I was expecting a slight improvement in mass ,I am not a pro and don't need to exceed in gain. Results have exceeded expectations and , even if I am in the middle of a cycle, I have to limit the outcomes, so not to exaggerate. Strength as expected, increase in mass beyond the expectations. I can't imagine what a pro can do...
