Customer Support & Ordering Process
Used this service for years. Always arrives. But poor communication, lack of selection on delivery type as some people can't wait in between 11 till 2 all week on the offchance it's been sent as its often shown as shipped days before it actually is. Have to nag to get the tracking number. But my last order, first even incorrect order so I will update this how and when or if it's handled.

Always packaged well yet my last order included an item I've tried prior and found little affect from as substitute for an item I always order.

Always recommended this place, probably brought 10 or more customers. I've spent personally over two accounts 1187.50 over 3 years
But after my first incorrect order this will determine what I do next. If I'm fobbed off and ignored I'll also rectify this review and provide a great alternative website that's somewhat easier prices roughly the same etc
