Whats wrong with these freaking sourcea

 whats Is the deal with these sources. I guess customer service is a thing of the pass. I made a order had to wait 24 hours for instructions. Then send the funds. Almosy 2 days now with now status change. I emailed them,sent tickets real nice asking hey did i do something wrong on my end ? Please let me know. Still no replies no answer.   Then thats suppose to be their big thing is great communication. Oh my laaawwrrdd !!  Lol. Sorry for rant. But damn been waiting 5 weeks from one place at least they communicate and the other place nothing no word nothing. Again sorry for the rant ! Just had to blow off a little steam.

I would go on the sources A&D page and see if they respond there. a lot of the members will watch those pages too and can chime in on the source.  Can't discuss the source itself here in the forum though.

From experience, if you don't

From experience, if you don't get an answer the first time by the next day, go to the ask and discuss page And on them That you emailed. Many of us, well all should have full encrypted servers. If their server has a issue it will  be with the email. I've had issues lately with receiving but not sending. So weve had to send everyone an auto email to our back on proton mail.

I sent the source

I sent them a friend request. to no avail. Left them a message on. Discussion page. Last i ck no answer. So i told that source i was pulling my money gram. Then he emailed me right away and said they contacted me many times. But the only one i got from them almost 4 or 5 days later, is when i said im taking Money gram back.  Then ask do i still want to order. but at that point its to late. Cutomer service is everything to me. All that had to be said is we are busy, shut down for holidays anything and O would of been ok. You know what I mean.

Some src's have a lot of

Some src's have a lot of "stuff" to send out. They can get tied up answering mail also. I usually wait 2-3 days before resend or attempt to contact.

And I did wait

And i did wait to give them time because of holidays. But when my money sits there for 3 days and multiple emails later.  I said ill just pull MG. After we talked. I said i would still love to try his products. But will wait till they set up a little better.  I k ow things is crazy for holidays. But all other sources i deal with, tell you something.  But all is good brother, thanks guys

From a source's point of view

From a source's point of view I can say sometimes it happens especially around holidays (remember sources have families too and around the holidays probably try to spend a lot of time with them as most of the time you don't even see family in this job). Also when sending correspondence to sources its really really important to whitelist their email addresses...everyone from law to the email providers are trying to make it hard for a source to provide their services (case in point look at sites being taken down) and emails being caught in spam filters happen a lot. Also keep in mind spam filters are setup to match terms having stuff to do with pharmaceuticals, sending payments, etc so whitelisting the domain is the only way to make sure you receive those to the inbox. 

Just try to put yourself in the shoes of a source and a lot will come into perspective tho brother. Imagine waking up to 20-30 emails, trying to reply to all those as you open your eyes, try to get all yesterday's orders gone as you try to keep stock up so you don't wake up to a bunch of "when will (insert out of stock product here) be back in stock", then on top of it all try to stay off radar so you can stay a free man!

We do have

We do have a family business, been in business for over 40 years. So i do put myself in peoples shoes and try to see their point. Our business is still alive mostly because of customer service. Period. The bigger business would of swallowed us up by now. But their customer service sucks. So we keep thriving. But when you get 0 correspondence,  after reaching out time and time again. And once you finally throw your hands up and  say im done. All i was askking for was some type email anything. That its bad timing or something, my dog ate the email anything.  Im still waiting on a order now for over a month a half. But this src keeps me informed and is working with me so no problems. The only time I received anything is once I emailed and said look its been multiple tries to reach out to you with no luck. Im just going to stop payment.  And go some where else. Well all of a sudden i was getting emails. Saying that he sent out many. Which was not in spam in box or anything.   I totally understand the pressure that src's go threw.  Especially with this on issue alot of src's are getting hit with.  Anyway thanks guys for your input.
