Nothing crazy in terms of weight (not eating to bulk) just trying to add some quality noticeable gains without expanding the gut lol, strength has increased some, endurance for sure, some gym aggression is say.... in reference to the 10 weeks, when I switched sources, this one was a 20ml vial Test cyp 200mg.

OK, weeks 6 thru 10 are going to be your best gains. You have to eat, don't worry about the belly. That food is more anabolic than the AAS.

Thanks for remaining active. If you choose to run a cycle in the future and share with the community I would recommend posting up an active cycle in the 'cycle log' section of the forum. It helps keep the open forum clean and members know where to go if they want to follow another members cycle progress. Most of us do keep a log, on paper or online, to help us with future cycles.

Start with 30mins of cardio,

Start with 30mins of cardio, in your later weeks start doing more cardio. You'll loose some gains when your cycle is done. If you want to get rid of that belly you'll be doing a lot of cardio with your diet at 100% clean.

Start of week 7, really thinking this vial is really gonna come up short maybe 8 (9 may be pushing it) weeks worth versus the 10 (20ml). Anyhow, pinned right delt this time (last time pinning delts was about 2 weeks ago and right tricep area had some swelling), hope it goes smoother than last time. ARMS ARMS ARMS TONIGHT, WOOOOO..

There is some waste to be

There is some waste to be expected from any vial. Some sources actually fill their vials with a bit more to make up for waste. Also if a source fills a vial to 10ml with the oil still being hot vs it being cold you'll come up a bit short. That's one advantage to amps. You'll never come up short and most amps are filled with 1.1ml to make up for what is left in the pin after injecting.

So had an appointment made with a urologist and was able to get labs done this morning, as soon as I get the results I'll let you guys know...

Also, I was wondering since I have the feeling that the vial aka jug lol won't last the entire run, what do you think of lowering the dose to run it longer?

End of week 7, left delt pin this morning..... So last pin was crazy smooth, no pip as of yet and this gear has had some SWEET SWEET PIP (last right delt injection had my right tricep a bit swollen but so far so good). I did slow the injection down last time so hopefully that helped and will continue to do so. Shoulders tonight, yeeeaaahhhh......!!!

End of week 8 (left delt) this AM, as mentioned previously I've slowed the speed of inj and seems to be working (hopefully).

If this works, i'll keep pinning shoulders as it's easier to see and control the speed....

Also decided to take a buddy on here's advice and jump on another vial to extend and run this a little longer as I'm sure 9 weeks may be the max left in this JUG wink wink lol...... Shoulders and a little bit of arms tonight!!!!

Start of week 9 (right glute inj) hoping that the longer inj time works the same (although left deltoid is still a little sore). As mentioned before, i figured the jug wouldn't last the 10 weeks it should've and what's left is so minimal I might as well chuck it (thankfully I received my back up already). Switching up the routine a little (Back/Bi's, Chest/Tris, Legs, Shoulders, Arms..... With some Abs and Cardio thrown in the mix)... Let's see what happens these next few weeks...

End of week 9 (left glute), so for some reason the pin itself hasn't slid right in this week on both cheeks lol I've had to go nice and slow.... None the less weight remains the same for the most part but physique changes are there (arms a bit bigger, shoulders the same, back/traps def more pronounced/defined, as well as chest is more defined) most people have noticed the upper chest thickness and traps/back..... Got shoulders tonight and as my last vial has finished (20ml, only lasted up to the beginning of week 9) I'm finishing off w some other gear (Domestic).......

Got bloods back yesterday and

Got bloods back yesterday and dunno, test seems low.... At 400mg (source that was on  test XXX cyp) I'm at 1876, t3 68L, mchc 31.9L, shbg 8L, fsh 0.7L, lh 0.2L, cortisol 22.4H, test 1876H, and free test 639.7H ! Any help wouldbe appreciated.....

Week 11 in the books, weighed myself maybe 2 days ago and weight was at 189... Strength is still there, all in all feeling good and hoping I get home to some internet/cable later today!!!!

Nice J, Looks like you are coming to the end of your first cycle. Own it and come off when your supposed to. Of course you will want to go right back on but take the PCT time and then the 12 weeks off. Take that time to plan and stay the course. I am not a believer that your first cycle is your best. Mine have progressively got better. Its all about the commitment..

I hear you man, I'm hoping that is the case with me as well brother (first cycle not being the best).... Weighed myself the other day 189!!! I know some of that weight is in the waste so hopefully now in pct I can trim that up some. I will definitely pct and wait the time required, not to worry there. I appreciate all your help as you've been great throughout this entire run! 

In your opinion, on a second run what would be ok? Test as the backbone, but what else can be thrown in that'll produce some nice size without much bloat? (Deca I feel may be too much bloat, dunno how something like EQ would be) Just trying to have some options in mind as I have a good couple of months to plan lol....

Learn how to eat brotha. We are very much alike. I was a hard gainer, but the biggest challenge was learning to count macros, measure and weigh food, and meal prep for a week at a time. You can't giess you're eating 3500 calories per day. You must know that you're eatinv 3500 or whatever your needs are. You have to know how much of those required calories are going to protein, carbs, and fats. Also don't use being hungry as a sign of it's time to eat. Use the clock. I eat at 6, 9, 12, 3, 6, & 9 ed. Whether I'm hungry or not. Eat until it hurts, and then eat more. This has to be done with clean calories so that fat gains are limited. Once you master this aspect which is the hardest thing to perfect the world is at your feet. You have to use food and aas to fight genetics.

Lat pin in the books, gonna

Last pin in the books, gonna wait my 2 weeks and start my pct.... All in all I really have nothing to gauge this cycle against but there were some things noticed. Strength did go up on bench and overhead press, some increase in size, etc. Did I expect more? Yes, I thought I'd feel different (alpha) and muscle popping/roundness would be on another level... Patience, patience, patience I guess lol.... Hoping some months from now (spring/may/june) I can run a more improved cycle, maybe multiple compounds to really bump things up a notch. I appreciate everyones help/feedback throughout this journey !!!
