Cruiseing

Im 243 23% Body fat been cruiseing on self trt at 250cyp a week all bloods are fine. Doc said to cut it in half. Been running about a 50mg tren ace and 50 mg test prop once twice per week. Looking for advice doing fasted cardio 5 hours total a week over 5 days and lifting about 5 medium lifting lots of drop sets high weights. Got deca npp and dbol and androl dont reallly wanna run anymore until I drop more body fat. Thanks for reading. Never posted before .

You didn't make mention of the most important piece of the puzzle... Your diet is going to determine you ability to drop body fat. 

What does your current diet look like... ie. macro breakdown, calories, TDEE, etc.?

With a solid method combined with time and consistency I guarantee you can drop body fat. You just need to make sure all the pieces are in place and fit properly.

I think you are being wise to pause until you have the rest balanced out. Too many folks want to use steroids in place of 'the work' when it's the work that must come first, then supplement.

Also be sure to look up some of the old threads on 'my first cycle' and goals for ramping up wisely. You have a lot of different compounds rolling for TRT,  I would trust the doc. Listen to SF on diet etc...and you are gonna be amazed when you look back in a year or two.

I am an advocate of adding

I am an advocate of adding therapeutic doses of other compounds combined with a practical TRT dose as long as my blood work remains in the healthy perimeters and it would serve a specific purpose. It has worked very well for me in the past to add reasonable dosages of primo & deca. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit that protocol specifically in the future.

Thanks for having me the prop and tren just added in as a little kick not part of my trt. Far as diet goes 2520 225p 225Carbs 80fat. Most food whole eggs,lots and lots chicken ground turkey banana and my girlfriend has a juicer so take in fruit veggies that way i usually try and not do that much carbs been use 28g coconut oil keeps me full for a long time i was able to go from 25% body fat to to 23% in 11 days even with few cheat meals thank you again. Also walk at work like 5 to 6 miles a day . FitBit usually says i burn about 3500 a day to 5000 3500 being on days i dont work

If and when you have the time I highly recommend that you watch this lecture. It is an hour and half long but in my opinion well worth the time investment. It might be eye opening and a springboard for you to begin REALLY losing body fat for good! I hope you find it helpful to you.

That Tren and Prop once or twice a week for a sort of kick start isn't doing anything beyond spiking your levels and leading to excess aromatization. At your BF, estrogen is not your friend. The more androgens you run, the more estrogenic activity you're going to have. Unstable levels of androgens will only exacerbate that. The idea is to control your hormones. This manner of tossing in whatever once or twice a week will strip you of your ability to do so.

23% tells me you're not strict enough with your diet. Also the multiple cheat meals within an 11 day period.

Less drugs + more discipline = visible abs. #poolseason
