetic plateau, then test only cycle. If you have reached your genetic plateau, you will be very familiar with dieting in all respects (cut, bulk, recomp, and maintenance), and very familiar with various modalities of training techniques, which are imperative for running aas, Furthermore, since you were driven to reach your natural potential, you have likely researched supplementation and aas along the way.

good advice. Reaching for AAS when you havent plateaued to your natural genetic limit is asking for trouble.

Interesting you say that, cause we actually had a member here a while back blast, not sure if you remember her, i wont mention names, but she opted for AAS when it was CLEAR as daylight that she hasnt even scratched the surface with diet, training protocols, and all other aspects. Such bad choice to think AAS is the magic wand to wave at a problem and make it go away. Like some people think AAS are good to use if they are overweight to help them loose fat quick. wtf! AAS are never used for this, even the cutters they mostly work when you are under 16% bf. Try using Masterone when you're at 25% bf or higher at ANY dose, and come back and tell me if you see anything from it except major sides.

Some things really frustrate me bro.... arrrgggg.....

Even fat burners shouldnt be used until one is in a good bf range. Its a must to lower body fat thru diet and training first so as to ensure a healthy metabolic profile. Using fat burners may further compromise metablism when its already in a compromised state. Did you know fat cells have AR? Those fat cells are going to gobble up androgens thus never reaching tje receptors on muscle tisse effectively!

Thats why they say the more fat you carry, the more odds you will aromatize much more if you use AAS at this high BF% !

Im not sure what fat does

Im not sure what fat does with androgens, may not even yet be known. But, i found out that shbg binds with androgens to communicate to the pituitary to release more fsh, and i think LH too, in order to keep the testes producing sperm. Thus, when high amounts of testosterone are present, LH and FSH become lowered since shbg is bound up by Estrogens or DHT (if youre adding a DHT derivative), so i am assuming that it doesnt follow the communicatiom pathway/feedback loop.

Well they are cutting

Well they are cutting compounds. Many aid you in the fat burning process. Raising body temperature and speeding up metabolism. The problem is too many people only look at the compounds you're using, and neglect to take into consideration how your diet is tight and perfect, the way you are purposefully timing your nutrients, and all the cardio and fast paced training that's being done. They think well if I run prop, tren, mast, var, and clen I'll be a shredded cunt too. 

Which leads me to my next rant. Tren! Many guys use tren, and use it a lot. Many are very undisciplined and or uneducated in the diet aspect of this game. Why do they love tren so much? Because tren can cover up a shitty fucking diet!

yup tren @ 500:500 anabolic androgenic rate has MAJOR nutrient partitioning effects. but it comes with a high cost temper, pshychological effects,  night sweats, tren cough,... Yet, guys abuse it to get results without putting in the cardio, diet,...etc. thats what happens when shit is readily available to fucktards. Rant X2.

True, and its imperative to have a low enough body fat to get the full, long lasting effect. 

With diet on point, and training dialed, these "cutters" shine. It's just that when called a cutting compound fatty thinks he'll lose hella fat, and look like Arnold in eight weeks...and stay that way. Only to find that it doesn't work that way. If they were (masteron and other DHT's) were considered hardeners rather than cutters it would save a lot of disappointment for those who eat like shit, and train at the minimum.

That it is, a tool. I've been learning about mTORC1 lately. In order to get the mTORC1 kicking, yo need more than just androgens. Adequate leucine, and glucose, then adequate muscle stimuli. Turns out the eccentric part of a movement is more important than the concentric movement to to start the mTOR complex (this is an absolute nutshell, amateur explanation). All these are needed to instigate muscle protein synthesis. Androgens (gear) really get this going, but one needs all the other elements for hypertrophy. All the tren i the word won't do it unless everything else is on point. Blah blah blah

I would Suggest to research, research and research some more. There is never a one size fits all in this lifestyle. Each has their own response to a compound, cycle and dietary needs. Whether newbie or vet, we will never know it all. Therefore, making informed decisions is imperative; and you can't do that without knowledge.

I would advise to be fully

I would advise to be fully honest with your wife/husband/significant other. I find a great deal of support and understanding from my fiance, my Lady. Keeping secrets sucks. And, when the androgens kick in, ones personality may change somewhat (especially on tren for many). Let them have a say in your choice, and assure them that if things get out of hand, ypu'll drop the gear, or something along those lines.

Its already considered the "dark side," so its only fair that the significant orher knows you are going there.,.and may not return. Bwahaha!

My advice don't start using them until your ready. TRTis a different subject. 

Never use to abuse some guys think more is better. No it's not the case, remember your replacing the body's natural hormones.

Stay safe stay clean??? Don't use other drugs along with AAS this cn lead to addiction and depression. Sad but true!!!

Best advice I received, being as I am a bit of a newbie, was to remember the psychology. Don't think that once you go off cycle that you can rest mentally. Rather maintain full focus on diet and workouts and exercise. So many it seems lose gains due to easing off because they mentally expect to decrease. Mentally expect to maintain and maybe even increase off cycle and you can do so.
