Thank you brotha, I've been trying to round out my physic with my rear delts and traps (I'm pretty front delt dominate). I just gotta get this damn Christmas tree to grow!!! Anyone got tips to bring my waste in more? I know I just gotta keep on my meal plan but I know those muscles are lacking and need to get work

Waste line - Heredity and genetic makeup will play a factor. Some of us have a narrow waste and some of us don't. Can't change the way we were genetically created. You cannot spot cut BF. Just keep cutting. Avoid developing the lower obliques and the transverse abdominal muscles for now. Growth in these muscles can make your waist appear bigger.

Well I know that the BF just drops all over, but just was wondering how to pull lats down more and grow those little lower back muscles, I WISH there was a way to spot cut that but it's just part of the process I guess! Thanks for the tips, I'll just keep grinding and gettin that cardio going
