Raises body temp and causes body to burn through calories at a faster pace. Having done extensive research on Clen online I did not find it to be as harsh as it is made out to be. I ran 2 cycles. the first one I tapered up slowly from 15 mcg to 120 mcg over two weeks which worked well and then the second time I did it I just did 120mcg every day for 6 days which was also fine. Side effects included a couple of cramps in my legs and waking up during the night. I drank diet tonic water to minimize cramping.
