This is a medium testosterone deca cycle with an oral kickstart, and an Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) prevent gyno symptoms. Take 1 Methan 30 about an hour before your weight training session starting on day 1 and again 8 hours later, and continue this for 4 weeks. Take 1ml of T-Nandrum 400 on day 1, and another 1 ml injection 3 days later and continue this for 15 weeks. Most people find it easiest to stick to a same day dosing schedule for injections. (Example: Sun & Wed or Mon & Thur). Take 1 Nolvadex starting on day 1 and every other day after continue throughout the entire duration of the cycle. Start PCT 3 weeks after last injection.
